Went to find a part for my truck. Parts center had no customers when i walked in. Parts guys were talking i waited for them to stop. Asked the guy if he could help me with finding a part. He said he was busy. I said theres no customers here how can you be busy. He told me i was rude. I took him out to my truck explained the part i needed. Went back in he finished what he was doing on the computer. Then proceeded to help by finding the part. By using the parts breakdown and printing them out. Showed him the part goes and gets it and tells me that is a $150.00 part i verified it. Asked for the part number he said no. I do not give out part numbers cause everyone goes online and gets them. I wanted the part number so i could price shop and make i got the right part when i went to get. He gave me the part name. I will not go here and do business. Do to this incident. The parts department is rude and lacking customer service.

Someone greeted me, held the door and directed me to the right desk. The person there acknowledged me immediately and said she would be with me shortly. Checkin was quick. Waiting area is well planned for comfort and distancing. Able to use a free coupon for inspection which I appreciate greatly!

Excellent!!! From buying a vehicle to having service done Elm Chevrolet is the best!!! For example I was having work done on my 2021 Corvette. The service manager told me it would be a little while and they had a loaner car I could use to go eat or go home until they called me to let me know my vette was done. Who does that anymore? No one, but Elm. When I ordered my 2021 Corvette Randy the salesman kept me updated on the status weekly and when I could expect delivery. Love this place!!! Elm was recommended by a coworker who purchased a new truck from them and has had the same great experience I've had.

Bought a used Chevy from this place 2 months ago. The day we bought we noticed the DVD/Navagation system was not working correctly. Called them right away and they said they would cover the cost to get it fixed completely. 2 months later, multiple unreturned phone calls we take it to be fixed. Not only was it not fixed, it is even more broken then before. Plus they are refusing to pay to fix the problem that we were told MULIPLE times by more then one person there they would cover completely. Add to that the warrantee they sold us can not be used in our area (we live over an hour away) even tho they insisted it could be. Not happy at all and will let everyone know that!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I have taken my car to elm Chevy body shop for a running total of 6 times and going, for a minor fender bender. They have installed a dented hood,headlight that fills with water,given it back with a cracked fog light and the body lines look like my 8 year old son put it together we will see if 7 times and 17 days will get it right

I find the employees of Elm Chevrolet to be very friendly and helpful. Even though they have had my new car more than I have they have been very accomadating while my repairs have been made. :)

I had been having problems with air pressure in my left rear tire. I would take it in and they would put air in. A few weeks later the same issue. I finally made an appt. and they found a nail embedded in it. They fixed the tire and I was good to go!

We have had Jeff Kirkwood as our salesman at Elm Chevrolet for several years now. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and is a true gentleman! He went over the many different options that my new vehicle had to offer. Jeff had much patience with my husband and I. He explained to us (in great length) everything that was offered. Jeff is just the greatest, taking the time with us to make sure we were very satisfied. He even said that we could call him at anytime if we had other questions that we may not have thought of. Just LOVE Elm Chevrolet! They have always stood behind us. That is what a customer looks for in a dealership. Thank you Elm!

He arranged for us to test drive three vehicles to help us make a choice, then provided excellent advice to us in making our selection.Randy then arranged for the car to be delivered to us across the country in New Mexico (our home), arranged for temporary title, insurance and getting permanent NM plates. Was in for oil change. I was met in a friendly and professional manner by manager at desk. Shown to lobby/waiting area to wait. Nice area with coffee/snacks available. After a reasonable wait I was told the car was ready and was very satisfied with expereince

I have always experience exceptional customer service at Elm Chevrolet. I brought my car in for an oil change and Tanya happened to notice the inspection runs out at the end of the month. She called me to let me know, and offered that the inspection could be done at the same time as the oil change. She could have ignored it and not said a thing. However, she took the extra step to notice something & then give me a call about it.

Randy was great to deal with. Professional, efficient, and his follow up was great. He beat the Simmons/Rockwell price for the same vehicle with less options by over $500. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I would highly recommend Elm Chevrolet and their service department. I noticed my diesel p/u emitting dark exhaust smoke when starting the engine. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a failure in the fuel injection system. The replacement parts were ordered and installed the same day they were recieved from the manufacturer. Not only do I have a great running vehicle but when it came time to pay the repair bill I was over-joyed to learn that a very large portion was covered under a special goodwill program authorized by GM. Lynne, Brian and Howard went over and above in understanding my problem and I would definately return to Elm Chevrolet.

Absolutely terrible customer service, takes advantage of female buyers horribly. Everything changed when my husband got involved and it still was a horrible experience. Advertised vehicle to have features that it didn't, did not perform GM Certification per GM guidelines (cracks in windshield), vehicle was not inspected as described (PA Sticker and Emissions), mileage was over 1,000 miles off, gas tank not filled, wholesale bottom line price changed from what they gave me to a significantly lower price when my husband got involved. Brought the vehicle back the following week to have windshield fixed and inspections done, made sure to spell out everything (t chips in windshield, PA state sticker and emissions). Surprise, fixed one chip and only did the state inspection, no emmisions. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me anything for the crappy service. Excuses galore, no compensation for any of the "misakes". I was patronized when i wrote to them and repeatedly complained. I ended up getting a decent price on an average used vehicle with no customer service after the sale sugar coated by a bunch of fake smiles. Maybe they take better care of local male buyers, but i am from 75 miles away and female. My husband warned me that this would happen and i tried to prove to him that i could take care of it. I was very wrong!
