I had a lovely experience at Buick in Bryant. Customer service was excellent. Environment was very comfortable. Facility was super clean and comfortable. I received quick and efficient service from all team members who I interacted with. Thumbs up to the team!

If I could give 6 stars I would. This dealership was professional, kind, courteous and non pressuring. My sales person, Brandon Shelton, worked hard, even after work hours, to get me the best deal and the absolute most for my trade. He was open and upfront about everything and kept clean solid communication with me the whole time. Great experience. Great staff. Absolutely wonderful experience. Please please please go to them first if you're looking for a new vehicle or wanting to trade. I promise they will treat you right.

Robbie Keel was awesome! This was an out of state purchase and man it couldn’t have gone any smoother. In and out in record time everything was as advertised, no hidden agendas. My poor experience was with the lack of communication from the service writer. Had to call multiple times to get any kind of update and then given details thatbwere vague at best. Was even given details about a vehicle that wasn't mine at one point. Then told I was getting a new transmission under warranty and would have a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty and paperwork would be available upon pickup. When picked truck up was told my transmission was rebuilt and would have a year warranty on some parts and 2 years on others and would have no way of knowing until it was torn apart to know if it has more issues in the future if they will be under warranty or not. This is a 2017 truck with 57K miles on it that has never been off road, rarely ever tows anything which is really light loads when it does tow anything and has never spun a tire and has been adult driven as I have put every mile on it. I was told transmission issues is a known problem across the GM line which is quite concerning and reason for me to get away from the GM product line. This dealership has always been phenomenal in the past with sales and service but this experience has cast quite a dark cloud on my opinion of their service department. I have referred several friends and family members to this dealership over the years and I have purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years. They have always been great but this experience was poor at best which unfortunately has been reported to me by several close friends and relatives recently as their experience as well. I have defended the dealership due to me not having a bad experience but given the lack of communication and misinformation given I can no longer do so in the future. This is unfortunate as I will soon be in the market for vehicles for my two younger children.
