Amazing experience, Z and Zach helped me purchase my third car from here! They are very reliable and honest. Got me approved within seconds and did not charge me any absurd fees like other dealers. They disclose everything unlike some dealers that I have been to. They also offer great quality vehicles with the best prices in the market. Definitely would recommend European Auto Expo!!!

The staff is friendly, but I wouldn't recommend buying a car from here. They tried to add almost $4.2k in fees (just fees, tax wasn't included) to a car that cost $25.5k. That's almost 20% extra added to the price of the vehicle. They wanted $2k for a dealer prep fee, but when my boyfriend asked the finance manager what was done to prep the car he said he didn't know. They also wanted $1.5k for an inspection fee, yet the car we saw had dents on the hood and needed an alignment. You'd think since $3.5k was spent to prep and inspect the car it wouldn't need alignment. They tried to justify the high price of the fees by saying the car was priced a few thousand dollars under value. Multiple dealerships have cars priced a few thousand dollars under value yet they don't have such high fees. Do a quick Google search of this dealership and you'll find lawsuits and multiple complaints of bait and switch tactics. *Edited review for spelling and grammar.*

I had the pleasure of buying my dream car BMW and Sara was the sales person. Sara was extremely professional and patient. She explained in great detail the contract which helped me be at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and when you get there ask for Sara! She is amazing..
