Only good things to say about my experience with Sam at Executive Auto Sales DFW. First and foremost I would like to thank Sam for all of the time and effort he put forward to assure that I was comfortable with the vehicle purchase. I am an old car buff and so when I look at a used vehicle I give it a close inspection. As you might imagine this takes some time and Sam was very patient and even was willing to help out with a few things where I needed two folks such as turning the AC on and off so could listen to the compressor start and stop. Now that is not even the best part. After I took the vehicle for a test drive I had some concerns. Sam went with me for a second test drive to see what I was talking about and he agreed that there seemed to be an issue. Now usually I would have expected that to be the end of the story but that was not the case. Sam suggested he have his mechanic take a look at it and he would get back to me with anything found. WOW! Sure enough a day or two later Sam called and said there were issues identified and it would cost $1200 to fix and that if I was still interested he would have them taken care of at no extra charge but he would require a non-refundable deposit. I suggested 10% or $120 and he countered with $200. I was nervous about taking the risk but what he described did sound like it could be the cause of the things I was concerned about and if all went well the vehicle should prove to be a good value. Well as you can tell based on me even writing this review that things did work out. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and so far everything is going OK. So, would I recommend Executive Auto Sales DFW? YES! But I would also recommend that when buying a used vehicle you have someone with knowledge give it the once over.
