I got my car from here in December and I wrote a review on my other google account but I am updating my review to say thanks John!!! John has been looking out for me and my car since Day 1!!!! Even past my warranty he has took care of my car and has really looked out for me. I was in the market for a used car and stopped by Elmora Auto Sales. I was greeted and was shown 3 cars that were in my price range.. I made a decision to purchase after little haggling and am so very happy with my purchase. I have to say that of all the vehicles that I have bought in my life this was the easiest of them all. All my questions were answered by a knowledgeable staff and was shown the carfax without hesitation. a great deal, great service and when I am ready to buy again I know I'm headed to Elmora Auto Sales.

I'm a 24 year old female and this is the only place I felt was not trying to take advantage of my lack of experience purchasing a vehicle. They were straight forward and gave me the deal on the used car that I wanted and even made some minor repairs in order for me to purchase it. Soon after I took it home, there was a small problem with the engine and I took it back and he replaced a part with no hesitation and no cost to me. They are all very friendly people and knowledgeable about the market. I would definitely recommend this place for any used vehicle.

I've used this location to have my vehicle serviced for about 6-7 years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. I was referred by someone who has been going here even longer. I was thrilled when they put a dealership on the lot. My car's engine (I purchased from another dealership) blew and I came right here to get a car. I was had a great experience. They understood my urgency to get back on the road and got me in my new used car right away. The prices are as advertised unlike these other scam dealerships that lower the price and put in fine print "price doesn't include $4000 down payment". Absolute great place to get a car or service. I plan on purchasing a second vehicle from them soon.

I purchased a 2009 VW Rabbit on Labor Day Weekend. It was exactly what I was looking for, but being a used car, and being priced very reasonably, I was skeptical. However, it turned out to be a good experience. Omar gave us his full attention, and provided excellent customer service. After leaving with the car, I noticed a slight issue. I contacted Omar, worried that it would now fall on me, but he had me bring it back and they worked with me to fix it, just as it should be. John had replaced the part for me with pleasure. They are an honest used car dealership, and I am glad that everything worked out so well. Do not be worried about buying a car from here!

I can't say enough good things about Elmora Auto Sales, Omar and John. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from here in the past 6 months (this one for my son). Everything about the experience was positive, from Omar's patience while we checked out several cars, to Omar making sure the buying experience went smoothly to the owner John tweaking a few minor things to make the car as good as new. Omar and John are professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. There is no pressure, no feeling that you are being taken advantage of or tricked into buying a car that isn't exactly what you need. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an honest, realistic car buying experience.

In all honesty, I was having a really hard time looking for a car because I know nothing about them. I looked into many different places and I always felt that the dealers would only tell me that they are good just to get rid of them. When I came here, your dealer, Mike, was straight-forward and honest about every car. He told me what was good and bad for me. He even told me if there was anything that had to be fixed before taking the car out of the lot. I ended up buying a 2006 Volkswagon Passat, and it is one great car. This is one (of the very few places), I can honestly say, the BEST place to get a used car. Your owner, John is also an amazing guy. When there is something up with the car, he WILL fix it, and fast too. I just felt so comfortable buying a car from here and will definitely be shopping here in the future. Thank you guys for your great and honest service.

I was looking for a car and couldn't find was deviated by nature to some different route and saw Elmora auto sales dealership a little frustrated decided to enter and take a look and "bam" it was the best thing I did, I found a nice car very good price and a nice and pleasant manager, is name is Omar, no pushing, gave us freedom to check the car thoroughly and helped us every way he could so we could get the car. Recently purchased a 2005 jeep from Elmora auto sales. The salesman Omar and Owner John were straightforward, honest & sincere. There is no pressure to purchase or overspend beyond your set budget. In fact, exactly the opposite - they actually discouraged me from buying another car that caught my eye but was out of my price range. Buying process was easy and pleasant. After my purchase there were a few minor things the car needed ( for example air filter) and John took care of everything quickly and with a smile. I have been back a few times with questions and I never get the impression that now that the sale is complete I'm on my own. They genuinely want happy satisfied customers and go above and beyond to give great customer service.

I brought my son to look at some used vehicles. We found a very nice Buick Century. The manager, Omar, approached us. He was extremely knowledgable, personable and professional. He introduced us to John, the owner. They encouraged us to allow our mechanic to perform a diagnostic on the vehicle prior to purchasing. We received the thumbs up from our mechanic and my son is driving again.

This guy comes to my bank all the time and tells me he gives out great deals. I found myself in a pinch when my beautiful wife and I needed a second car that could handle the kids and wanted to get something fully loaded. I was surprised to see that they had 11 minivans and just as many SUV's. I did not know what to think when I arrived it was night time but the lot was lit like it was day! Excellent! Friend told me about this place as a disabled person wanted to be cautious but Tony and Nick did not pressure me and I left without buying anything. I asked for a CRV type vehicle and according to my fiances the CRV did not fit my finances. All the cars where so clean. I fell in love with a Hundai Santa Fe. I could not sleep Sunday night thing what a deal I got. I was hopping everything went well on monday. And they made the buying process so easy I walked in and sighed the papers and now I am in the parking lot ready to drive home writing this review! I researched this car as being a ranking of 8 in safety. I would tell everyone to pass by before you buy. PS I asked to have the front bearing and the back lift-gate fixed before I took the car and it was ready ahead of time.l

They found me a car that fit my budget A nice 2000 Ford Taurus wagon and a day later I was driving my newest car, if anything went wrong with in the warranty guidelines thy gladly fixed it. ----- Recently purchased a used 2006 Mercedes from Elmora Auto Sales and, all told, I love the car and the follow up customer service! I went in to the dealership with the intent of buying a newer car, most likely in the Honda or Toyota variety, and was shown a number of models that fit my needs well. The sales representatives didn't pressure me to buy at any point and were helpful with their information. In the end, the '06 Mercedes caught my eye and I ended up buying it. ------ The real argument for going here over other dealerships is the after-purchase follow up, however. Unlike other dealerships, when you buy a car from John and Elmora Auto Sales, you're buying a vehicle and the help of someone who has your best interests at heart and will go the extra mile for you. As with any used car, always have take it in for a pre-purchase inspection from a mechanic or repair shop that deals with your particular make of car. I did so and found a couple of more minor issues (didn't affect the safety or immediate driveability of the car but would have a more long term affect if left un-addressed) which I brought up to John in the service shop. He had pretty much everything fixed overnight and ordered the one part that he didn't have on hand. ------ The shop goes above and beyond what can be expected and is the greatest (of many) things that makes Elmora Auto Sales the BEST place to buy a car in Elizabeth. You're buying both a great vehicle as well as peace of mind knowing that if anything should come up, you have a friend in your corner who will help fix the issue. I would, and do, recommend Elmora Auto Sales for your next car purchase.

The customer service at Elmora auto sales was excellent. The attendants and the owner were very polite and not like other salesmen just trying to make a sale. They took the interest in showing me the best car for my budget. They walked me through this experience with a smile and they were nice enough to repair and replace a broken tube even though it wasn't on the warranty. I'll recommend if you are in need of purchasing a good used car, Elmora auto sales is the place to come.

My husband purchased me a 2004 Ford Escape from here today and they were amazing! Their staff is very friendly and they handle all of the paperwork and fees including title, registration, and plates which saves you a trip to the dreaded DMV. I came in with my infant daughter and they treated me with respect like a prospective buyer not " a woman buying a car" which speaks volumes. I took it for a test drive before we bought it and it rides so smooth. My SUV is clean, nothing is broken, and so far is running great.
