I was referred to Emmert's Body Shop by my insurance. Ben, the Body Shop Manager, promptly prepared an estimate. The car was repaired timely and with excellent workmanship. There were no surprises. Ben went above and beyond to make sure there was attention to detail. I would recommend them . Nice to have that level of service in our area.

Usually when we shop for a new vehicle we check several Dealerships, but After buying our Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Emmert's and back in 2011 when we bought our Equinox then we decided to deal with Emmert's with out visiting other dealership's. They treated us with respect, concern and friendship. That makes a difference to us.

Emmett motor was very responsive to my inquiry on a specific vehicle found thru cars.com. Specs were not what I am looking for, but they were helpful nevertheless.

Charged me $63 just to diagnose a problem with my truck that i was already aware of due to the check engine light. Will never go here again. For some reason they charge $105 an hour for labor when in larger cities at ase certified shops they charge $45.

The shopping experience was great. We did not feel pushed to purchase a certain vehicle and the dealer was willing to let us test drive any vehicle we requested while maintaining their patience. I would definitely shop with Emmert again in the future.

I purchased a Brand New 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab Short Box 4WD Z71 and it is gorgeous. Our family was treated extremely well by whole staff. Mr. Steve Tupper was our Sales Agent and he was very easy to speak with and helped us make the right decision on this purchase. Mr. Michael Emmert was very kind by helping us purchase the vehicle at a price we could afford. In addition, Rachel(F&I) went out of her way to help us with final paper work. I started looking for a different car in March. I would go for walks in the evening and look at the cars that were on the lot. I knew I couldn't get a car until July. I would cruise the web site. Then I made a connection with Cameron and he got the inforation I needed. He was awesome. I really didn't know what kind of car I wanted at first but I did know what kind I didn't want. He listened and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or that I couldn't afford. I had a budget. There was no pressure. He made me feel like an old friend. I got a 2012 Chevy Malibu. We started with Cameron on the phone and he did a great job of finding the exact SUV my wife wanted with all the features she wanted. When we went to test drive Cameron was off that day and Skip took over and was GREAT. From the test drive right thru the paper work all the staff were professional and made it the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made and we have bought a lot of vehicles personal and for our business, also the price was great as we had already done some shopping. I would recommend these folks to any one looking for a new or used vehicle.

Thanks for a great car buying experience from start to finish. The new Camaro drives just as good as it looks. I appreciated the straightforward approach your team took with my transaction. Everyone knew their job and did what they were supposed to do in an efficient and friendly manner. Cameron was a good communicator and really paid attention to details (no holesin my front bumper!). You can count on a perfect survey back to Chevy from me. I'd give you a 10 across the board: responsiveness, clear communication, service, attention to detail. Between work and family, my time is thing I value most. In reality I didn't think I was going to get a new truck anytime soon mostly because it is always been such a time intensive project. Keeping the momentum of this deal going from the first inquiry is a tribute to your responsiveness and service. The price guarantee and having Rachael get the financing in short order really brought it all together faster than I imagined possible. Cameron is one of the most prompt and professional people I have ever dealt with at a dealership. He took me through the Emmert process and delivered on all of his promises. These guys were amazing. We live about an hour away from the dealership. When we contacted them about a car on Cars.com they offered to either pay our gas to get out to their dealership or bring the car to us at our house. With 2 little tikes at home, it was obvious that we had them bring the car to us. Amazing! We were blown away. Of course we loved the rig and went to the dealership to get it.
