We purchased a car recently with Edmond Autoplex And want to say they are a stand up dealership! We purchased a car 2 years ago through them and had a problem and the manager Greg took care of it. Mind you this was an older car. You don’t find dealerships who stand behind after the sale. We have heard others stories of their integrity and this is why we went back to them. Our sales lady was Anna Robertson and she was great too! She was real and not fake and we love that! Thank you for treating us like people instead of a number and price tag! Integrity and caring customer service is hard to find. God is already blessing them and my prayer is for them to experience exponential blessings! Thank you Emmons for making our shopping for a car Pleasant! They have some really nice cars! Go check them out!

The service and attention to detail could not be better. The 2019 car I purchased is pristine, as in looks, feels and drives like brand-new. This is a beautiful car dealer with a top-notch, very professionally run operation. Very impressive, and I would highly recommend Emmons Autoplex. Ask for Eduardo - he truly went the extra mile to facilitate my out-of-state purchase. This is the most beautifully presented and operated used car dealer I have ever seen.

I had the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Shawn Day was extremely patient with all my questions seeing I was purchasing from out of town. Very honest and recommended shipping and delivering. Shawn took the time to address all my concerns even on his own time. Can’t go wrong! Thanks Shawn We love our 7 series BMW.

We arrived 10 minutes before closing & our sales representative was extremely nice. We weren’t rushed or told to come back after driving almost 4 hours to make it. The kindness meant a lot to us & we enjoyed our whole experience there. We look forward to working with them in future. Special shout out to Ana E.!!! P.S. We even got to test drive the vehicle without being rushed as well! I highly recommend them!!:)

I rarely leave an online review or participate in a survey but my experience at Emmons Autoplex was so good I feel compelled to do so. Ana was my salesperson and she is the absolute best. She was courteous, positive, engaging, and also upfront about not only everything pertaining to the truck I bought, but also the car buying process at Emmons. This dealership is almost 2 hours from my home and it was well worth the trip just to buy from her. I will definitely seek her out whenever I am ready to buy another car. Also, Emmons has a really great website and a great selection of beautiful cars and trucks. I would encourage anyone to check them out but just be sure to ask for Ana if you are interested in buying. You'll be glad that you did.
