Sam and Mike are the greatest people I ever met! Instantly the called me about me test driving my new car. They really looked out for me and me being a woman its scary enough being taken out here. The both were honest told me that i would be good in the car i chose. Mike gave me names of people where i can get my car serviced. They both are very very good at what they do. I am referring everyone i come across to this dealership!

Mike offered a GREAT trade-in value for my vehicle, higher than the big dealers in Greenwood and Franklin. He helped my son with a car purchase and stayed with us through the entire process. The car has been great, to-date. Evolution Auto's no-haggle pricing is refreshing and welcoming. It's nice to NOT play games with my hard-earned money. >>>>> A big dealer in Franklin attempted to buy my same truck about 6 months ago and their offer was ridiculously low. When I stood up to leave, his manager came out and offered an additional $4,500 for my trade. I walked out angry because that proved they were more than willing to take $4,500 straight out of my pocket, had I allowed them! No more large car dealers for me! I will be going back to Evolution for used car purchases in the future.

I was assisting two individuals that are here for one year from another country find a suitable car and I was very concerned about them getting pushed or taken advantage of due to the language barrier. Sam worked with us somewhere around five hours to get things right and was so helpful, kind, and patient the entire time. I can't speak for the car since I am not the one that bought it, but I was extremely grateful for the transparency and the above and beyond customer service.

Mike was absolutely incredible to work with! Not only are the prices affordable but the cars are super clean! They take pride in their business and in providing great service. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. He was extremely educational in the entire car buying process. I will always check with Evolution Auto before looking anywhere else in the future.
