My experience buying a car here was fantastic all thanks to Kyle! Being a working mother, he was very accommodating to my schedule and my children. Kyle answered the phone every time I called and explained every step of the process throughly and got my family into a vehicle quickly. Thank you Ethio Motors, AND KYLE!

We came to Ethiopia motorsports and their staff was very friendly and helpful. We came for 1 car and ended up walking out with 2 cars. Robert was an easy going and help us a lot with the process. Definitely coming back and referring to other people. Not to left behind that they were able to take care of the little defect that we found.

Bought a car from Kyle at Ethios a while back. The experience was as bad as they claim used cars sales to be. He knew very little about the pricing of the car, what he could sell it at, and how to make our purchase work within our means - lots of literal running back and forth from his boss who was telling him the info he needed to know. Because the company doesn’t allow “3rd party banks” to do auto loans, something I believe is a predatory practice to make locals have to use higher interest banks/loaners, we were forced to pay for the car in cash. Something that our salesmen seemed to be proud of accomplishing, despite it having very little to do with his pitch, expertise and knowledge. I say it this way because Kyle was very snide in his comments and way that he carried himself during our buying experience - making comments like “Well, it is a used car” and “Well, you’re buying it” when we brought up concerns about dings on the car or issues with the experience. On top of all of these experiential issues with our purchase, about 1.5 months later, the car is having a plethora of issues that I would think could have and should have been caught by the technicians that Ethios speaks so highly of. Between not changing my oil before I drove off the lot with it (as promised by Kyle), having oil leaks near the engine block, leaking tires, and 5 recalls that stem back to 2018 - I am not at all pleased with the experience, product or service provided by Ethios Motors. I am not sure how they seem to be such a local force in used auto sales but myself, and everyone I know in the area will soon gain an understanding of how poorly this establishment conducts business.

so i bought a car here last year and within a couple of months the check engine light kept turning everything was wrong with the car from the battery to the oil they agreed to have me switch the car for a newer model and year . a month later i had the same problem, car got towed twice! first time because of the battery and the second something with an alternator. smh returning the car and never purchasing from this place again. oh and also the salesmen have u sit there and force you to give them a 5 star review on google.
