We were looking for a quality used vehicle, which could be financed even though the car had 100k + miles and knowing we had below average credit scores. Ivan worked with us to find financing for the car we wanted, offered rates and terms better than any other dealership I had checked with. We were very pleased with the car, the price and the financing terms. I would recommend purchasing a car from Empire Motors. I will buy my next used car from them. Do not let the location, or the building factor into your judgment of the dealership; this is no frills car buying.

I bought 2006 Nissan Murano and was highly pleased with smooth transaction. Ivan was polite and answered all of my questions. SUV turned out to be a really good vehicle and currently I'm very happy about purchase. Will recommend dealership to anyone who looking for the vehicle. This Dealership is great this is my second car from this dealership and i have not had a single problem purchasing either one of the 2 cars i got and they were both in great condition and haven't had any mechanical or electrical problems and i drove the first for a year and a half still clean til this day id advice anyone looking to buy a good car go through empire motors! you wont regret it

the car that I purchased from Ivan was very clean and nice overall. The service was excellent he as able to answer all of my questions and make sure that the car safe for my family. I was very pleased with the service and the finacing. I had been terned down by other dealers saying that I need a cosigner.

Just bought an 07 equinox from empire motors. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Great prices, warranties, cars, everything! They made the process very simple and enjoyable. I came out of state to purchase this SUV and was very pleased. Would def recommend them to everyone. Ask for Ivan!

I left a security deposit for a vehicle that was supposed to be repaired. I later learned the repairs were not going to be made and I made several attempts to pick up my deposit. Ed was never available when I got there to get my deposit. It became such a hassle that I stopped trying until recently. Now he is refusing to honor the refund. You live and you learn, but this is pretty hard economic times to have to learn such a lesson. Ivan has always been available for assistance, but due to the fact that I didn't give him the money, he couldn't refund it. Understandable.

Empire motors isn't what I expected when I first arrived. To be honest, I almost just turned around and left. It doesn't look like a dealership. The cars all behind tall fences, there is hardly any parking, and their "office" is just literally one small room. But I figured I had driven this far so I might as well look at the car. The few parking spaces were full so I had to park on the street. After waiting only a few minutes, the car was brought out to me, where we looked at it pretty much in their "driveway" leading to their lot behind a tall fence full of cars. I thought that was a little odd but we took the car for a test drive. Every bit my experience there was a little odd, but it was not bad. The guy we dealt with was very nice and answered every question we asked. But its not your typical dealer, however they were also not pushy like some places can be. As he said they don't take cars that have a lot of damage and I believe him on that. I was very skeptical of buying a car with a rebuilt title. I did go ahead and on my own purchase the car fax report before we went to see the car and that was able to tell me exactly what kind of accident it was in to cause the rebuild title. Even so they let us crawl all around and under the car. Definitely take someone with some car knowledge if the car you are considering has a rebuild title. Plus be aware that some insurance companies will only insure a rebuild for lability only. I have Progressive and was able to get full coverage. In the end I was on a budget and I got a solid car that would have cost me almost double from a different dealer, had I got a car that didn't have a rebuild title. So even though they were a little.. unconventional I would still recommend giving them a shot. Not everyone can be a big fancy dealer, and even small time dealers can have great cars!

This is our second car that we have purchased from Empire Motors, ours is a fly and drive from Little Rock Arkansas. Trust in the quality of work has been excellent, quality of workmanship of repairs have been excellent, paint everything done to detail. Being a mechanical engineer we look for details to be to spec and the Empire Motors does just that. Not problem driving this newest car for my wife , just a great car. Great job Ivan

Contacted Ivan about a week before buying the car. He was knowledgeable about all the details related to the vehicles history and repair list. He returned texts and phone calls in a respectably quick and timely manner and even worked with me setting up a time to look at the car after hours. I drove 350 miles from KY, and I would consider doing it again if another deal like this comes up!

I was in the market for a used vehicle. I found a very nice 2010 Maxima from Empire Motors and the price was unbeatable! I was very surprised how honest this dealership was. Prior to this I went to several other dealerships in the area and did not feel comfortable. I am extremely happy with my purchase from Empire Motors and will be referring all of my friends to this dealership. Don't waste your time with anyone else.
