I took my car in last week Friday and they were so great from the beginning. They communicated everything so well with me and worked with my schedule. The vehicle was fixed within a day after figuring out the issue and they worked with me on pricing. As a single mom, I appreciated that help so so much! I found Elvis Auto by chance a couple years back while looking for a new car. Prior to going to Elvis, I was incredibly disheartened as I had encountered a salesman in Marne who treated me very disrespectfully, was quite condescending, and thought it ethical to use high-pressure selling tactics to attempt to "force" me into buying a car. However, my car-buying experienced completely changed once visiting Elvis Auto. Elvis and his team proved to be respectful, knowledgable, understanding, and illustrated they have the utmost commitment to their customers. My experience at Elvis Auto was nothing like purchasing from a dealership. Rather, it was more like gaining a car from family. Even though some time has pasted since buying my Subaru, I continue to go to Elvis and his team whenever my car needs maintenance or requires "check ups." Each time I call or walk in, I always feel as if I'm being greeted as a member of the family. Elvis and his team never fail to take great care of me and do amazing work on my vehicle. Currently, I do quite a bit of driving with my Outback (and sometimes find myself driving across the country). It is such a relief to know that I can always trust I am in good hands with Elvis Auto!
