Do not shop here. Fraud I financed a 2008 Buick enclave back in 2018 the car had bad tires all the way around brakes and rotors bad all the way around I had to get that fixed myself and then I decided to take a vacation that summer and I went to Atlanta when I came back they sent somebody builders to come repo my car talk about all the month behind when I wasn't and when they came and took my car they stole my amp and speakers out of it and act like they didn't know what it was Kelly sent them to get my car and had them steal my amp and speakers out of it she is a hot mess empire is not to be trusted I don't recommend them to nobody they get down on people take people money and then try to take their car to them out they owe payment they Friday do not mess with them

My sister in law financed a car from Empire Motors 3 months ago, a seemingly nice Buick Enclave 2011. 2 weeks ago it just stopped running...we had it towed to a car shop & it needs an entire new engine, quoted repair $10,500. She is 8.75 months pregnant & now without a vehicle. Empire will not return her calls. I understand "as is" but selling a car with an engine thats about to blow out is a totally differentthing. My nephew will be here on Sunday & she will be without a vehicle & apparently still responsible to make payments on a vehicle that won't run. I do hope this situation is rectified & that I can change this review.
