I purchased a 2017 Chevy Volt. I specifically asked if the car had adaptive cruise control and was told that it did. The day after purchase, I informed by salesperson that the car was lacking this feature. I wasn't responded to for days, then the problem was denied, then they attempted to determine if the feature could be added, then I was blamed for failing to make my preference clear. Not a customer obsessed organization. Buyer beware.

Fast and friendly service. I took my car in for an oil change the service department was very nice and helpful. Then when something did come up that was their fault they were quick to own it apologize and fix the issue! Outstanding service and love the fact that they didn't try to mess with me like other dealership's have!

You made our car look brand new again. Great work with the exception of the little ding on our window still there. However, it was marked off on the work order as being completed. So I am assuming that I must have had another one that I wasn't aware of being there. I have to say that this is my first visit back since the new ownership change and from my contact with Elizabeth and to the last contact with her the superior service is so superior to the old ownership and the attitude of the service department. Thank you so very much for becoming a first class dealership. I will definitely share my experience with my friends.....Jim Jobes

It started with the ease of scheduling my service through the website site, available date &time slots were made it convenient . My vehicle was taken in promptly and I was kept advised by friend staff members. I was there for an oil change, but they did an overall check of my truck and had found a nail in one of the tires. In fact every employee that passed me ,as I waited , acknowledged me in some fashion. It was just a pleasant experience, in a clean facility.Thank You from this Ohio traveler!

Ease of scheduling. Communication with a customer during Service work if additional items are recommended. The cost ($550.00) for what i had you do was comparable with others and i enjoy your coffee machine while waiting.Disappointed windows & outside mirrors were not washed and lights not checked.

The sales team got me into my dream truck and did everything they could to make it work, especially Sky! He did amazing! He got my truck from out of state in the color/trim and everything I wanted. He did everything he said he would. Kyle was also pretty awesome, he worked with my grandfather and I, and was very clear and helpful. A few minutes after checking in, Elizabeth in the Service Department found me in the waiting area and explained the transition from Michaels (formerly Lithia) to Evergreen ownership that took place in February and that my lifetime oil change service which I purchased at the time of my car purchase with Lithia (before Michaels, and before Evergreen) was not valid with Evergreen. She explained that although there were talks between Michaels and Evergreen, nothing has been agreed upon yet in honoring the lifetime oil change service. She explained I could still do the oil change, but there would be the standard oil change cost, or I could schedule an oil change at the Michaels' BMW location in Seattle which is still covered under the lifetime oil change service contract I purchased. I appreciated her taking the time to bring me up to speed and explaining my options, knowing full well that I could have just taken my keys back and left and Evergreen would have lost my business for the day. I appreciated her honest straight talk, and decided to have my oil changed with her and the Evergreen service team. Elizabeth is a wonderful team member and Evergreen should be proud to have her on their team!

I strongly urge you to avoid Evergreen Chevrolet and their unethical business practices. The owner and staff are dishonest, unprofessional and lack product knowledge. I was promised my new truck would tow the weight of my trailer. I later found out the truck wasn't capable of towing my trailer. Many promises were made to remedy the situation, but none of them were ever met. Now several months and dozens of excuses later, I was told to take my business elsewhere by the General Manager of the company. I am in complete shock that a company can get away with treating customers this way. Please do not make the same mistake I made shopping this dealership. I now own a $46K truck that I can't use. Furthermore I can't trust Evergreen to perform any service to my new truck.

I went here to look at a used Ford Focus that was going for an excellent price. I was greeted by Casey who helped me out and let me take it on an extended test drive. During the test drive, he went out of his way to answer any questions I had about the vehicle, and was not pushy like most car salesmen I've dealt with. At first, I had some trouble getting a good loan, but Casey and the rest of the team went beyond the call of duty to set me up, in the end, we figured something out and I drove home with a nice car.

I had been to many other dealers looking for a particular vehicle and every one of the Reps promised me the world.....and fell short. I called Kevin out of the blue and he had the truck I wanted. He didn't over do it like the others by promising me something and falling short. He told me the truth and was very easy to work with. We purchased a new Suburban from Kevin last week. Over the years we've bought a few vehicles, and this was our easiest, least stressful, and most enjoyable experience. We felt that we received great value for our trade-in, we didn't make any sacrifices on the vehicle we bought, and we felt that we received very competitive pricing. We didn't feel pounced on when we walked in the door, we didn't feel like we needed to haggle on pricing on either the trade-in or the new vehicle, and it was just an easy and fun experience. Best of all, we love the new ride!

I have my car serviced at this Dealership and have had wonderful experiences with their service department. When it came time to try to get into another vehicle we came back to check out their service department. There was no car buying drama and although we didn't come to terms Kevin did all he could to get us the terms we wanted. He was honest and communicated with us even after the deal was over. Most dealerships drop you like a hot rock if there isn't a deal to be had. Not only did Kevin get back to me he did so in a way that didn't make me feel any less valued than someone making a purchase. Thank you so much for that Kevin. When it is time for us to buy, we know where to come. It is important to note that we went to two dealerships, one of which was Michaels and only Michaels treated like we mattered to them. Thank you so much for that.

After getting there and getting mediocre help, we were going to head home and then thought we would stop into Michael's Chevrolet and see what they had in stock.Our family members had bought several cars with Chris Otake as their sales person, and they were very pleased with their experience. He happened to be in there and right away was attentive and helpful. He was the only person I have ever talked with who knew some of the nuances of the rental returns vs a regular used one. The rental returns did not have the towing capabilities and would not have done what we needed it to do. With limited inventory of 2014s, and the prices of 2015 Suburbans being high with the new body style, he helped us look at the difference of getting new vs used. Not wanting to make a rush decision, even though Chris stayed well beyond closing hours, I went home to think about it and came back the next day. When I was deciding not to buy, Chris was very low pressure and wanted to make sure we did what was right for us and come see him when we were ready if we needed to wait. There was another Suburban that was an LT, and several thousand cheaper, but very loaded. He brought it around for me to look at, and it had every option and more that we wanted, but for almost 10% cheaper. We ran the numbers and looked at financing rates and pulled the trigger and I was able to get my wife a beautiful 2016 Suburban for Christmas.Chris followed up later, even a month later now, letting us know the plates were in, answering questions about floor mat options, and making sure we got all the perks that came with buying a new car from Michael's.Service staff and parts department have been great too. We got the Chevy floor mats and did not like how they covered, so they returned them with no problems and we ordered the weathertech floor mats, which are awesome (highly recommend those).Overall, I have been very impressed with the dealership as a whole and must thank my cousin for the recommendation to work with Chris Otake.Chris- thanks for all your help and I will hit you up when I am ready for a new truck.-Brandon

I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruze LTZ from Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah. I had been searching for a new or newer used car for about 3 years. I decided I wanted to purchase from Michael's after visiting the dealership and test driving a couple of cars and working with one of the salesmen there, James. Another plus for me was that Michael's seemed to offer the most certified cars over other dealerships I had been checking out. (And I had checked out a LOT of dealerships over the last three years!) The car buying process there was pretty straight forward. My only slight disappointment was not being told the exact percentage rate for financing the car at the time of the paper signing. We had been told the approximate percentage rate before hand but it would have been nice to know what financial institution was going to be used and the exact rate without having to ask at the point of paper signing. Another big plus for me is the dealership is right around the corner from where I work.

I was researching some cars online and the one I was looking at just so happen to be at Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah. I did an online chat with a customer service rep. and about 10 min later was contacted by a sales rep, named James. We decided to go down and check out the car we saw online. We got down to the dealership and met with James, Right off the bat, he was super friendly and we got a sense of a relaxed, non-pressured environment from the dealership; it was a nice refreshing change,We test drove the car we were looking at online, then after talking it over..decided to go ahead and "run the numbers". What came back was actually not too shabby. However, after going out to look at the car again,,,another car caught our eye. So we had James let us take it for a test drive than afterwards "run the numbers". It came back not too shabby again, PLUS they offer awesome VIP plan which includes oil changes, windshield chips, dings in door, etc.So we decided to move forward on purchasing the vehicle. Curran in the finance department was also a pleasant experience. HE went above and beyond to find us the best deal in financing the vehicle and also was very patient and explained everything in great detail. I have been looking to upgrade our 13 year older vehicle with a newer one, and after looking up recent year used vehicles came across a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I thought might fit our needs. Price seemed fair and options seemed close to what we needed with the exception of having a smaller engine than what our "ideal" would have been. Arriving without notice at the dealership I was greeted at the door by a salesman named Jeff Gentry. After explaining what I was wanting to look at, he quickly took me out to view the vehicle. It was also a plus that Jeff knew Jeep vehicles even though it was at a Chevrolet dealership. He had the knowledge to answer most questions and also to show me just about every feature of the car. For once, a car salesman actually knew more than me after doing lots of research and reading reviews online. He then allowed me to drive the vehicle to see what I thought of the 3.6L six-cylinder as opposed to the 5.7L V-8 that was on my wishlist. He was perfectly OK to let me decided whether it was adequate or whether it was a deal breaker for me. After driving for a good 20 minutes up hills and at freeway speeds (and beyond), it's ability and power actually surprised me and I found myself quite satisfied that the vehicle would meet my needs quite adequately.Then came the issue of price, trade-in, financing, and the usual negotiating aspects for the vehicle. I had already researched prices and to be hones their price was one of the best already out there for the model, mileage, and options. So I wasn't sure how much of a deal I would get. The process was quite straight forward and at no time did I feel like I was being pressured or being asked to do something that I didn't want to do. The trade in value was slightly on the lower end, which I expected it to be in the initial offer, but by the time we ended up with a deal several key issues of tires, fluids, AC service, and bit more trade value was all accomplished and I feel I was treated fairly and appreciated Jeff's whole demeanor and expertise. I would buy from Jeff again, and that is NOT my usual experience with most car salespersons.The financing was also just as easy and non-pressured with Curran Ragan. Options were presented and explained and the decision of what to buy, or not buy, what coverages to have, or not have, and even the final terms and payments options were always up to me without pressure to "upsell" or give me what I didn't need or want. Kudos to Curran and Jeff for a great buying experience at Michael's Chevrolet in Issaquah, WA. Definitely very easy and good to work with, not to mention the delicious coffee/mochas available for free too. Couldn't have gone any smoother and in a couple days, I expect to return to pick up the vehicle with the new tires, fluid services, and ice-cold AC. I wasn't expecting to buy when I walked in, but came out a very happy owner of a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with all the right options and the right price too.

He also really went above and beyond to make my truck work for me. Unfortunately my 2014 Chevy Silverado had a minor malfunction with the 4WD system after driving 2 blocks from the dealer. Jeff Gentry assisted me in checking out the Chevy Volts. I had my eye on the used 2015 one I'd seen online. I took it for a long ride on the highway but unfortunately, it didn't have any charge in the battery. Jeff got it charging and we took another Volt out that did have electric power so I could feel the difference. Jeff seemed to know the car fairly well and what he didn't know, he found out for me. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with all aspects of the car sale. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the whole process went smoothly.

Went on a sunday in search of a used subaru legacy we found online. We were offered help almost immediately and was given access to a test drive a few moments later. The used car was almost like a new one and they were very nice about replacing a small part of the car that was missing (a cover for the fuse box). The sales rep was kind in working with our price range and helped lower the price to a slightly more reasonable value. The whole process of purchasing the car was VERY efficient and took no more than and hour and a half (excluding our hour long test drive). The lobby was also very clean and had a nice and fancy coffee machine and tea choices that was very helpful in the cold weather. Also a nice flat screen TV and lounge area to sit in while waiting for final processes to finish.

Casey was willing to work with me over the phone. Ford dealers have lost the customer service skill. This will be the second Ford I have bought at a Chevy dealer. I am a hard core Ford guy and would never think of buying a Chevy. Casey my salesman was cool, straight up and so far I am really enjoying My Mustang.When I made an appointment I followed through. We had previous problems with another dealership in our hometown which prompted us to look outside of our comfort zone. After a quick search, we found a 2007 Chevy truck on AutoTrader located at this dealership. We happily traveled the hour and a half to go look at it. Bill had the truck ready for us as soon as we arrived. We did go to look at another truck while in the Issaquah/Bellevue area, but the overall truck, customer service, and vibe were much better at Chevy of Issaquah. My husband and I had been test driving several vehicles throughout the day and were very happy when we were able to test drive our potential new vehicle without the salesperson in it! I just wanted to post a review for my experience at Michaels Chevrolet in Issaquah Washington. I recently purchased a used car online from Daniel at this dealership, I purchased this car with emails and phone calls from Daniel as I live several hundred miles away. I was given a fair price for the new purchase and I told them what I wanted for my trade, with no haggle they were willing to give me my asking price, plus they pulled the car off sale until I could get up to see and purchase the car. I also was able to get a second remote for my car, but it was out of stock so they ordered it for me. When the remote arrived to my home, I also received a factory touch up paint and two more keys that were already cut for my Camaro. I needed to get the keys and fob programmed at a local dealership which was not a very pleasant experience. When finishing up at the local dealer for programming. I had spoke to Daniel at Michael's Chevrolet and he paid for my programming without question. I can not say enough about working with Daniel and every aspect of my experience at Michaels Chevrolet This dealership did everything they said they would do, and gave me excellent customer service, I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Don't hesitate to buy a car from them online. They are very honest and fair. And as I have found its worth the drive.

My Wife and I were looking for nice, loaded, Pre Owned and Certified Chevrolet Tahoe. We found one online through Auto Trader at Michaels Chevrolet in Issaquah. I called and Chis Otake answered the phone. He was very pleasant to speak with. I went over from Eastern Washington a couple days later and we met in the lobby. Chris showed me a couple models to choose from. He struck a good balance of business and small talk knowing I this was a big purchase, but also wanted to know a little about me and share a little about him. I knew I was going to offer a low price for the vehicle I selected. When my offer was not accepted by the General Manager, Chris was polite and professional in letting me know. We went back and forth a few times before finding a middle ground on the price. He was willing to work with me and never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured in the negotiations. He stayed late to work out the details. When I went to pick up the vehicle on short notice a few days later, he came in and made my experience good knowing I was on a time crunch to make it fast. We have been looking for a truck for a long time. It was hard to pull the trigger on this big ticket item. I don't trust car dealers. We have bought half a dozen cars and have learned many lessons. We were in the area and decided to stop by and take a quick look to see if there was anything that caught our eye. We have a general rule "tell them to leave us alone until we have questions". I found a truck that looked like it . Chevrolet Silverado Longbox AND IT WAS A 3500HD .. The more I looked the better it got. There were quite a few rebates and and added factory incentive "BONUS BUY" rebate. I was expecting a hard sale from the salesperson Then out came Chris O. and we were greeted with a knowledgeable non pushy person who had a demeanor that was welcoming. He answered our questions and we went for a test drive. I always feel like buying a car is like the shell game where you have to decide where the ball is.. NOT HERE... Between Chris and Tracy we got the straight scoop on what it cost and all the figures added up.Not ever doing anything this important on the same day we slept on it and within a few days we came back and bought our new truck. It just may have been the 1st time I didn't regret having committed to that much of a loan or felt like we could have got a better deal. THAT IS UNUSUAL for us... Most of the reason for that is Chris Otaki... I did not feel like they were trying to get rid of me after buying the car. They took over an hour showing us how everything worked and answering our every question, AND if he didn't know the answer HE FOUND OUT it..I will recommend them to our friends. I have had my 2010 GMC Acadia serviced at Michael's for five years. Each time the service advisors have been courteous and friendly. The car has been fixed or serviced quickly and inexpensively every time. Recently, when the water pump went out, they checked and found that it was still under warranty and fixed it for free. I have been completely satisfied with all the work done in the service department.

My husband and I were out looking at cars for our teen daughter last weekend. We weren't intending to purchase a car that day, just wanted to see what was out there in our price range and test drive a few cars. When we got out of the car at Michael's Chevrolet, we were immediately greeted by Sales Associate, Casey Dunham. We told him what we were there to do and he began showing us some cars in our price range. We came across a 2014 Cruze that caught my eye and happened to be the exact color that my daughter wanted. Casey offered for us to take the car home to show our daughter, so we did. We all fell in love with the car and returned to purchase it a few hours later. Casey made the whole process very quick and easy. Sales Manager Michael Hayes was friendly and accommodating also. We are very happy with the price we paid for the vehicle and excited about the great warranty that came with it . I really liked that Casey asked me to bring my daughter back the next day so that he could "deliver" the car to her. He also made arrangements for us to be able to hold off on activating the 90 day free trial of OnStar and XM radio until our daughter gets her license and will be driving the car. Overall, A+ rating for Casey Dunham and Michael's Chevrolet. Thanks again!!!

My wife and I located a used car on line that was available at Michael's Chevrolet in Issaquah, WA. When we arrived we were greeted by sales rep, Chris Otake. Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were able to settle on a good deal and Chris was instrumental in accomplishing that for us. When test deriving the car he pointed out things that previous sales reps we had worked with, never mentioned. At no time were we uncomfortable with the entire sales process from start to finish. My wife and I have been researching and looking for a new Tahoe for quit some time and knowing exactly what we were looking for. Over the past several months we have had several local dealerships do the bait and switch, oh that car sold, we have a different model, etc. We have even had two appointments scheduled and both times the car we went to go drive was sold or loaned out but they have another one they want us to look at and one even took our car keys to keep us there.We just happened to be driving by Michael's and decided to stop and look since we had not been at this dealership in our prior search.Happens to be that they had a Tahoe that we had been looking for that was very close to our criteria.After looking it over the salesman came out and introduce himself-Casey Dunham. Casey was very polite and we talked a little bit about what we were looking for and the Tahoe fit our needs. There was no pressure, no fast talk sales and a very comfortable attitude. Casey indicated that he would go in and sit down to discuss the numbers with us and at any time if we felt like it would not work we would shake hands and say it was a pleasure to meet. He indicated that if I didn't want to go in since it was later in the evening to go home and call him later on if we changed our mind.We ended up buying the car that night and at least four people stayed till 10:30pm that night to make this happen for us. Casey Dunham-salesperson and Christian-finance mgr both were exceptionally professional and in NO way applied any pressure or the typical car sales attitude or tactics.I would recommend this dealership and the the people involved in this dealership to anyone I know is in the market for an automobile.

On Saturday, June 27th my son and I went to Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah and worked with Sales Representative Casey. He was friendly and honest with a no-pressure sales style. He worked with the family situation and available finances and assisted us with getting our dream car. I left feeling like I had been given an opportunity to work in partnership with Casey and his colleagues and did not leave feeling like I didn't get the car I wanted Or that I am paying outside of my budget. What was the best is that my son's experience was a positive one. I believe this will allow for the next generation in my family to grow with this dealership. I found the car I thought I wanted on-line. Called the dealership and Casey Dunham answered my call. One hour later we were in Issaquah driving the car of my dreams. The car had not even been dealer-preped yet. We placed a deposit on the car and 5 days later the car had 4 new tires and a bunch of other stuff that the dealer found necessary to ensure that we had a quality new car. Casey and his team went overboard to see that we had the ultimate buying experience. And we certainly did. They even had dog cookies for our dog and encouraged us to bring her inside out of the heat. We will be back to see Casey when we are ready for our new Chevy Volt!!!

The absolute easiest vehicle buying experience I"ve ever had. We knew exactly what we wanted and they had it. We visited Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah on June 9th 2015 and traded in our vehicle for the GMC Denali Acadia I have wanted for years. In about two hours from test driving, to signing all the papers I was driving home very happy. Ralph was a pleasure to work with, and very friendly. Never did we feel any pressure for making any decisions. He stayed late even until our deal was final. Ralph made everything "right" for us and he is a very honest person. The entire process was smooth and easy. I will definetly go back to work with him in the future. Thank you also for tolerating My 7 and 3 year old while we were there.

My husband and I were in the market for a used but fairly new vehicle to drive for Uber. We had gone to at least five other dealers with a "pre-approval" only to find that no approval existed and had to start from the beginning, which would take up the majority of our day.Ralph was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and worked hard to find us the perfect car for our needs and within our price range that we would qualify for. Ralph let us know the initial paperwork may take a while and we left for the day. Ralph called and emailed when he found our perfect car. Upon our second visit, working with Ralph and Michael, in just two hours we were approved, trade-in accepted, and driving away in a beautiful 2012 Chevy Cruze. I would definitely recommend this dealership, great coffee, friendly non-pushy employees, and clean bathrooms.Thank you Michael and Ralph!!

My experience with Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah was a two edged sword. The sales and finance department was easy to work with and knowledgeable. Paul Young our sales person was very helpful and accommodating. We bought our 2006 F-150 before they had a chance to service and detail it.The service advisor called me and asked me what day I'd like to bring it in. We agreed on a Monday. I dropped of the truck and they set me up with a loaner at their cost which was great. I asked when it would be ready I was told Tuesday. I hadn't received a call by late Tuesday afternoon so I called and was told that it would be ready Wednesday. I waited til late Wednesday no call, so I call to find out it will be ready 10am Thursday for sure. So I told the service advisor that I would be there between 12 and 1 to pick it up. I actually showed up at 11:30 to find out that the truck was not ready and their tech had called in sick and no one was working on it. We will have it ready for you tomorrow and deliver it to you. Ok that was a nice gesture. So back to Enterprise to get loaner again. Friday afternoon comes I haven't received a call about my truck so I called to check I was told that it was done we'll call you in about 20-30 minutes to set up delivery time. 2 hours went by no call. So I called again. This was around 3pm. We had a problem we should be done shortly. Around 5 pm I received a call we are done and can have your truck to you around 7:30-8:00 tonight, we weren't going to be home so we set a time of 7am Saturday. We finally received our truck at 8am Saturday. I have two problems with this ordeal, the service we were to receive was front brakes, frontend alignment and detail. I assume they did the brakes and front end alignment, they perform a detail but it was like" this ones sold just run it through the car wash and vacuum visible areas". There is dirt that has been caked on the Tonneau cover for awhile that is still there, I looked under the back seats and the rug was not even vacuumed.The biggest thing is communication from the service advisors. When I showed up on Thursday and the truck was not ready I was just a little upset. All they had to do is call and say our tech is sick and your truck won't be ready, I understand things happen.I love my truck now that I've gotten it back

While looking for a newer (Pre-Owned) car I spent a lot of time reading reviews. I always wondered if they were legit or just people promoting their own business or something else along those lines. You'll probably wonder the same thing. I really did buy a car from them today. :-)I was fed up with working with dealerships and sales people. All those typical games you run into. "Let me go talk to my manager" and what not. It's annoying to say the least. I was expecting the same thing at Michaels. That didn't happen (well once, but after that we moved on to paying for it). I got in and got out paying only $5.68 more than I asked to pay the moment I got back from the test drive (which I took on my own, now sales person, it was kind of weird). I can't believe that! That never happened before and I had started negotiations on a few cars over the last 3 months.The sales person I worked with was Chris O. Negotiations always went the same way, right out of the car sales handbook (should be burned). Chris didn't do it that way and I definitely appreciated it! He was awesome! Same thing, NO BS. No back and forth trying to squeeze every cent out of me. He didn't hold my license or bother me about down payments or a trade in. Once I told him I had no down payment or trade in he didn't ask again. He was honest, helpful and treated me like a person and not a number or dollar signs. OR an idiot. I am a woman. I know cars, I build 4x4s and race cars for fun and I was a mechanic in the military and I am now an industrial mechanic. I can pretty much fix or work on anything. He never treated me like a dumb female out to buy a car but couldn't even find the dip stick under the hood. That was refreshing to say the least.I NEVER EVER thought Id rate a dealership this way. I actually never considered rating one because I figured my experience would be typical or maybe just a step enough above for me to tolerate doing business with one. In this case though, it was just, so much easier. I still can't believe it. I'll add Michael's Chevrolet to the very short list of dealerships (3) I'll deal with, with out hesitation, in the future.

Daniel Bowley was an awesome salesman to deal with! Called him on the phone and was able to negotiate a great price from there. I even applied for financing online. By the time we got there we were able to do a quick test drive, sign the paperwork, and take our beautiful new truck home. Daniel was a true joy to work with. Bill Boston greeted us in the parking lot and introduced him self and said if you need any thing let him know. It was so refreshing not to have a car salesman following you around the car lot. My husband and I knew what we wanted. Asked for Bill and he let us test drive the car. We wanted to finance the car through our bank and get the quote form our insurance co. Bill said great! Gave us his business card and a car fax info on the vehicle that we were looking at. With everything all ready in place through our bank and insurance we called up Mr. Boston. Worked out a good deal over the phone. All the paper work ready and our bank info along with our insurance info.. Was done fast!! It was awesome experience!!! Less then an hour we had drove off with our 3rd car. A used fiat 500. No pressure sale tactics is such a refreshing concept. Wish all dealership would do this. From the moment we got out of our car at Michael's Chevrolet we were greeted with friendliness and respect. Ralph was extremely knowledgable and helpful explaining the features of the car and answering all our questions. It was refreshing to get honest answers without the sales pitch and great customer relations! The whole car buying process was made easy and fun by the friendly staff plus Ralph stayed by our side the whole way and continued to answer our questions and made the experience fun. That same day we had test drove the same type of car at Good Chevrolet and did not have a positive experience due to the half truths and run-around typical car lots do to customers. I am very glad we went to Michaels Chevrolet and found a superb deal with much better warranties and pricing! Don't waste your time going anywhere else and try to get Ralph to help you, he was great!

...and he'll take good care of you. I stopped by the Chevy dealership in Issaquah a few weeks ago and talked with Chris Otake about their 2015 trucks. I'd done my own research and was also looking at Ram's etc. Last week Chris called me about a truck on the lot he thought I'd be interested in and I went down to take a look. It had a few extras that I didn't need but it was the truck I'd been hoping to find. Chris clearly listened to me on my first visit, he was knowledgeable, informative, and was skilled in the sales process. After we completed the paperwork, he went out to the truck with me and walked me through how to use the bluetooth, navigation, climate control etc... It was service I didn't expect but really appreciated.

I first started out looking for a GMC Terrain, and after the terrible experience I had at Kirkland GMC I decided to stop by Michael's Chevrolet to check out the Equinox. I had looked at their inventory online and found what I was looking for so decided to make the trip in. When I got there Jeff Gentry worked with me to get me a great deal on a Brand new 2015 Equinox. I hate shopping for new cars and Jeff made it a pretty painless process. I would definitely recommend working with Jeff. Also, I would highly recommend Michael's Chevrolet if you are in the market for a Chevy.

I had to bring in my daughter's car for 3 recalls while she was home for one week from college. Even though they had a couple of mechanics out sick the day before and they had wanted to reschedule my appointment after I explained the importance of having this appointment they had me bring the car and they took care of it all. I went to Michael's Chevrolet not really knowing what to expect. As I was walking up to the dealership, Chris Otake saw me, greeted me with a smile, asked how I was doing, and opened the door for me. We went in and began discussing what I needed, and Chris sprung into action.He took extra time going through all my options, explaining everything very clearly and thoroughly, and had a great attitude. He was entertaining but on-task--I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch with Chris, only the truth (and a small dose of humor). It was very refreshing because I've had less positive experiences with other car salesman.Chris went above and beyond. I was at the dealership past their closing time, and Chris stuck around to show me the features of my new car and to make sure I had everything under control. It was very late at this point and there was nothing stopping him from just going home and going to sleep, but he stayed there with me to make sure everything was done right. Chris also followed up and made sure everything was going well after I left.Mr. Otake is an A+ guy and I hope to refer business to him in the future. I definitely won't hesitate to give him a call when I buy my next vehicle. Thanks, Chris!

I never thought I would want a Chevy until I drove the 2015 Silverado. We had looked at Dodge, Ford, and Toyota and it was the easiest decision for my fiancee and I to go with the Silverado. Michael's Chevrolet worked with us on our trade in too. We went in there at 5:30 in the evening, they all stayed past closing and we were out of there by 6:30 with our brand new truck. I'm 33 years old and have had the same car since college. So when the time came to finally get a new car it wasn't an experience I was looking forward too. I did some research online and had a few cars in mind that I was interested in and decided to stop at Micheal's first to look at a Chevy Cruz. Before I went down there I talked with Daniel Bowley on the phone and told him what I was looking for and then asked for him when I arrived and my first car buying experience was under way. You always here horror stories and stereotypes about car salesmen and the whole car buying experience. However my experience was painless and very pleasurable. I wasn't sure with my credit if I could even get into a car without a huge interest or up front down payment and was hoping I wasn't just wasting my time looking for a new car and would have to end up having a old used car as my only option. Daniel was extremely helpful and only showed me the cars I was interested in. He never tried to steer me in another direction and if their was a car he thought I would like and I told him it wasn't what I was looking for he just went right on to the next and never pressured me. After 30-45 minutes of looking around the lot and showing me the cars I was interested in and test driving one we headed inside to run my information and see what they could do for me. After the initial numbers came back and they were out of my range I told him what I feel comfortable paying and were my range was that I was looking for and after 30 minutes or so he was able to get the number down to were I was hoping and I ended up driving the car I wanted the whole time right off the lot. I planned of visiting 3 or 4 dealerships that day but at the end of the day I felt comfortable there and never once felt pressured to buy now. He just said I know your looking around but just let me know if there is anything I can do to have you buy from us and he worked with my requests and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Michael's Chevy and Daniel Bowley to anyone who is looking for a pain and hassle free experience.David C.

I just bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic at Michael's because it was the right price, still under warranty, Certified used and low miles. They were very helpful in providing me with all the information I requested, and we were able to work out the details before coming to see the car. I've been buying cars from dealerships for 35 years. Some experiences have been extremely aggravating. This was the best experience I have had to date. I bought a used 2013 Volt, not from Michael's, and it needed some software upgrades and new hatch struts as per recall. I made an appointment and dropped it off, along with a dozen doughnuts for the service crew! The car was done in a little over two hours. It was washed and vacuumed, and plugged in when I arrived. Michael's is a Volt-friendly dealership with a knowledgeable Volt technician. This is important for this car. First rate service all around. Thanks!

The used car manager, Victor Perez, can not be trusted. Unintelligent, unethical, and uncaring. Don't waste your time here. He practices bait and switch techniques, and he does not honor his word.I am a cash buyer and ready to purchase. I negotiated a price with him via email on a 2012 Chevy Traverse and we set up a test drive and purchase for the next day. I offered to place a deposit to hold the car, but he said it wasn't necessary. The car was for my mom who lives an hour south. After making all the arrangements, I went out to celebrate Valentine's Day with my wife. When I got home, I had an email from Victor stating the car was sold.I was upset and called the dealership. He back-pedaled that we ever had a deal. Then I spoke with the General Sales Manager, Jeff Campbell. Jeff took some time to investigate what happened and called me back an hour later. He apologized for what had happened and really didn't have anything else to say. He said the emails were clear to him we had negotiated a price and the car was to be held. He offered to find me another car.I told my mom who was also upset. She said she wanted to start over with a different dealer and wouldn't do business with anyone so misleading and "shady." She bought a newer more expensive car 2 days later from Sunset Chevrolet and she is happy.What a terrible experience at Michael's Chevrolet in Issaquah. It's hard to put in words honestly. Buyer beware.

In working with this dealership and specifically with Daniel Bowley, my wife and I had a great experience. Daniel was very professional, non-pushy, hard working and thorough. The traditional "let me talk to my manager to see what I can do" conversation never happened, in fact there was never a hard sell conversation.We visited 3 other dealerships in the area before deciding to work with Michael's, and we're glad we did. Needed a new/used truck and Bill listened to what my parameters were and offered several options that turned out better than I expected. I came into this dealership looking for a quality used 1500 Chevy Silverado. Needless to say, I got what I came for. Not only did they have a great selection but the customer service was also well-above standard. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and they worked with me on the price of the truck I was looking to purchase. All around, it was a wonderful experience for my wife and I. Paul was our salesman and Victor was the manager who helped expedite the process and ultimately agreed with me on a fair and honest price. I had a great experience buying a pre-owned car than I have had in a long time. I went looking for a certain type of vehicle and the salesman showed me many options that might fit what I was looking for. I wanted a light truck or SUV that I could haul my equipment around, but I did not want a full size truck. We could not find anything and to my surprise, he did not try and sell me something different. He kept looking and then he finally found something that might just be the right fit. But just to be sure, he allowed me to take it home and load it up with my equipment to see if the vehicle would work and he said if does not fit, bring it back and I will make some calls to see if I can help you find what you are looking for. Well, at the end of day everything fit, but it was the best experience I had buying a pre-owned car in a long time.

I looked at about 5 or 6 different Mazda 5s and ended up driving 2 hours to purchase my Mazda here. The staff were incredibly friendly and I got a killer deal on a great car! It was well worth the drive. I had both my kids with me and Ralph was so friendly and accommodating. They also have a children's play area which was GREAT. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Ralph.

We were quite reticent to buy a car from a Dealership, given our previous experience with pushy sales people. So when we met Chris Otake at Michael's, we were pleasantly surprised at how genuinely friendly and helpful he was. Chris Otake was more than helpful. He helped me get all of the finance paperwork in orderfor a buy I wouldn't be doing until the following week. Also, I was pre-approved through my own credit card lender, but Mike's Chevy was able to find a Credit Union lender who was willing to give me the same APR! That in itself is great - not too mention between both visits to the dealership, the total time it took for me to purchase the car (test drive, inspection, all paperwork) was maybe a 2 and a half hours combined.

So went to this dealership on a Sunday, after talking to one of their finance people and told I was pre-approved to buy a 2005 Dodge neon. When It was time to sign papers for the loan they had messed up my personal information with someone elses, also said they couldn't get me approved at that time, which is understandable it being Sunday. Called back the next day in the afternoon and was told that they didn't want the pay the bank fee to get me the loan because they would be to far upside down in the car. The next day finally talk to the original person I was talking to and he said they would making progress on gettting the bank fee reduced that they had to pay we would get back to me in 30mins. A day later and now my calls are being ducked, to me it seams the dealership is cheap, doesn't stand by their word and has no clue what customer service is. I would have better luck getting a car and loan from a police impound then them.

I've bought my fair share of cars throughout the years, and this was one of the better dealership experiences that I've had. First, my sales guy, Chris Kukahiko, was great. He was new to the brand, but didn't try to pretend he knew more than he did, and when I had questions, he was quick to get an answer for me. I conducted most of the 'haggling' via email, and despite the fact that I'm sure they would rather have had me at the dealership, Chris was always quick to respond to my queries and answered my questions without resorting to weasel words or pressure tactics. I'm a very busy person and I loathe the whole sit at the dealership, haggling via proxy with the manager 'out back' via a four square worksheet... There was none of that, we focused on the selling price of the car and my trade in, and it was all straight forward and efficient. Chris was nice to my wife, looked neat and professional, and even went as far as to detail my car when I took delivery - in his business clothes! (the detailers were gone for the day). When I finally was able to get in to the dealership, Jeff Campbell, the manager, was also very efficient and applied no pressure tactics and came back to me with straight numbers and a deal printed out on paper with everything there, including invoice price, even hold back, so it made it much easier for me to see that the price I was getting was fair for both sides. I came and went from the dealership probably 3 times and never received a hard sell, just numbers and yes or no answers. Very refreshing.Michael Still, the finance guy, was good, too. He knew I was in a hurry, so he moved things along as quickly as possible. I had brought in my own financing from my credit union with very good terms, and he was able to beat those terms, which was really surprising. The best part, after I took delivery, these guys actually called me back in because they noticed that I had qualified for a special incentive that I wasn't even aware of! Seriously, a dealership, calling me back in to resign because they found a way to save me more money... that's something that's never happened before and though it wasn't a huge sum of money in the context of a 40K vehicle purchase, it wasn't chump change, either (about 1%). ETA - I think it was Craig Bennet who actually was the one who noticed that I qualified for the special pricing, wanted to make sure I gave him some credit, too! All in all, this was one of the better dealership experiences I've had. I got a good deal on the truck I wanted, a fair trade in value for my car, and customer service that was way above average from my experience. I really appreciated how they respected my time and allowed me to come and go without the typical dealership slimeball tactics. They won out over another area Chevy dealer who was competitive with their pricing, but was trying too hard to get me into the dealership for a pummeling - while Michael's let me drive the show.

I purchased a 2014 Stingray on special order. Craig helped me walk through every option while placing the order and he and Wayne kept me informed of the build and delivery status. The car was prepped immaculately and we closed the paperwork on a cash sale in less than 15 minutes. Wayne walked me through the high points of the car and we were gone in about 30--45 minutes. The most efficient car purchase I have had (out of over 30). They are very polite, low pressure respectful people. It was very professional and enjoyable to purchase a car from them. There also was no high pressure upsetting. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

02-20-13. Heater connector broke in Issaquah from over heating ON MY WAY HOME. Had steam in the car. Drove the car to Michaels Chevrolet of Issaquah close by and asked what caused the problem and to by pass the heater so I could get home. They said that the over heating was caused bad head gaskets, Fans did not turn on and to replace the head gaskets would be $1,700 or a rebuilt motor around $5-6,000. after three days of picking up the car and bring it back for over heating I GAVE UP and had the car shipped back 286 miles to Airway Heights WA where I live. Also there tech broke the connection to the overflow tank. THE FIRST THING THE TECH HERE SAW WAS A BROKEN WATER PUMP BELT. I asked the service manager, Steve Thompson for some kind of compensation for miss diagnosing the problem and causing lots of extra expenses and waisting my time.HE said we are notresponsible. My total costs were over $1,400. Don After 5,00 miles no problems. I have filed suite this month . Court date here 03-21-14 Don

I had the best experience here. I am a single mother of two & sell houses so I am paid on commissions ONLY. My money is precious to me & I wanted a warranty so I felt like I was taken care of should something happen. So I called Michael's Chevrolet because my cousin recommended I call Bill Boston. So I told Bill what I wanted & how much I wanted to pay. I wanted a good reliable car for a price I could afford (in my head, not on paper). I also wanted low miles & a warranty. He with in seconds had a car in mind told me to pull it up online I did I was instantly interested. Michael Still got my payments where I wanted them. Amazing experience and I highly suggest this dealer for any purchase. Not only did Bill Boston & Michael Still do exactly what I asked for, but the rest of the people I met there were more than friendly & made me feel absolutely NO pressure what so ever. They where honest & strait forward, they answered all my questions with easy & integrity. Bill answered my questions showed me proof & did not try to play games with me. Strait shooter all the way! When I went in to the dealership I had no faith that any one could help me, I was starting to think that my situation was impossible to get out of. Not only did Chris work with me, but he made the best decisions he could, and taught me a lot about what choices I was making. I had very little knowledge about buying cars, until working with Chris. My son had accepted his first job in Issaquah Wa. after graduating college. We were traveling from Virginia and had to get a car and residence in short notice. I found your dealership online and called in hopes of obtaining transportation for my son soon upon arrival in Issaquah. I was warmly greeted on the phone by Mr. Otake and was assured that he would be able to accommodate our needs. Chris not only kept his word but had all the paperwork and a brand new 2013 Chevy Camaro ready to go when we arrived from the airport still with luggage in hand. I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a used car salesman and the dealership he works with. Salesman Bill Boston and Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah have totally blown my predjudices against used car salesmen! Having been hounded at other dealerships, I walked in and said I only wanted to see the inside of a Chevy HHR, but didn't want to buy. Bill showed one to me. He didn't ask for my info or bug me. I was so surprised that I asked him for his business card. A couple of days later I asked for a test drive. Again he didn't pressure me or bug me with phone calls afterwards. A couple of days later I made a phone offer, he called me back an hour later, and with a slight adjustment the deal was quickly reached. I came in with a cashier's check, there were no hidden fees and I went home a happy camper. Funny, but I kind of felt sorry for Bill, thinking that with how nice he was, he must now make much money in sales. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Bill had an award on his desk for top salesman of 2012. Nice guys do finish first!And it wasn't just Bill that was genuinely friendly and low pressure. My "Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle" needed a few things fixed on it. There were no hassels about getting it fixed even though the dealership already had my purchase money in hand. The things were quickly fixed with no hidden fees. The people in the parts and service departments as well as the cashier were genuinely friendly. (Not just the fake friendlyness that people have to give customers.)I would recommend salesman Bill Boston and Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah to anyone!!!

I wanted to share with you my experience at the Chevrolet of Issaquah dealer, I dropped off my car at the dealership on a Friday to have a few concerns looked at(getting to hot, squeak from rear passenger side, 50k maintenance). I received a call later that day stating that they had looked at my corvette and discovered that my radiator had been damaged and was leaking, I was told that a representative from my warranty company needed to verify what parts needed to be replaced in association to the problem and that this would take place within 2 business days. due to the weekend this meant it would take until Tuesday to get approval to order parts, I also was told that the rear squeak was due to loose nuts in the rear suspension and that they had inspected the struts as well and thought I might need to replace them due to a small amount of seepage. I then waited until I was called back on Tuesday to get confirmation as to what work needed to be done and what parts I might need to purchase myself that were not going to be covered under the warrant, when I received the call I was told that the warranty company was going to cover all the necessary parts for the radiator repair and that while my rear struts where showing a little seepage it was not deemed necessary for me to replace them yet, I was instructed that my parts were on order and that I could expect my car to be ready on Friday. when Friday arrived I waited for a call to let me know my car was ready, when 3pm came and I had not received a call I finally called the dealer to ask about when I could pick up the car, I was told that my service writer was gone but the person I spoke to checked on my car for me, when they checked they stated that my car was not being worked on do to parts not having arrived and that parts were expected on Monday, I was surprised to hear this to say the least having not received any communication to say that my car had been delayed, I hung up and after a few minutes of stewing over the lack of communication I called back and asked to speak with the service manager(Steve), after a few minutes on hold Steve answered and I spoke with him about how disappointed I was with the lack of communication and that I was going to be without my car for another weekend(A beautiful sunny one at that), Steve had no answers for me on why I had not received a call but did apologize and tell me he would look into it and call me back in 10 or so minutes before ending the call, He called me back about 10 minutes later and stated that one of the parts ordered had been the wrong part which caused the delay he again apologized about the delay and lack of communication but did nothing more to assuage my disappointment before ending the call. about 30 minutes later I then received a call from my service writer to apologize and state that he had to leave early to go somewhere and that my car would be a top priority on Monday. Monday finally arrived and they completed the work on my car. I went in to pick up the car and when I arrived I was told everything was fixed and the car was good to go. I was not offered any additional discount or services for the delay. after I paid for the work done I started to leave and then decided that lip service apologies where not enough to make me happy I returned to speak with Steve, after a conversation with Steve it was agreed that they would sign off on a track inspection for my car without charge (all the inspection should have been part of the 50k anyway). my service writer then went to talk with the mechanic and get the agreed form filled out and I thought everything was going to be fine, about 5-10 minutes later the service writer returned and stated that the mechanic would not sign off on the car due to the seeping rear struts, needless to say I was surprised by this as they had told me I didnt need to replace them yet. I again spoke with Steve and he asked me to make an appointment to bring the car back so they could go back over the suspension and get the mechanic to sign off, I agreed to this after some discussion and left a very disappointed customer. since that discussion I have not returned to the dealer as I have no faith that I am being told the truth about issues with the car. a few other things that upset me further after leaving the dealership were that the mechanic failed to properly clean out the spilled coolant after his work and I spent the next few days smelling antifreeze burning off inside my engine compartment and as it turned out the squeak that he claimed to have fixed was not fixed and has continued to get worse. to say I dont trust this dealership is an understatement and despite the offer of a free track inspection I still have not and will not return to this dealership to have any further work done to my Corvette.

Buying a new car can be an overwhelming experience, and I spent quite a few hours and days shopping the dealerships, but I returned to Chris at Michael's Chevrolet because I knew I would get all my questions asked in a straight-forward manner. I think I must have asked him the same question over and over again as there was so much information I was gathering, and each time he would answer my questions in detail and with patience. No question was a dumb one. He wanted me to undestand the car I was intersted in: from the engine to the trim. He listened to what I wanted ans didn't pressure me. Not only is Chris knowledgeable, a seasoned Chevrolet expert, he is also easy-going and enjoyable to talk to - important qualities in a salesman. I had been dreading shopping for a new car expecting the annoyance of high-pressure sales, but Chris made my car buying experience a stress-free and pleasant one. I drove away in my brand new Sonic a happy Chevy customer!

Needed to replace a totaled Chevy Cruze and visited this dealership to make it happen. They had a newer model year car than the one I had just lost at a price that was actually lower. Mr. Otake had me in and out the door in just over an hour with a replacement vehicle. No high pressure sales, had exactly what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me into something I didn't need.I left that night 100% content with the car. This dealership reminds me of the Saturn dealers I was so familiar with for a decade, no shenanigans and no bullcrap and after a serious accident I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.

This was a long distance deal. I asked the salesperson Brett Osaka's opinion on the car I was interested in and make the deal we both could live with. We went to Michael's Chevrolet for their great prices but will go back for our next vehicle because of the service. Our Sales person, Ralph really didn't feel like a sales person. We called ahead of time to let him know we would be coming to look at a specific veheicle and he was there when we arrived with the vehicle waiting and warmed up. He didn't try to sell us on a more expensive model or push upgrades on us. But was also very helpful when we wanted to look at and test trive some other vehicles anyways. Not only was Ralph great but so was our finance person, Will. Usually the worst part of buying a new car is the part that comes after you say "We'll take it". I always brace myself for a few offers from the financing that are way outside the budget I told them and all the going back and forth that is so stressful. I didn't get that here. We told them our budget and the first offer was the last offer. No games. I was also very pleased at how not only did Will, listen to our financial needs of this sale and come through right away but also went above and beyond our expectations.

Recently purchased used 2012 suburban. drove nearly 2 hours and Bill Boston made it worth the trip. Locally I could not find anything close to the deal that I received from Michael's of Issaquah. Bill Boston threw in extra items and even filled the tank of my suburban. The day after the sale I found cosmetic damages on the vehicle and Bill Boston worked with the service department to get new parts shipped to my home so I would not have to make the drive for repairs. I would do business w/ again and the finance guy, "Mr. Mariner" was the first finance guy I have ever enjoyed working with, thanks guys!! To anyone interested in purchasing from these guys, they keep their word, it's worth the drive.

LIke most of us, I arrived at the dealership to take a look at a specific vehicle. I came first thing in the morning in hopes of totally avoiding the usual sales routine, I just wanted to see the truck myself before having to deal with anyone. I could not have been more wrong about the experience i was about to have. It started with the woman in the showroom floor, a greeter of sorts. She could have been my Mom...and I sense she's everyone's Mom around there. She was delightful and happy to connect me with someone who could help. The salesman I was connected with was informative, helpful and honest. I so appreciated that. Later on when i spoke with the owner/manager of the store, I got the same story from him that the salesperson had shared about the history of the car and his thoughts about that particular unit. It was not a high value purchase, in fact it was probably one of the smaller transactions they had but it was as easy as possible. Everything happened very smoothly and it could not have gone any easier. Every person i encountered at this dealership had a positive attitude and was as helpful as they could be, even for a small transaction. It was a team effort and I hope I have a chance to do business with them again in the future.

This has been the worst service experience I've ever dealt with! This service rep is completely incompetent! He lied to me, brought me in for three different appointments before getting my work complete and on top of it, the service manager back-up his lies (or rather claims he didn't lie to me). He's very nice on the surface, but I don't care how nice you are if you're not capable of juggling all parts of your job.NEVER go here for service.

I was looking for a Certified used car and came across Michael's of Issaquah on the internet. I was struck by the low price on a 2010 Impala, the model I was seeking. I asked around about the dealership, and was told they were highly reputable, so I went down and took a look. I told them exactly what I wanted, and tthe salesman, Bill Boston, brought the car right up. The Impala had the look, smell and feel of a brand new car, and it rode like a dream. They told me besides the G.M. Certification, they would throw in free oil changes, tire rotations and safety checks for the duration of the warranty. The price was as advertized with no dickering, nor were they pushy about any add-ons.They were frendly, totally knowledgable, and professional in every way. I was surprised as heck - never was a car buying experience actually enjoyable! I highly recommend Michael's of Issaquah.

Michaels Chev of Issaquah is a great place, and Bill Boston is an awesome sales person to work with. Bill was there to meet us outside as we approached the door. March 10th 2012 was the long awaited day I and the family set out to find a Camaro. We had been waiting for that car since its release in 2010. On second thought, I have been waiting since 1976 when I turned 16 and took notice of the original! So it was a very special moment, and Bill took care of us so well. The hospitality was fantastic, and the dealership has a open and relaxing atmosphere with an awesome coffee machine with plenty of variety. Bill did an outstanding job of showing us all that was available to match my need, new or used. Bill was very knowledgeable of the product and features and took the time to show us. After a thorough review, we took the test drive. No hassles, no pressure. I asked for the best deal he could get and he really worked hard to meet our needs. Simon in financing was also awesome and pleasant to work with. From research, I found their deal to be very competitive.

Craig Bennett was recommended to me by a co-worker. I had also contacted a couple of other dealers but by far Craig was the best to deal with. He was friendly, but most important I felt he was as straight forward as they come. At no time did I feel pressured or felt he was trying to direct my purchase towards something I did not want. He took his time to explain all options available and we were able to order the car I wanted. When I picked up the car, he made sure to show me how to work all of the electronic features including the bluetooth and usb. He also followed up with a phone call a few days later to ensure everything was fine.

I've bought 3 cars/trucks from Michaels Issaquah Chevrolet, all from Craig. Craig has always been stellar to work with. There's no messing around, he's up-front about everything, no back and forth. The dealership is clean and accomadating, the coffee machine is a bonus. I'll continue to go back to Michaels and Craig as long as Chevrolet keeps making a product that I want to drive.

I have been searching for a new pick-up truck several weeks at various dealerships and found a GMC Canyon on auto trader at Michaels Chevy of Issaquah. There were several factors in purchasing this vehicle with the price as my number one priority, this dealer beat out all other competitors. After e-mail corresponding with Mr. Casey Dunham on the price and availability of the vehicle I had several requests to which he far exceeded the expectation. Due to the fact I was traveling 90 miles to view this vehicle he ensured that it was test driven ready. Casey even managed to handle my financing with the term and low interest rate that was asked by me. I spent a total of 1 hour 30 minutes at the dealership including a test drive, financing and out the door to take it home. If only all car sales were this easy, thank you Casey.

We live in Wenatchee and were not able to find a used Buick Enclave. I found one on Michael's website and emailed their dealership. I received a response the same day and talked to Casey about it. He gave me enough information and asked me about my trade-in to help me decide. We went over on a Saturday and decided to buy it. There was enough communication ahead of time that I did not have any surprises. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in, which was important to me. The whole experience was the best I have ever had buying a car. Their no hassle, up-front approach was fantastic. I will buy from them again and will send people their way.

Dont go here and Ill tell you why. What kind of a dealer sells you a car supposedly, lets you take it home and says everythings financed and okay, and then 3 weeks later says they cant find financing anywhere on the planet for this car because its too old? Ill tell you..this place! If you finance a used car there, just dont get attached because it may not be yours just yet. We have never in our life had an experience buying a car like this and taking it back, and this was all with good credit! Part of the problem too is that they want too much money for their cars and the bank will only finance so much now, not more than they are worth. So buyer beware and dont say I didnt warn you.

I went to this dealer to purchase a used vehicle they had advertised on the internet. They advertised the vehicle with OnStar, but it did not have it despite the fact that I called ahead and asked specifically about that option. No problem, it was not a deal breaker for me. What was a deal breaker was the exceptionally negative attitude of the "Sales Manager" by the name of Tracy. He was exceptionally rude because I wanted to negotiate the price and the fees they wanted to charge. He tried to charge me $185 in "Government Fees" despite my showing them on the state website and my current vehicle registration that the fees for the vehicle would only be $35. Tracy also wanted to charge me a $150 "Document Fee" for completing the title paper work. Really - that is filling out a Bill of Sale and the title which is 15 minutes tops. He sat at his desk yelling to his sales rep that "this deal was not worth his time." I asked him why he would be so impolite as to say something like that loud enough for myself and everyone else in the building to hear it. He said "this is my business to run" and shrugged his shoulders.Needless to say, I left without buying a car and will now be the 20% in the 80/20 rule. I will now tell everyone I know not to buy a car from this dealership!! I know that individually I will not break the bank for this dealership, but at least I can publish my review for others to read. It's too bad that the sales rep, Alfredo, was actually very nice. I felt bad for him as a cash paying customer was walking out the door. By the way, I checked the ad for the vehicle as I was writing this review and it still lists the vehicle as having OnStar.

My husband and I were looking for a Traverse, and we found one we liked at Micheals. We test drove it, loved it, and came back after searching around to see if we could find anything we liked just as much (we didn't). We test drove it again a week later, and still loved it so we went to talk numbers. We weren't able to get a deal made, but I appreciated the fact that when we said that we just weren't comfortable with the price and the payments, but that we wanted them to call us if more came in, Curran was great! No pressure, totally understood, and didn't try to trick us into staying or lock us into a deal we didn't want. Never had to give our personal information, so we didn't ding our credit by having them run it, before settling on a price. If and when Micheals gets a car that we want and can comfortable afford, we'll happily make our purchase through them! Great experience!

I didn't have to wait long. They offered to drive me home while I waited for my new brakes. Steven called me right when the car was ready and showed me how to get a rebate. The prices are a little high, but I think that's with everything in the state of Washington compared to Michigan.

Went in to see a used car that has been listed on their website over a month. When I got there the car was "loaned out". I felt a lot like I was a victim of bait and switch. I almost walked out right then and there. Alfredo (salesman)was nice and friendly, although I caught him misrepresenting some facts about the differences in packages. I didn't like how much pressure that I got when I didn't want to buy one of the cars that I didn't like. I was made to feel like my opinion was not valid. I am surprised that I didn't leave. After negotiating over several different cars they finally came up with a price that I guess I could live with. I paid cash for the car but I still had to fill out a Credit Application form. I refused to disclose most of the information requested - if I am paying cash why do I need to disclose my salary, mortgage payment, and other debts? I was told it was a requirement for Homeland Security - I don't believe it. I told them that I did not want to have a credit check run - they had no right to do so when I was paying cash.I was most uncomfortable with the person who reviewed all of the paperwork with me and offered the extended warrantee and add-ons. When I politely declined he tried to make me feel stupid for doing so. I really did not appreciate his attitude - I almost felt like I was being bullied into taking the add-ons. He actually told me that I obviously had enough money and I could obviously afford it.Given the experience that I had, I don't know that I would enthusiastically encourage someone go to this dealer. If they do they really need to do their homework and know the specific models and packages and costs. This dealership seems to have all of the classic car sales schtick.

He was able to beat the pricing for tires that I had shopped for which is UNHEARD of from a dealership - you normally associate dealerships with $$$$$$$, and this was not the case!

We found this dealership through autotrader.com. We had been looking for the best deal for most of the week. When my husband spoke with Curran and he gave us a quote on this new vehicle, it beat the prices for all the used ones we had found. We called several dealerships closer to us to see if they could beat that deal. They all said that it sounded too good and we would be dissappointed when we got there and the price had changed. Curran assured us he would not do that. When we got to the dealership Curran showed us other cars that were good also and may fit our budget better. We still decided to go with the new Malibu. We know we got a great deal on the car. And we appreciate the honest and awesome service that we got. We have already told several people that Michael's of Issafquah is a great dealership. First I will say that my husband had purchased a vehicle ($30,000 truck and paid extra for upgrades)from this dealership prior to this experience and we weren't overly impressed but decided to return upon getting a "black friday deals" email advertising $250.00 in gift cards for test driving an SUV that we were looking to purchase anyways. In another link in the email, there was an advertised Chevy Traverse with a price listed at $31,399, then a rebate of $2000, making the sale price $29,399. In the corner of the ad was a blurb stating 0% financing for 60 months or $2500 cash back. When we arrived, I test drove the traverse and we sat down to negotiate the overall purchase price based on my trade in and money down. Our first clue should have been when the sales guy, Alfredo, had no idea what ad we were talking about. I pulled it up on my phone and it still didn't ring a bell for him. Then we were told that the people who do their internet ads made a mistake. When we pointed out that wasn't our fault and they needed to honor the printed price we were told that we would have to choose between the rebate or the 0% interest, even though that wasn't printed anywhere in the ad (and, yes, we triple checked for any fine print). Alfredo then proceeded to tell us that the ads are supposed to be confusing. He then went to speak to a manager and apparently spoke to two. John (a manager, mind you) had no idea about the ad either! A different manager then told Alfredo he would need to honor the printed price. This prompted John and Alfredo to change the financing to make us pay 4.99% interest even though I had specifically requested and qualify for the 0% interest. After over 3 hours of pointing out the inconsistency in the ad and "negotiating" a price, John walked over told my husband, "I can explain the ad but I don't have to" and then told us that they had given us their final offer and that if we weren't happy then we should leave, basically kicking us out of the dealership. I was completely offended especially since we were merely asking that they honor their ADVERTISED price. We left...and found an upgraded version at Gamblin in Enumclaw for the same price. We will be shopping there from now on.

I stopped by Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah last week during my search for a commuter car. I am very happy with my experience here. I worked with Harry. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up finding a Cobalt that I thought would work very well for me. The negotiations went well and I am happy with the price we settled on. I was very surprised with how easy the whole process was. After a week with my new Cobalt I am glad I made the choice I did. I will definately go back to Michael's Chevrolet of Issaquah. They made buying a car very easy.

Do Not Buy Here - What Happened to MeI drove a 100 miles from home to visit Michael's Chevrolet that had a Silverado that I was interested in.My initial contact with the salesman was unremarkable but throughout the day turned discouraging. For instance when I inquired how long they had this 2009 truck the salesman said, "Not long at all." Later, I saw the dealer invoice showed the truck had shipped in April of 2009 (It was May 2010). I pointed this out and the salesman back peddled and asked the manager if it's possible they've had the truck that long. After that he downplayed the age of the truck, claiming it was no big deal and that the truck will sell.At another point in the negotiations the salesman brought up that the backholding on the truck, "was $482" when in fact I knew that number to be closer to $1100 but I didn't bother saying anything.Here's the worst part. To finish negotiations I made out a check for $30,000, put "Paid in Full" in the memo line and wrote, "$30,000 - Let's get this '09 monkey off your back!" on the invoice. The salesman looked over the check, looked over the invoice and chuckled at the joke. And with a big smile shook my hand and my wife's hand. He then brought over some paperwork to sign. First a privacy policy, then a receipt of privacy policy then the sales contract. He wanted me to sign it, but I looked it over and saw that it didn't have a total price on it. I asked him to put the total on the sales contract and when he came back with the contract it read $31,447 - a full $1,447 over the agreed upon price!I pointed out the check and the invoice price and he acted as though he hadn't seen them before. He then proceeded to accuse me of, "trying to sneak something in." I reminded him that he looked over both the check and the invoice with the $30,000 price clearly marked on both and that we shook on the deal. He said there was no way he was going to sell the truck for that. He then quickly gathered up the paperwork and walked away. That's the last we saw of him.After feeling disgusted for a few days, I contacted a local dealership about doing a dealer trade for truck. Even though the price is over $800 more, it was worth it to me to never have to deal with Michael's Chevrolet again. My local dealer said that they often do trades with Michael's and didn't think it would be a problem, however after the managers talked with each other, Michael's was not willing to trade, if the truck is going to me.What a total dick move.A month later, Michael's wanted a vehicle that was at my local dealership. My dealership then requested the Silverado I wanted and made the trade. Everything worked out in the end, no thanks to Michael's Chevrolet. For the use of shady tactics, outright lying, and just being dicks I recommend avoiding this place like the plague.

When I found out that Michael's had taken over Issaquah Chevrolet from Lithia I decided to give them another chance as my wife bought her Toyota from Michael's Toyota and I know that they are a quick straight forward dealership from our previous experience.I even recognized some of the faces from the Toyota store. I purchased the same way I did from Toyota via the Internet. I sent in what I wanted (Silverado 1500) and they got hold of me very quickly and let me know what they have and pricing. I came in and bought car for stated internet price and I was on my way. As far as I'm concerned I don't need to leave the eastside for my car purchases anymore. All-in-all Michaels is the place to purchase.
