Best car purchase I have ever made that took place in 2017, 4 years ago after 16 car purchases in my life. Most underrated car shop in Seattle. I recommend all my friends and family to come here first. No hassle, no haggle, no pressure and high quality cars. All there cars have been vetted for reliability. 4 years, 90k miles later on a 13 year old car, 208k miles and still running strong with little maintenance.

5/5 for Carlos & Emerald City Motorsports! I came in from out of state with appointments to look at several cars - 1 dealership forgot the appt & the car wasn't even available, another was ready but the car was in much worse shape than they'd represented - then I arrived at Emerald City. I was skeptical at first, but Carlos had done everything he'd said he would and had the car all ready for me. I was on a short timeline but he was friendly and helpful and handled the purchase as quickly & efficiently as possible. It's not a fancy dealership, they're pretty casual - but the car was accurately represented on their website, Carlos was very responsive and helpful and the price was fair - not to mention they've continued to be helpful as I've had questions/changes to the financing aspect days after the fact (my choice, not due to anything Emerald City did/didn't do.) All around great experience and I LOVE my new car!

When I decided to give up the mini van, my son recommended Emerald City Motorsports and introduced me to Carlos. We test drove the car on a Sunday, and after looking and testing 2 others at different dealerships, I was back here the following day to make my purchase. Carlos made everything super easy and even stayed late so I could come and get the car!! He is not pushy and will crunch the numbers to get you the best price!!
