Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Salesperson Anthony B.was great from start to finish. John N. came through on the finance end, no high pressure pitches or shady tactics. Two good gentleman to work with. Will definitely be back when its time to do it again.

They make you feel just like family. Phillip Polite was mg sales guy and John was my financial. When I tell you that they never assumed i knew anything they took there time and showed me every bell and whistle. Great staff, honest and I will be going back.

There isn't enough space to describe how bad the experience was here. I broke down on a Sunday and had it towed in. They complained TO ME about where the truck left my car. They didn't look at the car for NINE DAYS . They made me give a $600 deposit for parts! Over the years, I've spent $30k in service at a competing dealer. Never once was I asked for front money. Maybe they're going out of business or maybe they should. I won't even discuss the personnel. Oh! It starts with the most pretentious phone greeting imaginable!

I ordered a custom build with Joseph DeCarolis and he kept me informed during the entire process. There were a lot of frustrating delays because of the semiconductor shortage, but he kept me in the loop as soon as he knew something. He's personable, not pushy, and gets the job done. The dealership is clean, has a nice coffee bar, and has a nice selection of cars in the showroom.

I find it appalling that when this dealer is “appraising” your car, gives you a low ball offer for a car they sold over msrp (27k less 6 months later) and joe d sends me a text “car is sold” when i told him the car i wanted i was willing to give a deposit for. Very unprofessional, irresponsible, and disgusting i will call Mercedes as well with all the texts to show how rude this dealership is!
