We will never buy another used car from anyone but from Travis and his team. We were in need of a used car for my college daughter. Not only did they find a car in our price point, but went above and beyond in order to ensure that it met all of our expectations. Just remember when you purchase a car from a traditional OEM dealer, that you are paying more for the 'brick and mortar' and overhead that is associated with such complex's. If you want to get the best deal, buy from Epic.

I have had a check engine light on since the day I bought my pickup From him and received no help in this issue. It's pretty damn sad that I buy a pickup and have to spend $400 dollars the next day getting it fixed

From start to finish Travis was very easy to deal with. And I usually can't stand car dealers they are always soo dishonest. I can say For sure this was my best experience ever with a car dealer.

Travis is an all around professional and good human being. He was so transparent about his business and was patient with all of our questions. The car he sold us had the cleanest looking engine that I have ever seen. He had the CARFAX report in hand as well as the inspection report that he had already had done on the car from a local Tilden Automotive. This is a small, family owned business. If you want an honest, trustworthy person to buy a car from, come here first. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I went in to test drive a particular car. In the past, whenever we have done this the dealer takes a copy of our driver licenses and off we go. Alone. This gives us a chance to discuss what we like and/or don't like about the car, if anything, and then make a decision to buy or not buy on the way back to the dealer. But not here. We had Travis in the back seat throughout the whole test drive. I don't know if he thought we were planning to steal his 10 year old car, or what. Very uncomfortable situation, and that was the main reason we did not buy that car, and will not return.

We just bought our third car from Travis and will continue to be life-time customers. We were highly satisfied with the two cars we purchased a few years ago, so we were excited to work with him again for our new SUV need. Travis found us exactly what we wanted within a few days. Update from when I needed to get maintenance on my Armada.. It was a minor thing the vehicle needed and Travis took care of the issue asap! Ive given it some time to see if any other issues surfaced from the Armada and I have to say. I love my car, I'm si very happy I went with Travis he was very helpful and promised me I'd be a proud owner of this SUV and he was right! Awesome job 100% honest and helpful. I will be back to buy my baby sister her first car!!;) thank you!!

Epic Auto and Travis were a pleasure to work with. I was in the market for a 4runner which are tough to find in CO. I was sick of dealers giving me the run around and being extremely overpriced. Epic Auto and Travis did a wonderful job with regards to my truck purchase. I found the experience to be easy going and hassle free. Travis went above and beyond with adjusting to my schedule, and providing many options with regards towards my income and desired vehicle of choice. After visiting several other dealers, it was apparent to me that Travis puts forth the extra effort and attention that makes the process and decision to buy a car smooth and hassle free. Travis is very friendly and not pushy. In the end, i went with Epic Auto's and have been very happy with my truck. I would recommend Epic Auto and Travis to friends (which i have) and family.

The worst car dealer i have been at, Travis the owner a very unpleasant guy. Didn't buy a car only test drove after he said his mechanic had check coolant and trans oil and motor oil and there where fine. But he never said they where change when i ask if they where change the guy laugh and said, if you want new oils go buy a new car those had new oils i just left.

I recently bought my 04' Armada. Love it , its beautiful spacious and room for my family. Travis was great, knocked down the price a bit for me, he was great. Before I bought the Armada it was leaking oil, my dads a mechanic and obsiously has had his share of buying cars and said it was a good idea to have it fixed before I drive it off. So I told Travis I'd get it but only if the oil leak was fixed. He agreed and the following day got it maintanenced and I drove it off later that next day. Loved the experience it was fast, Travis was very honest and caring and I have nothing bad to say about him. But. The following day I drove it off it started leaking again. Then 3 days after having it, the " Service engine soon " light came on! :( grrr!! Not ok. Im a mother with children I work full time Im pregnant- I dont need this on top of my already full plate! :( THEN to top things off my 4th day having it - it started smoking. I just dont know what to do , I hate confrontation but this isnt my fault - I bought the car thinking it was good to go and now I have to drive alllll the way back to Denver from Fort collins to get it serviced- My gas My time My day off! :( Im taking it in this weekend and I cross my fingers and pray it was something minor and I can drive my new SUV with confidence! After all it was a BEA-utiful Armada and I love it to bits! It might be out of Travis's hands but- I dont know that - all I know is I was sold a truck that needed servicing the next day. :( Not ok. Im not sure I'd recommend this dealer depending on what needs done on the SUV. Other than that he is an awesome dealer, gave me a deal and I hope this issue is just something minor.

I just got a great deal on a nearly new Subaru. I love car, the price was a couple thousand less than other places I shopped and the owner of Epic Autos was really honest and I could tell had lots of integrity. He showed me the inspection report from an independent mechanic, showed me the Autocheck history report, and let me take the car on a very thorough test drive. Overall I could not be happier. Epic Autos is a small dealer but his cars are really nice and the price was extremely affordable.

I think there are two important factors contributing to Epic Auto success and extremely high satisfaction rate. Traviscommitment to hand picking and selling only the highest quality vehicles, (mostly Subaru & Toyotas) and his exceptional and genuine customer service make the whole process seamless and actually enjoyable. From a dealership standpoint it a very unique place. Travis is pretty much a one-man show-completely hands on in every detail from start to finish. He is so knowledgeable and will do everything in his power to help you find a vehicle that perfectly suits you and at the fairest price.
