I had a check engine light blinking on my 2015 jeep wrangler, I was on my way back from Reno to Denver and had to be there in one day. the service department saw my dilemma and got me in immediately and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Unheard of service!!!

Went in for 25K routine maintenance; vehicle over 2y old, beyond the usual 2y 'free' tire rotation/oil change, etc period. Was VERY pleasantly surprised that they included those items on my Highlander for this most recent visit. I'd purchased the car from this dealer, but before it became Elko Motor, so cannot comment on buying process. Being a Toyota product, haven't had to have any repairs so cannot comment on them either.

We bought our 2013 Highlander new from Elko Motor Co. and they were terrific to work with. They have done ALL of the maintenance on our vehicle and they always know who we are when we call! They take pride in the work they do from Chuck on down. Elaine, in the Toyota Service Department always makes sure to assist however she can and make the experience easy and pleasant. They even left a Thank You card in our car after our last service with them. Great Job!!

As an unescorted female my past solo experiences of purchasing vehicles and service have been way less than pleasant AT ALL OTHER DEALERS with whom I have dealt. Big Difference: Elko Motor Company has been THE GREATEST for both purchase and service. The purchase process was timely, efficient and I wasn't kept waiting for HOURS, nor was I sold a used vehicle that had been in a wreck, nor was the extra radio that was in the replacement car when I test drove it removed when it was taken out back to be "cleaned up" before I drove it home... EMC SERVICE DEPT. FABULOUS! At every other "dealer" the service bill has been overpriced, and there were always recommendations for service I really didn't need... past experiences were never good - ELKO MOTOR COMPANY is outstanding in everything they do. I have NO hesitation about taking my vehicles back for needed services. When I get enough $$$ I will be a repeat car buying customer.

when I showed up at the lot,i was immediately approached and helped.my questions were anthswered.unfortunatly I was not able to get a car.i have a full time job,i have money for a down payment...but,since my situation isn't ideal,they will not give me a chance to get a vehicle.i have no credit history because I have spent the last 11 years in federal prison.i don't have bad credit,i have a full time job and pay all my bills on time.they just did not want to give me a chance and take a risk on me.that being said...it is a nice car lot with friendly people.if you are searching for a new car and you have great credit,i would definitely recommend them.but if you are like me and need someone to give you a chance..this would not be the perfect place to go.

As a new customer I was unsure of what I would encounter on this visit. I was greeted most professionally by Elaine my service advisor. She went out of her way to assure me that they would get right on my service and complete it as soon as possible. I was given a choice of waiting or having a courtesy car take me wherever I wanted to go. The service technician came out and reviewed with me what he was going to do. I truly felt your people went well above and beyond to let a new customer know that Elko Motors cared about their customers. Most impressive service.....and then Elaine told me that there would be donuts in a few minutes!!! WOW! Your people are great. Thank you, Mike.

Sanka was our sales associate and she was AMAZING! There was no pressure to purchase anything and we could have a regular conversation, it didn't feel like I was talking to a car sales person. They gave us top dollar for our trade-ins and managed to get us an amazing interest rate. Customer service was also amazing! Since 1993 my car buying and service experiences had been as a lone female mostly "crying in the wilderness". From unnecessary and costly repair work to replacing aging used cars my confidence level in auto matters was ground down to the point I thought car dealers were three grades below whatever profession was in last place! Then, 30 December 2013 by happenstance I stopped by ELKO MOTOR COMPANY! Wah-Lah! Absolutely different from anywhere else I've ever been - ended up purchasing a slightly pre-owned brand new 2014 Jeep GC Limited. Purchase process was smooth, uncomplicated and FAST - no haggling, no pressure and very pleasant. Since I started with EMC 18 months ago I have had my gorgeous car serviced and repaired - no haggling, quick, easy, no unnecessary costs. During both oil changes the EMC OWNER has cruised through the pleasant waiting area and greeted me warmly, like a member of his car buying family. No more long, arduous out of town trips trying to find honesty, integrity, and someone with my best interests in mind when it comes to buying a replacement or repairing my car. When I originally called for transmission repairs I was informed it could be 2 weeks before being diagnosed and up to a month for repairs. One week later from the day I dropped it off I get a call saying my warranty was going to cover it and part was ordered. I went in 2 days later and it was ready. I was so ecstatic when Leni gave me the first call because we had just moved here and as everyone knows a new area you need a car to get around when you have kids as well. Great service and great people I will be returning to them for all my jeep needs in the future. As well as my husband has his eye on a couple trucks. Definitely a great place for repairs.

Had stopped by on Saturday to look at cars not long before the dealership closed, yet Arron stopped on his way out and introduced himself and offered to stay late and help us. We declined at that time because we wanted to look around a little more. His day off was on Monday but he still offered to come in and meet with us if we were interested in coming back. I purchased my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Elko Motors Dec. 31, 2014. The Sales Experience was pleasant, did not take 5 hours, my sales rep answered all my questions and encouraged me to keep in touch. Jeep sent 4 Recall notices that I just couldn't get to right away. When I finally was able to schedule all the repairs were made while I was at work - their pick-me-up & deliver-me service was superb. When if was finally time for an oil-change the service dept. took me right in and we waited for about 1/2 hour next to the popcorn machine. There was a mother with several toddlers also in the waiting area and the kids had sort of left a popcorn mess around the machine. The harried mother was trying to keep control but was losing - meanwhile the Owner of Elko Motors came in from the Service Department, saw the situation, immediately cleaned up the mess himself, and as he walked past me (hadn't seen me in 6 months or more) said, "Hi! Are you being taken care of? You bought the Jeep GC didn't you?" Thank You, Elko Motors! You have restored a skeptic's faith in a pleasant auto sale and service experience - and those are definitely at Elko Motors, my first choice in automotive sales and service!

Very good no pressure very relaxed very helpful. Skyler was very informative about the vehicle. Took his time to explain the features. He was very nice not pushy like other dealerships we had been to, very friendly. Skyler seems to be up to speed on the product he sold us. Brandon Crotts explained in great detail the other options avaible to us ie extra warranty was thourough and on spot didn't balk while explaining. This is the fifth car we have bought from this dealer through the salesperson Anna. she is awesome. The people who check the vehicles out when they come in however, are doing a less than adequate job. There are things wrong with the vehicles that could have been corrected easily before they sold the vehicle. Check the vehicle out thoroughly that you are looking at be buying. I would recommend this dealer to buy your vehicle from.

This is the second time we have bought a vehicle from Elko Motor Company and I cannot say enough good things about them! The salesman are great and speak to both husband and wife, there is no only speaking to the husband at this dealership. Cory, Paul and the owner, Chuck, make the buying experience very pleasant and this is the first dealership that I have not felt uncomfortable at. I went to see the new Tundra trucks, 1794 model. I found one that I thought I would like so I requested a test drive. The sales person was very friendly, knew a lot about the truck and what options it had. We test drove the truck which was very nice, found out what my trade in was worth and went from there. No hassles, very professional staff and I drove my new truck off the lot.
