I took my car in for its first scheduled service. Since Advantage Ford has a dedicated lane for minor service such as oil changes, I decided to take it in when an opportunity presented itself, without making an appointment. The service advisor greeted me within a minute of my arrival, and told me I could have a seat in the waiting area and he would bring the service order in for me to sign. He had the service order ready almost immediately, and my car was serviced and washed in 30 minutes. The waiting area is clean and spacious, with TV, WiFi and coffee. I was very satisfied with my service, which was complimentary since I had purchased the car from Advantage Ford. June 2021 update: I took my Mustang in for routine service. This was the first time I'd been at the dealership since the change from Advantage Ford to Essential Ford. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and taken to the lounge so that i could wait for my car to be serviced; the amenities I listed above were still available. The service took longer than I expected, since they tested charged my battery. The car is only driven a few times per month, and they wanted to make sure the battery was healthy. I was able to apply a coupon from Essential Ford and also my Ford Pass points, which significantly reduced my cost for the visit. I was satisfied with the service and will likely continue to use this dealership.

Went to Essential Ford Yesterday as I needed a new Battery. Was greeted by my service advisor Mary who as always is so knowledgeable when it comes to your vehicle. Also needed a tire patched as well. The truck was taken back within 5 minutes and I waited patiently for everything to be done. Their courtesy vehicle even drove me somewhere to grab a sandwich for lunch. When all was said and done, BRAND NEW BATTERY and TIRE PATCHED. Once again another stellar visit to this awesome dealership....

My appointment was set up in advance by Suzi (who is amazing), as we recently moved to the area from Miami. Check-in was smooth and fast, right on the dot of the scheduled time. The service rep (Michael) led me out to the mechanic to consult on prioritized issues he had found, making the decisions much easier to make. The service and front end issue were both handled expeditiously, payment and check out were performed equally as quickly and my Ford Transit Connect is great for another 5,000 miles. Overall, Essential Ford performed excellently and every employee was personable, polite and very professional. Great job, everybody! See you again soon!

Everything was good except the time it took to service my vehicle. I watched on the video feed as my expedition sat idle with no one doing anything for at least 40 minutes of the 1 hour I was there. There were no other vehicles being serviced in that area and there were several techs walking around but doing nothis. Quick Lane is not Quick. I made this complaint to my service writer and she adjusted my bill and referred my complaint to the service manager, Davis. He called me and assured me he would ensure this wouldn't happen again and asked for my business again to prove his promise. I will give them one more opportunity to satisfy me.
