This is arguably one of the worst dealerships I have ever delt with and I've been to some really bad ones. I will never... never.. purchase a car from these people nor will I recommend them to anyone I care about. I purchased a car from them that not only had different tires on all four wheels but they were basically almost worn out. You are better off buying from a private seller or a reputable dealer that actually sells safe vehicles. Bunch of ameatures.

Overall great experience. Nice variety of number of vehicles, around 60-70 or so. Clean vehicles, professional staff. Got approved the same day with a very low interest rate. I have excellent credit, and could buy a vehicle from anywhere really, but I saw their competitive pricing and gave them a shot. I'm glad I did. Saved some money, got a great interest rate, and was treated very well. Honest, trustworthy sellers with competitively priced vehicles. Ask for Steve, the manager. I dealt with him and he was really great. Very professional and a great sense of humor! Just an overall excellent buying experience, I would highly recommend them.

Is there anything less than 1 star? It should be with this dealership. The 4 and 5 stars are probably made up because this dealership will lie to you in a heartbeat. I first pulled on the lot looking for a used car. This short, foreign guy approaches me and the first thing he ask is, how much money I had? I knew then, that this was a hungry money place. First, he said he was the lot guy later, he said he was the owner. Again, this let me know that they were a joke. There was another customer there complaining about a repair, another red flag. Yet, I decided to test drive the car that caught my eye. When I got in, the airbag light and check engine light was on. The car drove rough and had 3 different tires on it. The 2 on the front were the same but, the 2 in rear were different. I had had enough so, I left. DON'T COME HERE!!!!

I was sold a car with a bad transmission and told the problem was normal. Then also was told that I was "young and didn't know what I was talking about" when my friend and myself came to get the car repaired. Now I'm coming out of pocket ($2000) for another transmission while all these problems were mentioned while under warranty.

I brought my 2008 Chrysler sebring convertible from Elite Motors. I had a very good experience. They got me the car I wanted, when I wanted it and made it all work in my schedule. Bruce was very nice and knew about the car. My wife and I drove all the way here from Philadelphia and were very happy with the dealer. I would recommend this dealer to whoever would like to buy the car of their dreams !

I have bought many cars in my life time, mostly from fancy dealership, until this time that I saw a car that was very interested in, when I got there , I was greeted with highest respect and quickly end up talking to Ben ( general Manager), after going on test drive with one of his sales person, I was even more impressed by the car itself, Then I sat with Ben and he got me very low rate on the used car( 1.9%) and no money down, can u believe it!!! anyway I bought the car right there and love it. these people are great and wonderful , I recommend them to all my friend and family. These guys are great , so easy going , fantastic service, the General Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful, Great finance option with very low rate( 1.9%) and not pricy like most dealership I been to. VERY PLEASANT SUPRISE!!!!!

Just Visited Elite Motors to look for a car for our daughter. Was interesetd in one specific vehicle my husband and I saw on the internet. However, Airbag light stayed on. Salesman actually told me that the airbag was alright ,even though the light was on. He went on to say that I would have to replace the clock spring. Never explained what a clockspring was, so I called my husband. He said that the airbag electrical system wires connect one end to the clock spring base while the other end of the ribbon connector connects to the air bag unit. WOW. Then I asked the salesman about the difference between the paint on the bumper and the rest of the vehicle. His response was to tell me that it is sometimes necessary for them (Elite Motors) to touch up the paint. I asked, why such a very noticeable difference between the two paint finishes? His response, "well, you know painters" These by his own words are HIS PAINTERS. WOW AGAIN. My daughter and I felt taken advantage of, and could not get out of there fast enough. My advice, especially to the ladies, stay as far away as you can from Elite Motors.

This place is awesome. I got not one but two cars from this place, three years ago I got a Pontic and yesterday I got a 2012 Nissan Altima that I looovvvveee to death. The people there are really nice, they make sure you get what you want and that you are happy. They was very patient with me because I needed to get a few papers faxed over and they had to make a few calls, but they stuck it out and made sure I left with the car I wanted. Thank you guys!! I will always get my cars from here, I haven't been let down yet! I LOVE THIS PLACE
