Don’t not buy from them I purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram and broke down while driving on the highway turns out the electrical bad and they want fix it not a reliable place to buy cars terrible

My boyfriend got his car from Empire and I have to say, I was very pleased. We went to probably 10+ places looking for cars and this was by far the BEST customer service experience we had. Brandon was able to find us a great car with a great price. All the cars we looked at had low mileage and were in great condition. He even helped us in getting a good price on insurance. He was very honest and straightforward. We had to sit and wait around on some stuff on our end and we even had some really good conversations instead of sitting in awkward silence like we did everywhere else. I highly recommend empire auto. These guys will work with you and make things happen!

My buying process stars wont highlight. But I give Empire and Theresa 5 stars throughout!!!! This is the 2nd car I have purchase in several years. Great cars, great service, no pressure. Straight to the point with no hidden nothing. I have bad credit and a 1099 employee. Theresa damn near jumped hoops to get me my car. Proving I work being a 1099 isnt easy but she made it a breeze. Love my 09 Honda Civic LX. Drives so good!! I HIGHLY recommend Enpire and Theresa is a must.

I could go on and on all day about how wonderful this car buying experience was! Theresa went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us get into the car that we wanted. If she told me "I will call you in 10 minutes", that's exactly what she did. She was 100% honest and earned our trust immediately. There wasn't any "pushing" to purchase. She stayed open late just for us to come all the way from Lake City, fighting rush hour, changing our mind on the car we wanted to purchase at last minute, and getting all of the papers changed over.... She truly is the BEST sales person that we have ever met and will be return customers in the future and will be sending prospective buyers to her. Also their cars are GREAT!

First off I want to start by saying that THERESA CASPER is AMAZING! With everything we was going through with Tillman's auto on Beach. She came in with a cape and an S on her chest and saved the day! I left there with a great car and a new AUTO family! They work with customers and truly care about keeping them and gaining them! They offer 3 year warranties on cars 2005 and new and go above and beyond to please there customers! If you don't want just a place to buy your car but a group of people to make you feel secure when putting out a load of money go to EMPIRE there you will be treated like royalty!!

i have a appointment with Robert in the morning and i am 55 years old and i am on oxygen Robert handle helping me on the phone he took his time with me on the phone while me and him looked thru cars till i found what i wanted he approved me and stayed in my price range but beast of all the car payment was less than i ask for so far they seem like good people to me. i pick my car up tomorrow morning and i am sure i will enjoy my new car thanks again Robert for all your help i will continue this rating after tomorrow ms smith

I purchased a car from this company a month ago and now I have to get another car because the security system on the car is locked preventing the car from cranking. They don't care though.They have a good sales team and are very eager to help people getting into cars but if I could turn back the hands of time, I would've took my money elsewhere.

I went in not knowing exactly what I would be able to get. They helped me find something affordable. When I left with my 2005 Honda Civic, I knew I was getting it as is, but there were a few problems. As soon as I brought the problems to their attention, they made every effort to get things fixed asap, with little inconvenience and NO COST to me. The "check engine" light came on the first day so they had me bring it to them. When I went back for the car, they had already diagnosed the problem, taken it to be fixed and paid for it...all I had to do was pick it up. One of the locks was not working, they had the locksmith come to my house and fix it, again, at no cost to me. They have gone over and above what was expected to make everything hassle-free for me. Theresa, Sarah and Elvis are awesome! If you are looking for a car, I would highly recommend them!

The dealer was happy to take my money and sell me a "required warranty" before he would finance my purchase. The car had a floorboard full of water and he insisted they accidentally left the window down when washing it. Come to find out there were serious leaks somewhere in the roof that flooded the car every time it rained!!! Wasn't the windshield or seals, had them all replaced on my tab. To top it off, nobody would accept the guaranteed warranty because many repair shops had a hard time getting payment from the company within a reasonable amount of time. So I was stuck with a car that stank from constant flooding, and had front end issues and my only option was to come out of pocket while making $400 a month payments with a warranty included. Even this dealer wouldn't take the warranty, said they would charge me the "family rate" of $65 an hour for labor though to help with the cost!!!! My only recommendation would be to STAY AWAY from this place and go somewhere that won't lie to you about what you are buying!!!

I want to personally thank my sales agent Theresa Casper. I was in search of a vehicle and after being turned down by so many other places, she took the time to assist me in every way! Even though i couldn't make it to the dealership before they were closed due to me getting off so late, she allowed me to fax/email all of the information i needed. Once my information was verified, only thing left for me to do was literally, sign and drive! I would highly recommend Empire Auto because not only will they work with you, but the staff is very family oriented and you are guaranteed to leave with a smile knowing that your are in good hands with Empire Auto Sales

Must say that out of all the dealers I went to, Empire Auto Sales went above and beyond with getting me into a vehicle. Even with the credit issues I had, Theresa was able to get me into a nice 05 Maxima, without beating my wallet up. Her knowledge, compassion, and patience made my husband and I feel very at ease. I recommend going to see her, and the others there at Empire Auto Sales. You wont be disappointed at all!

BEST SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY NEED TO GET YOU IN A CAR IS LAST PAYCHECK STUB, PIECE OF MAIL AND A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE. My credit was not very good and I had a really hard time getting approved anywhere else. The people at Empire Auto Sales & Service worked with me and put a lot of effort in getting me approved. They gave me another chance to fix my credit, now I am a new owner of an ACURA TL which I love. They have a no credit check program and secondary financing programs; they also gave me a free 30 day warranty on engine and transmission for my car. They also have a service department where I can have maintenance done to the car at the fraction of the price compare to other service centers. Very Satisfied, Highly recommended. Empire Auto Sales is overall the best dealership i have been to! Their customer service is great. Roger is very honest and helps you to the best of his ability and makes you feel like you are family. Jason is also very good he is funny and will carry on a conversation with you! The owner also gets involved and makes sure that you are treated right, he is kind and great to work with. Beth is very friendly and communicates with you while you are waiting so that you arent just sitting there! Ther facility is clean and offers you magazines to read while u wait! They are all very nice! I would recommend Empire Auto sales to everyone! It offers a great buying experience and they go out of their way to offer all services to help you.

I would have to say they are the BEST dealership I have ever been to. Jasen was amazing. Friendly funny and made it an process. And to top it off I got my dream car with the prefect car payment that I never thought possible with my credit. They treat you like family.
