I was traveling and they fixed me up pretty quick. I'm happy with the service provided by Brian Posey and Matthew Combs. They seemed to understand the urgency and difficulty I was having, being from out of town, and did everything they could to prioritize the work. My truck drives like it has brand new factory brake system. (we're not talking just pads either, I let it go too far). AND, they took care of a recall at the same time! Nice work guys, thank you.

A smooth experience from beginning to end. I designed the vehicle on the website and took it to Empire Ford in Abingdon. Brian Scott was the sales person that I spoke with. Empire Ford placed the order and I was given an arrival date. However, I received my vehicle earlier than expected. The staff is wonderful and the paperwork was completed in record time. I love my Bronco!

I took my F-250 to Empire for service a couple of weeks ago. I just so happen to smell burning oil this morning when I got out of my truck. I opened the hood to find that their technician didn’t put an oil cap back on my engine. The truck has blown oil all over the inside of the engine compartment. This is absolutely inexcusable for a dealership. You might expect this from a Walmart etc.. but not a Ford dealer!
