The service department could honestly be better. My wife recently had a flat that came out of nowhere. The sensor could be bad, and the spare appears to be flat. They of course have no appointments, as usual. They also cannot offer her a loaner until Friday (3 days later). If this was an anomaly I could understand. But this is consistently our experience. We own a Tesla and a Lexus as well and both are far superior in service requests. Very disappointed.

These guys have questionable business practice of selling the car to the highest bidder. I had an offer accept by their sales manager only, was waiting for the finance department to write up the contract. Only to know that in the next minute the car was sold to the next highest bidder who offered full price. Shop elsewhere. Gregg the sales manager was suppose to return my call with a follow up. No follow up. Shop elsewhere is you shop up with cash at their doorstep. Out of state, out of luck.

I have used Mercedes- Benz of Bethesda service for many years now. My service advisor, Mr. Mike Lang, was terrific, transparent, courteous and professional! He explain what they will do and will call if they need to make any changes, which is not often at all. They’re always very honest and never do extra work without your consent. Overall I was very pleased with my service. Thank you MB of Bethesda!

When I first arrived I was treated very kindly. The test drive went well and the salesman seemed very engaged. I was impressed. After the test drive we began to talk numbers and that’s when the professionalism went out the window. I had actually planned to purchase the vehicle, but the salesman’s attitude changed so quickly when I expressed I thought the cost was a little high and tried to negotiate. Anywho no surprise here he told me he couldn’t meet me at my number which again, I anticipated, and still had planned on buying. But at that point he stopped trying and his whole demeanor changed. He quickly showed me the door, which up until this point he had been quite willing to open for me. On my way out he didn’t even bother walking me all the way to it. I was upset at first, but maybe they just aren’t used to young customers who know what they want. I kind of got the feeling he thought I was toying with him. I’m an auditor, I just passed my certification exam and deserve a gift, a new car is that gift, but I’m also a numbers person. The numbers weren’t quite adding up to me. I just will have to locate it elsewhere! Mercedes dealers all across MD. I would suggest another dealership personally!

What started off great ended with the car being sold. I had my own financing but the bank felt the car was overvalued. I wanted the car but wasn’t given the option to put money down to reduce the sales price. In addition, the finance department pulled my credit repeatedly in an attempt to finance me elsewhere. The last attempt was MB Fin Svcs which was blocked. To make matters worse the finance department never followed up and the car was sold. What a complete waste of time.
