My two year old basically took over their showroom and all employees were very kind and friendly with her. That's another story between Rick and I, Lol!! He worked very hard to get me my car. Never once got aggravated with me and I drove vehicles for 2 days. Very patient and kind. We went to the car lot on a Thursday to look at a used vehicle. The vehicle was not on the lot said it would be there the next morning at 9:00. We could not be there the next morning told them we would be back on Saturday to look at it. They told us it would be on the lot. Drove over 50 miles on Saturday to get to the car lot to find out the vehicle still wasn't on the lot.. Will not go back.. Lost our business

I have been very satisfied with both Bob Scott and the service Mgr. Randy Chewing. I have know both these gentlemen since coming to the Green Bank area and having my Mopar vehicles serviced at Scott's Auto, (now out of business). When Bob's business closed, I followed these gentlemen to Elkins. I had bought two trucks at Greenbriar Motors in Lewisburg, but was not satisfied at all with the service department there. Bob had always tried in the past to help me with vehicle acquisitions, but was never able to come up with just what I wanted. I knew I would be coming to Bob with this recent purchase. I already owned a 2014 Grand Jeep Cherokee Limited, I loved it, I just wasn't fond of the beige interior with 2 young children, so I began searching Elkins Jeep website for the same car with a dark interior, I stumbled across the "High Altitude" model 2016 Grand Cherokee, wow.. finally.. I'm not big on chrome, although as I said I still loved my 2014, this new Altitude model was perfect for me exactly what I needed, rather than chrome, it's detailed in black.. interior was dark and this new color The bullet Silver was just beautiful to me.. so I knew what I wanted when I called, Ashley Binns whose not technically in sales, but when the other reps are busy she still can work it, she was amazing and so helpful and honest.. I live a busy week schedule so going to the dealer for 2+hrs was not possible so she helped me through email send all my info to Vince and Kay, they had everything ready for me, called I went in signed and was out in 30 minutes.. Absolutely amazing team over there.. Overall Thank you.

Our salesman this past weekend at Elkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was Bob Scott. We felt very much at ease with Bob as he was not a pushy salesman and went over all the details regarding our purchase of a 2016 Grand Cherokee Laredo Jeep. My wife wanted an exterior color that the dealership did not have on the lot and Bob started searching other dealers to find the jeep we wanted. By the next day the desired jeep was available on their lot. Bob went over all the features on the jeep in great detail for us. We would certainly recommend this dealership and would recommend Bob Scott as a salesperson who will treat you fairly.

We actually were just looking at Jeeps, but once we tried it out, we liked it. We had owned Jeep brands in the past and liked them. Then we just had to get the deal we wanted and Kim Wilfong whom we known for many years worked out the deal for us with a payment we could afford. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased and told us to call anytime we needed anything. Staff was very nice. Facility was new and still being worked on, but was clean and fresh.

I recently purchased a new Jeep from Elkins Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and was very happy with the entire process. We were met at the lot by an enthusiastic salesman who went out of his way to show us the vehicles we were interested in. They didn't have exactly what we wanted and spent hours calling around until they found one we would take. The entire staff that I met was very friendly. I felt comfortable and at ease through the entire process. The paperwork process was painless and fast! No high-pressure sales!
