I bought our van conversion in Oregon and had a heavy cabinet repaired that I had trouble getting back in on some sliding rails. (I'm age 77) Celeste said she would take a look and was able to do it for me and at no charge which made me extremely appreciative. I think there are reasons that E and M motors has such a great reputation in the Boise area. Another reason I just love Boise people!

I just had an epic buying experience at EM Motors in Boise!! Every person including the owner were professional, fun and easy to deal with! I’ve purchased around 15 vehicles in my life and this was the very best experience I’ve ever had!!

This is a wonderful place to deal with. I have been working with Justin for a while now and the depth and breadth of his knowledge about the Sprinter vans is pretty incredible. He is always gracious in answering my questions, even when I need a second (and third!) clarification and he is just a pleasure to deal with. And it’s not just Justin; I have dealt with Celeste and others there and the experience has been the same. They have cool vehicles, know their stuff, and are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Update: late in September I bought a new 4X4 Sprinter from EM...black with big wheels and tires, roof fan and side windows; just love it. They had it there as promised and were a pleasure to deal with. But...the after the sale interactions have been even better. I am back in Boise today where I had them install an auxiliary heater, which was done in a timely manner with the van immaculate when they handed it back. Justin picked up the van from my hotel, brought it back with a full tank, added DEF fluid and encouraged me to speak with their build team about how best to go about my build plans. Erick, Celeste, Justin: thank you. Just cannot recommend these guys more highly.

Do not buy from Celeste and Erick. Majority of these “great” reviews on here are from their personal friends and family members. They sell nothing but ticking time bombs!

Eric and Celeste were great and fair to deal with. Honest and up front which meant a bunch as they were 400 miles way. rather than drive the truck home I had Eric arrange transportation and that also was very fair and the truck delivered the same day....All said and done I Call E.M.
