Gary was very transparent and open with me. Did not pull any tricks from what he said on the phone vs what I saw when I got there. There were no added dealer fees etc. and the car was bought as listed. They were able to give me an okay deal on my trade-in and bargain down just a little. If you are looking to do a trade in, my advice would be to sell elsewhere and buy from Elliott bay and Gary. Good prices for cars but impacts the ability for them to offer higher trade in amounts. Overall, was a great experience compared to other dealerships.

I highly recommend you to give Elliot Bay a chance. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and Olivia was kind and courteous throughout the entire deal. The entire staff was professional and friendly with every question that I had. I didn't end up going through with the deal when all I needed to do was sign the papers. I was genuinely surprised when I was told that my deposit was returnable despite the staff spending countless hours to assist me. I would definitely return here for future purchases if I ever needed another vehicle.

Overall nice experience working with EBA. Sales team was nice and informative. Not pushy at all and easy to work with. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the car’s exterior detail was not great and the car was on E. I literally had 4 miles worth of gas as I drove it off the lot. Going forward, I would recommend EBA as an option to friends and family. Norman O.
