The car I was first searching for sold before I could get to it, but Tyler Thompson helped me find something else. When I told him that the next car I wanted was a little out of my price range he worked with me to get the payments down to something I could afford. He was so thorough in showing me the car and in the buying process that I barely had to ask any questions. The only negative was that there was a typo on the title and I had to wait an extra two days to get the car. That wasn't Tyler's fault though and he apologized and kept me updated on what was going on. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would buy from this dealer again in the future.

We bought a used car here for my daughter (her first car) and the overall experience was great. We looked at the car a few days prior, but went to several other dealers and looked at similar cars just to make sure we were getting the best deal. Sebastian was very patient with us and there was no pressure. I liked that he wasn't a pushy salesman and was very pleasant to work with. We carried on a nice conversation with Sebastian and Brendin (also very pleasant) while the paperwork was being processed. The process was very efficient and we were done in less than 90 minutes. When we initially took the car out for the first test drive, there was some noise that my husband thought might be an exhaust leak. We mentioned it to them and they had it fixed the next day as well as a couple things we hadn't noticed. There is a risk with any used car, but I feel confident that this will be a good first car for my daughter because the service team really seemed to take pride in their work.

We purchased our Volvo from Evans and traded in a Saab, for the second time we know of, someone was in our driveway tonight (Jan2016) backed up to our Volvo ready to repo the "Saab" we traded in to Evans. This is the second time in 4 months that they have been stopped prior to taking the WRONG car. I called Evans after the first incident and they were not helpful AT ALL. Thank goodness for the police and their help. We have been told that if these repo men do take OUR car, we could be hard pressed to EVER find it. We have even called our lender for help and the lender requested we keep the car at the end of the drive, blocked by other cars. How many months must we endure this? We purchase our Volvo in January 2013, it is January 2016, the repo man came to our house in the fall. Tonight my husband was lucky enough to be returning from walking the dogs and saw stop the men as they were in our driveway ready to take our car. Mr. Evans thanks for the recored birthday call we just got on Monday thanking us for our business and offering us service in 2016...NO Thanks and forget it. WE WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM YOU OR COME TO YOU FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!GET IT YOU FAILED US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a great used car at a good price. Our salesman, Mike Wilcox, was upfront about the entire process. It was my first purchasing experience, and he was very helpful. The finance manager (Kevin) that took care of the paperwork and sale was also very transparent and helpful, and honest. My vehicle was sparkling clean and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. It drives like a new car and I don't think I could tell the difference.

We purchased a Certified Preowned BMW from this dealer. We were assured the certified Preowned warranty covered "everything". We inquired about specific parts related to wear and tear and were assured they were covered by the certified Preowned BMW warranty. We have had the car for less than a year. We took it to BMW to be serviced and discovered the warranty covered nothing we were told it covered. In fact, the warranty covers very little that is meaningful. We are extremely disappointed that the "ultimate driving experience" has turned out to be such a negative experience. We will be trading this car and we will never buy another BMW. We will also never deal with this dealer again. I encourage anyone considering this dealer or a certified Preowned BMW to exercise extreme caution.

Evans Motorworks, RE: Casey Mousa I wanted to thank you for the kindness you showed me while purchasing my first BMW 335i. I have always wanted a German luxury car. I was truly looking at Audi, Mercedes and BMW. One day I told my wife I was going to look at Evans Motorworks for BMWs. I told my salesmen, Casey Mousa, that I was not going to purchase the day of the visit. What really drew me near to Casey was that he was not pushy, he actually cared about me and what I wanted. Being a car guy myself, he was one of the most knowledgeable young men about cars that I have ever seen. He simply impressed me that at his age, he knew so much about new cars, old cars, all kinds of cars. Casey took time and asked me what I wanted in a car. He told me he wanted to make sure that I got the color and engine, as well as all the options I wanted. He pulled around a black BMW 335i, exactly like I had dreamed of. After taking it on a long drive, he told me about the options on this car, and why he loved BMW. I was impressed with his professionalism, as well as his knowledge of the car. He easily showed me options on the car that I never knew existed. As we returned to the dealership, I looked the car over and mentioned that I would get back with Casey. After a few days, my wife told me I should go get the car! At the same time, Casey called to see how I was doing and if I was still interested in the car. I then asked him to work up some prices and I would look them over. When we agreed to the price, Casey emailed me a form that made it easy to fill out and email back. Casey told me at the time I was thinking about buying the car, that it may be better to make that decision before the end of the month. At the time, BMW was offering cash back and special lease incentives. Casey suggested that they may change at the beginning of the month which just happened to be 1 day away. He was right, the evening of the day we went to sign all of the paperwork, BMW did change its policies but Casey and Evans motorsports still honored the deal we had already made. It is important to mention that after the sale, Casey contacted me several times about my car and asked if I had any concerns or questions. He even gave me his personal cell phone number, which I have never had a salesmen do before. I also wanted my windows tinted, and Casey advised me of the best tint. Casey came a week later and picked up my car at my office approximately 35 minutes away and left me a 2015 BMW for a loaner car, while they tinted my windows. He dropped the car off to me at my house that evening! Very impressive to say the least. So not only was Casey there before the sale, he was there after it too! That means a lot. He set up everything on my BMW the way I wanted, as well as told me about BMWs valet service, which I used when I went to the Dayton airport. I truly believe Casey Mousa is an asset to Evans Motorsworks, as well as the BMW Company as a whole. His personality and his love and knowledge of cars makes for the best salesmen that I have ever encountered. When I am ready to purchase my next BMW, I will not hesitate to return to Casey for another purchase, because I know I can depend on his vast knowledge of BMW cars as well as his laid back demeanor. I also in the future will not hesitate to refer all of my fellow gearheads to Casey and Evans Motorworks for all of their car buying needs as well. He did a great job showing me the car I came to look and was very helpful in helping me find more information on the vehicle. On 7/10/15 my husband and myself went to have my bwm serviced for repair.. while the car was being looked at we had a sales rep by the name of Robert ElSwick he showed us cars and was so very helpful with all the questions we had... this was the best experience I have had in purchasing a car... I have told everyone I know that if they want a new or used car that Evans motorworks is the place to go as everyone there was very helpful in everything we ask... our sales rep was absolutely amazing. I brought my 2001Bug with 230K miles in for service. Josh in the service department provided excellent service. The cost was less than at a non-dealer and I was even given a free loaner car. When I had to bring the Bug in for another problem and the cost of repairs was more than I'd paid for it (used), I decided to find a "new" used car. Josh introduced me to Jordan Seal in the used car department. Jordan was personable and helpful. He was able to get me financed despite the fact that I am a full time grad student with a limited income. I felt I was just as valued a customer as one buying an expensive new luxury car. My only disappointment was that they don't service Nissan so I won't be able to continue working with Evan's Motorworks. When I am ready to buy a new car, I'll be back!!

I recently purchased my first BMW (535i X drive) and was fortunate to work with Casey Mousa. He was very informed (positives and negatives) about the vehicles he was selling. I found that refreshing. At other dealerships I visited, I knew more about the vehicle than the sales executive. Casey was willing to work with me on a great deal. Took the car in for a check engine light and they blew me off and said they needed to see it immediately after it Occurred. They said they could not get it to come back on but it came on for me on my way home. I also noticed from the odometer that they didn't even drive it. I went over my 60000 miles before I got it back into them and another dealership said that I have to have the cylinder heads redone and it's $2000 worth of repairs. If this dealership would have done their job the first time i took it in that would have been covered by warranty. I had a similar experience with them over an airbag light. 3 visits for them to finally agree to fix it. when you buy the car they boast of service department and loaners. In all my visits they never had a loaner available. Do not buy a car from this company.

I had a great experience buying a 2013 Volvo S60 with Jim Hilt. He was very patient with me while I decided whether I wanted to buy a car before winter or not. Prior to looking at the car I bought, I told Jim that I believed their price was higher than reports I found and comparable cars in the area. He encouraged me to still look at the car and we would discuss price. The price discussions were very pleasant, professional, and most importantly logical! We talked about other options in the area looking at where they are priced vs mileage, and reports from NADA, and KBB. Overall a great experience with a laid back, comfortable atmosphere.

We bought a certified 2013 TDi Jetta. Got a great car at at a fair price. I would mention however like many dealers, the finance guy will try to sell you alot of add ons you DON'T need. I went to evans after hearing a radio ad. I had a trade in that I still owed money on. After 3 days of Robert Elswick working very hard, I got the call from him that I was approved for a new van. They paid off my trade in and the staff was amazing. Robert was an amazing sales man and worked very hard to get me approved. He was very patient with me and my calling to constantly check on the status and was great when I had to bring all 5 of my boys with me to sign the paperwork for my new van. Casey Mousa helped myself and my husband get into two different BMW's in one day. We had two trades ins and Casey got us taken care of in one day. We were just looking around but found the prices and quality that we could not leave beind. BMW of Dayton also offers a lot of different incentives like car washes and discounted manis during servicing. Casey was a great help and he he gave us what we wanted. I recently worked with Casey Mousa at Evans Motorworks. We purchased a used car from Casey! The process of purchasing the vehicle was very relaxed. I felt extra comfortable because Casey allowed us to have the vehicle for 1 day to reassure us it was the perfect choice. He did exactly what I asked him to do when it came to working with my fiance' and I on the financing. The process was very smooth. Everyone at the dealership was nice, helpful and very professional. I was also impressed with the finance/loan officer. He did a great job of explaining everything, and I felt very confident with him. When it came to the financing part, we were able to work mostly over the phone and return to the dealership for the signatures. My wife and I went in looking at the BMWs there at Evans Motorworks and Casey approached us and answered all the questions we had and nearly spent half of the day working with us. That day we had visited several dealerships looking at different vehicles but we were so comfortable with the deal Casey and those at Evans Motorworks gave to us that we decided on leasing a brand new 328xi for my wife and traded in my 2008 328 and bought a loaded used certified 528xi! Working six days a week makes it difficult to get out and shop for a used car. I saw a 2002 Park Avenue on the Internet and decided to check it out one morning in September when I had a half day off. Took my BMW 3 for repair they charged me over $3000 and did not fix the problem. I got 2009 BMW x6 each time I take it there it gets worst. I got two other friends in Dayton OH they have same problem they took their cars and they just charge for nothing.

It has been by far the worst experience of our lives! We traveled far to purchase a car, the minute we explained (which by the way had to be several times to different people) that we had already chosen our own bank for the financing, they were just unhappy and was more than obvious they did not want to sell us the car... and believe us, they attempted everything to try not to sell it... unbelievable. I would NOT recommend it and quite frankly I wonder how they even have the right to sell BMW's...
