I’ve been going to Evergreen Lincoln service department for years now. They seem to do a good job finding our issues and resolving them on our Navigator and prices are fair. But the real stand-out of the experience is the Lincoln service advisor, Brenda Lane. Brenda is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. She always has the answers to my endless questions, is on-top of my extended warranty, makes a loaner available when I need it, etc...basically she’s absolutely excellent at what she does. We have been to many high-end dealers for servicing our other cars (Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, BMW) and while the waiting rooms are fancier and the coffee is better, they pale in comparison to the service we get at Evergreen Lincoln because of Brenda. In my opinion a great service advisor is worth their weight in gold and that’s what you will get if you go with Brenda @ Evergreen Lincoln!

Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales staff were awesome (I worked with Justin). They just answered my questions & didn’t pressure me with their own questions/agenda. The manager Chet was super cool & great to work with. The finance guy (the Englishmen) was very ‘real’, down to earth & to the point. I felt like family there. I would highly recommend checking them out 👍🏻👍🏻🥳

Great service. Great people. Everyone was very welcoming. Financing was a breeze and we got an even better rate then we were expecting. This is my second vehicle purchased here and it definitely won't be the last. Thank you Evergreen Ford Lincoln.

The high level of customer service and responsiveness from the Service Department at Evergreen Ford were key components in deciding to purchase one of their vehicles when we needed a new one! Our history with them over the last 13 years we have lived in the area commends them to nothing less than five stars! A special shout out to Brenda who always finds a way to work us in for any concerns - no matter how busy they are!

Worked with Gary Joseph to test drive a new Aviator. He was super helpful in highlighting the differences in models, options, etc. He spent his valuable time even knowing we were early in our search and may not even order the car in Washington as we winter in the south. Very personable. patient and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience.
