Rich and Frank, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making the process so easy from the start of this journey to the day you handed us the keys! To those reading this review, a little background.. I live in Virginia and have been looking for a cargo van for a few months. Here's the kicker.. I sell cars for a living (just not cargo vans!) So if there is such a thing as "the hardest possible customer to please," that would be me. A friend came across this dealership and found out that they had the vehicle we were looking for arriving on their lot. Rich and Frank helped us secure the vehicle and arranged everything for us in advance since we were coming from another state. They didn't have the typical "take it or leave it" attitude that every other dealership had. My friend and I flew up to CT to pick up the vehicle and they had everything prepared for us. We were driving off the lot within an hour. You can tell these guys love what they do and care about their customers, not just making the sale. They bent over backwards to accommodate us since we were coming from so far away. If you're looking at a vehicle here, ask for Rich for a true "executive" experience!

Auto Service department representative was rude. Trying to state they need to do more work then what’s actually needed. Refused service due to not wanting to do more work to the vehicle than it actually needs. Thought they would be more professional but they turned down the job.

I really really enjoyed visiting your dealership back in October it was a really awesome experience I look forward to next year taking more pictures like this and posting it on my Google Maps profile to help promote and sell your cars quicker hopefully you guys have a great Thanksgiving and a safe holiday . Also I do believe that they don't allow people to go to their dealership at the moment to just go to the dealership to take pictures or videos of the cars and trucks that they have on the inventory list at their lot. so basically I do believe that you have to either want to buy a car or want them to pre order a car or make a appointment online in advance I do believe this is due to the rise in covid as well

Outstanding service department. My beautiful new truck developed a short in the main communication wire after less than 3 months. The service department promptly provided a very nice loaner until my car was repaired. They persevered and finally ran down the short and made the repair. We bought my husband's Wrangler from Rich Dzwonchyk in 2013 and when he felt it was time to trade it in and get a new one we went back to Rich to discuss our options. We initially went to see Rich in August or September but he told us there wasn't a large inventory of Wranglers at the time and it would be best to stick with our current Wrangler for the time being, they expected more toward the end of the year. We had brought the Wrangler in for brakes last week and decided to talk to Rich again about what was available, then my husband saw the Oscar Mike on the show room floor. Rich talked to us about pricing and we decided it was time to upgrade. Rich, C.J. (the GM), and the finance department really came through for us and got us a great deal on our trade, they made everything so easy for us too. We put a deposit down last weekend and came in this past Saturday to pick up our new Wrangler. When we got there they had all of our paperwork ready and all we had to do was wait for the extra key to be cut. While Rich was helping my husband setup all the features in the Wrangler, I went and spoke with Jim in service who helped me understand the maintenance schedule and he was also very courteous and helpful.I have only ever owned Jeeps and before finding Executive had never found a dealership that was worth going back to. Their staff is friendly, not pushy, and always helpful. When I had warranty work issues with my Jeep Cherokee over the summer Rich, John (the service manager), and C.J. (the GM) worked together to help get my Jeep back up and running. John knew my biggest issue in the past with the service department was the lack of follow up so he made sure to check in with me every step of the way. Bringing him in as part of their team helped this dealership immensely, sales had always been great but service needed a little help. Overall, we highly recommend this dealership, specifically Rich in sales. We have purchased 3 Jeeps from him and will definitely be back to see him in the future.

Best car buying experience I have ever had! From the minute I arrived to the dealership Nick Ryan took great care of me, answering all of my questions and really going above and beyond to get my into the Jeep Grand Cherokee of my dreams! I had been searching for a 2014 Grand Cherokee for weeks before visiting Executive Dodge Jeep, and I have had nearly every sales move made on me (as a recent college graduate, I must look like an easy sale). I was very pleased to meet Nick Ryan at Executive who answered every question I had without EVER pushing me to buy the car. Their prices are quite fair and don't need much negotiation. He followed up with me during every step of the buying process and made it completely worry free. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later my car ended up having some tire balance issues, so I brought it in to the service department. They paid for a rental car for me for a few days and ended up replacing the tires on my car (and balanced and aligned), completely free of charge. They even called me daily to keep me updated on the status while they had my car. If you are tired of pushy sales people or afraid of being taken advantage of, visit this dealership!

I have to admit, I had a bitter sweet experience here at Executive Jeep. I was watching a car at the dealership for a while. I went in just to check it out a little. I at that point wasn't a 100% sold on the car yet and was still checking out other options, so I left. I decided to go back to the dealership to actually look in the car, test drive it, talk numbers. I walked in and I waited, then I was met by another man, whom I must say was a poor sales guy. I had a Horrible experience with him. I was totally discouraged and disgusted about purchasing a vehicle with him as my sales rep, but knew I loved the car enough to come back. When I came back for the 3rd time, I finally made an appointment with Brandon. Let me tell you something, I have been car shopping a couple months at that point, so I had my share of jerk, slick, sly, or even dirty sales guys, but I felt nothing but Respect from Brandon. Him and his sales Manager Jill, were attentive, they did everything they could to get me the best deals, the best price on the bells and whistles, they literally went above and beyond for me. I cant recommend this place enough!!! Like I said it was bitter sweet. I appreciate Brandon and Jill, and Chris R. for all their help, and patience, they went above to show me that THEY care. I was pleased, I felt like an individual and I would tell anyone, if your looking for a great comfortable drama free place to purchase a car, Go see BRANDON & JILL!!!

Just about 2 weeks ago I purchased my first car! I thought the experience was going to be a headache. I had gone already to 3 dealerships and their service was HORRIBLE!!!! After visiting a previous dealer without anyone asking "May i help you?" I thought I would never find a car. Then I walked into this dealer and at last...I felt right at home. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from sales consultant Evie Reyes. She made me feel comfortable and didn't pressure me to by anything, which was the best part! She didn't make me feel like a customer, it was more like family. This is the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was even called a week later to see how I liked my vehicle...now that's Great Customer Service. I purchased a new 2012 Durango from this dealership and was shopping for an upgrade. I saw a certified used 2014 Durango in Wallingford and made an appointment to test drive it. I was introduced to Chris (the GM) who asked Tim Harris (the sales specialist) to assist me. I test drove the vehicle, which was in pristine condition and priced to sell. The vehicle was not what I was looking for and would have been a downgrade to the 2012 Durango that I had. Tim suggested other vehicles they had to see if I was interested. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy anything he had to offer. It was a totally stress free, non-pressuring experience from the minute I walked into the showroom to the minute I was handed the keys to my new 2015 Durango. Tim was very knowledgeable about the Durango and it was pleasure to purchase from this dealership. My family and I walked into Executive not really wanting to be swarmed by salesman, but just to look around. When Brionna came outside to talk to us she was not only very sweet and professional, but she resented the fact that we were just looking, told her to let her know if she has any questions, and let us be. She also was extremely helpful when we finally came to the conclusion that we were interested in leasing a car. I think I can speak for everyone when I say, nobody likes to be hassled into buying a car. Brionna made this experience as a first time Jeep owner fun, exciting, and easy. If anyone is interested at all into buying or leasing a car I highly recommend talking to Brionna because not only will she work hard for you to make sure you're happy with your purchasing, but she also will keep in contact with you even after buying to make sure you are completely satisfied. Over all, executive doge and jeep and Brionna were amazing!

I have always HATED buying cars... I don't haggle well and tend to cave in under pressure. Never before have I purchased a vehicle without feeling like I've been taken for a ride. (and I don't mean a test drive!)Not knowing what car I wanted, I started browsing at local dealerships and left several of them feeling like I narrowly escaped the circling vultures trying to rip me to shreds.That all changed when I walked into Executive Dodge Jeep in Wallingford.With all my defenses up I shooed away the salesman to "research" the lot on my own. After nearly an hour I decided that I did need help after all and that's when I learned that Brandon is not a salesman, but a sales consultant, so I consulted with him. He listened to my list of things that I needed in a car, the things I wanted but weren't really necessary, and the things that would be nice but are completely unnecessary (and I probably couldn't afford). Without hesitation he said "You should look at a Dart, we've got one here that covers all of your needs and wants and has many of your would likes, too". I really liked the look of it from the outside and when he returned with the key and I got inside... this car fit me like a glove. Brandon hit the bullseye with his first shot.I was almost disappointed to find a car that I wanted so much, since that puts me at such a disadvantage in the next dreaded phase... Negotiating. WAIT... WHAT? No haggling? Best Price First policy? Open, transparent, honest pricing? They showed me what the car cost them, fees, taxes... minus the very generous amount for my trade-in, bottom line.... Done. No muss, no fuss, most importantly no pressure. So, of course, I walked away from the deal fully expecting a call saying "Come back, and we'll make you a better deal." That call never came because they had truly given me their best price, first. So, I wasted a day and a half of my time (and theirs) before going back to take possession of my shiny, new, sexy, sporty 2016 Dodge Dart SXT!I honestly believe that if I were the worlds greatest negotiator, with brass balls and a heart of stone I couldn't have gotten a better deal on this, the perfect car for me, at any other dealership. If you're looking to buy a car, save yourself a lot of time, aggravation, and money by going straight to Executive.

I highly reccomend Exec Dodge/Jeep and my Sales Rep, Mike Vachula. Being a first time Jeep owner, and having been to 5+ dealers, with pretty average yet consistant sales experience, I must say that Mike's knowledge, genuine love for Jeep products and his personality made it easy to want to do business with him. He took the necessary time to listen to what I was looking for, and quickly presented viable options on and off their lot. I ultimately purchased a jeep that required transferring from another location. Mike facillitated it promptly and seamlessly for me. I appreciate that he was sensitive to my time and needs. He is truly an asset to the Jeep Family. Unfortunately, I had to bring my new jeep in for service, only after 2 days, because the engine light was on. That being said, this is more of a reflection on the manufacturing and certainly not a reflection on Mike or the Dealership service support. They have all been extremely responsive to me while this matter is being resolved. The only thing that could make me happier at this point, only one week after the sale, is being able to drive my new jeep.

He took me on a test drive and showed me the vehicle inside and out. It was such a stress-free experience, I test drove on a Saturday and came back a few days later to purchase. No harassing multiple phone calls, emails or so forth to check up on me daily to see if I would purchase or not. The managers are all so helpful and work closely with the sales people. CJ, Ryan & Chris in finance gave me an amazing value on my vehicle & helped me find the perfect payment and term for my loan. After searching for over a month for the right vehicle, we contacted Rich, commercial sales manager, from Executive Dodge. He worked tirelessly to find the right vehicle for us, and even spent the time to quote a custom made truck for us. We ended up finding a truck online that we fell in love with, but it was out of state. We sent the details of the truck to Rich. Within a couple of days of giving him the details, he was able to tell us that he could transfer the truck to Executive Dodge and we would have it in three days. We were thrilled! We went on a Friday evening to pick the truck up and we were in and out of there in LESS THAN an hour! We completed our paperwork with CJ. He had everything so organized and ready which made the process go by so quickly. It was by far the best experience we have had when trading in a vehicle for a new vehicle. Thank you for taking the time to email me regarding my visit. During my 2 visits to Executive, I dealt exclusively with Evie Reyes. It was a delight to be met with such a professional and personable sales person. Mrs. Reyes proved to be very knowledgeable and very attentive to what my car buying needs were. It was wonderful not feeling the usual high pressure tactics that generally accompany a car buying experience. I was very impressed with how organized she was and had everything prepared for me when I arrived. Not to mention the arrangements that were made to assist and drive one of my potential trade in vehicles so that I could have them both evaluated! Although I ultimately did not reach the terms that would have concluded in a sale, Mrs. Reyes's courtesy and professionalism continued to exceed my expectations. I had intentions that afternoon of driving off in a new (to me) vehicle, and although that wasn't the case that day, I drove off feeling very satisfied with my experience nonetheless. This would be a reason that would have me return to Executive in the future if I am in need of a vehicle.

George was our salesman and he did a great job. Really knew the car inside and out as well as spent a lot of time with us going over every option, even as far as to set up my phone on Bluetooth. Would recommend him to anyone. The only thing that could have been better was going through the contract at the end. Was not as transparent as I would have liked it to be. In addition, they quoted me one price for a warranty, then when I said no they quoted a much lower price which made me think their emphasis on no haggling was incorrect. However, got a great deal on the car and am satisfied, would go back. Overall was a good buying experience.

This place has the best prices! Every car is discounted. They even discounted the brand new 75th Anniversary Grand Cherokee that I bought. They had the Jeep I wanted waiting at the front of the dealership when I got there, Mike Zygmunt met me at the door and took care of me. Chris Rogalin and Mike answered any questions I had and got me the financing that I wanted. I feel like I got a lot for my money with all of their warranties built in and highly recommend buying a vehicle from here.

George Lupul was our sales guy and he was awesome! They dont work on commission, so there was no pressure. We liked the little Compass that was in the showroom. He got us one to test drive, and we had a blast trying it out. He explained all the features, and was a pleasure to work with. We ended up buying the one in the showroom. The price was fantastic, there was no pressure or hidden costs, and the whole experience was easy and fun. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

After visiting other dealerships in search of a truck, it was nice to learn that Executive Dodge didn't pay its' sales force on commission and that part of its' reputation was based on not having to haggle on a vehicle price. George L. greeted me and explained the differences between Executive and other dealerships. When discussing the vehicles I was interested in, he was very thorough and patient in answering my many questions, and spent a great deal of time working with me to make sure that I had a good experience at Executive. I felt comfortable with him and would not have looked any further if I had decided on buying a Ram. The only thing that prevented me from purchasing here is that the truck with the exact specifications I was looking for was not available and I needed a vehicle almost immediately. I will return here in the future when I am looking to purchase another vehicle.

Hi, very often do people have the urgency to write negative reviews and the positive reviews seem to get buried in the mess. My wife and I have shopped around and toyed with the idea of purchasing a new vehicle but always felt either pressured or just couldn't justify the thought of buying a brand new car. This was my first experience with a dealer that had "one" price for the truck I wanted. No haggling. No crying. No having to beg. The price for my trade in was most fair. I bought 5 Dodge trucks from the dealership in New Britain prior to this experience. I'll never go back. George Lupul, along with Ryan Perez, Jill McNamara and Tom Gallant made this a deal I feel good about. There were some issues with the factory but the dealership more than made up for them. Recently went to this dealership after going to many others in CT and other states. When we got there we were immediately greeted by the Sales Manager Ryan. He instantly pointed us In the right direction. Unsure of what exactly my wife wanted he insisted on driving several different models till we found the right one with Bruce our salesman. After picking a car it came down to the price. SIMPLE AS IT GETS!!! No hassle on that end. Gave is best price off the bat and even proved to us he wasn't kidding about best price. He was was even very competitive on our trade too. Went the next day and picked her new car. The guys spent at Lear an hour with my wife going over features and setting everything up for her. We got the car on New Year's Eve and they have called her twice already to make sure everything was ok and she loved her car. If you want to get a great with service at a great price. My salesperson, Rich Dzwonchyk, was very friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor. He has a no pressure approach and clearly loves what he does. I've bought a lot of cars from many dealerships, but this has to be the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Chris in finance, Ed that did the appraisal of my car and of course Rich, all were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about buying a jeep. My entire experience with Executive Dodge was great. When I was doing research at home I found their website to be the most up to date with actual pictures of the actual vehicles on their lots, not stock photos or listings of vehicles "in transit". I knew walking into the door what they had available and they had the vehicle I was interested in on the lot for a test drive. My salesman Ryan Perez was very helpful, did not pressure me in any way, and clearly explained the sales process. Ryan knew the vehicle very well and was able to answer any questions I had as well as point out things on the vehicle I didn't know about. The trade process was painless and I was even allowed to go along for the inspection of my trade as well as their test drive of it. When I went to pick up my vehicle the paperwork signing was well organized and everything was explained to me in detail. This process was done quickly as well. I am very happy with my experience and very happy with the vehicle purchase I made. I would highly recommend Executive Dodge.

Ryan Perez was extremely helpful in my purchase of a 2012 Jeep Liberty. To me, vehicle shopping is like going tothe dentist. Yet, Ryan helped me out with a fair trade in estimate and stepped up nicely when I needed some warranty panel repair work. I stopped in at 9:30 am and the car was in my driveway at 3:00 pm! Done! Took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee there for service, and for the second time, the car was not ready when promised. I called multiple times throughout the day to check the status of the vehicle, and was promised a call back, and never received one. It took me going down there for them to tell me the car might be available the following day. The previous time I dropped by car off, they had it for a week while I was out of town, and when I stopped in to pick it up, I was told one of the employees had taken it home to test drive it (with my permission) and he had not arrived yet for his shift. This was after I had called the previous 3 days to ensure it was going to be there for the start of that day. On both occasions, I was not offered alternative transportation or accommodations, and was forced to take cabs back and forth to work. The service members are insensitive, uninformed, and lack any concern for their customers. This will be the last time I bring my car here for service, and will certainly not be purchasing my next Jeep from this location. Proceed with extreme caution when dealing with any one from the service dept as they are misinformed and very unwilling to help.

(ie: price, power, and low mileage) When my car did not arrive with car mats- he made sure that they were shipped directly to my house, no questions asked. He was knowledgeable and efficient, and unlike several other places I had shopped, it was a very LOW PRESSURE environment. I went to Executive Auto because they were open on Sunday and I saw a car that I liked on the website, It was worth the ride. The car we want is new on the market and the color we want is difficult to find, but that hasn't stopped Frank, he is determined to track it down, he hasn't tried to change our minds about the color, which I find surprising and refreshing! I recently purchased a new Grand Cherokee at Executive Dodge Jeep. The experience was far better than past experiences buying cars and even dealing with other Jeep dealers during this purchase experience. The team is very honest and gets right to the bottom line. They gave me their best price on the vehicle I was looking at right upfront to avoid needing any negotiation later. Sales rep stays on top of the customer experience and follows up on e-mails and phone calls promptly. They also provide key information over the phone and email to me without making me drive in to the dealership for every conversation (which I experienced with other dealers). I had my whole family with me on the day I was looking at and test driving vehicles, and the team even made sure my 6 year old had a great experience as he got to "drive" the cars on the showroom floor and use a sales office to color and read for a while. The whole team ensures they meet you up front including the General Manager to ensure your experience is positive and all your questions are answered. The Finance Manager worked with me to ensure I was making the right choices on financing and did not miss out on any rebates available to me. Executive has a lot of their own offerings on top of Jeep like a lifetime powertrain guarantee which top off the deal. Their sales team is salary based with bonuses based on customer feedback (not sales commission) so they are focused on you not the price of the car you buy. In the end of the day, I bought a different Grand Cherokee than I went into buy but I truly feel it was the right one for me after the help of the team. I have three Jeep dealerships closer to my home than Executive (two of which I purchased from in the past) and I will always make the time to go straight to Executive for future purchases.

With nearly 200,000 miles on my old Jeep, it was time to trade it in for a newer model. George was the salesman who greeted me at the door when I arrived at Executive. We spent a couple hours looking at the pre-owned Jeeps in inventory, and test drove one of them. I did not see the red one, but knew it was there. I didn't have time to see it that afternoon. After leaving and visiting another dealership (same models, way overpriced) I decided to call George- who I felt had a good understanding of what my wants and needs in a Jeep were- to ask about that red one that I couldn't stop thinking about. On Friday afternoon, I asked him to take a look at the red one and let me know if he thought I would like it based on our conversations two days prior. He called me back and told me he thought I would love it, so I went and bought it the next day! His understanding of exactly what I was looking for made the whole car buying experience quick and easy, and totally stress free. I felt that he was up front and honest about the whole process and the vehicle, and that really made me feel at ease. I am so excited and so happy with my Jeep! Everyone who rides in it says it's the nicest car they have ever been in, and it's definitely the nicest car I have ever owned. Thanks George for taking such good care of me! Had my 1st very professional/ non-pressure buying experience recently at Executive Jeep in Wallingford. This is coming from a person who bought his 1st car back in 1986. I have never bought or leased a car before and the only time I have ever even been to a car dealership was with my mom for her car at hyundai. At hyundai, they took forever, wouldnt give a straight answer and seemed like they didnt care what the customer wanted. They sold my mom a car that later had so many issues that she had to get a different car and trade the one she had for less than a year back in. Anyways, I was going into the dodge jeep dealership thinking that it was going to be a pain in the butt process and that who knew what I would come out with. I walked in and met the man that I had been corresponding with online named Steve who was the manager or something who then introduced me to Michael Zygmunt who was the sales person that would be helping me out. This guy was amazing at his job! Nicest car salesman I've ever met. He made the whole process super fast and even put up with my stupid questions (because i know nothing about cars) and gave me all the information I needed. And, not to mention, that i LOVE the car I'm leasing. Its a great quality vehicle and I'm so happy with all the help that Mike gave me to get me into this awesome car!! I even had a minor issue with my car and they took it in to the garage and Mike helped me get into another car while they work on mine (its a window issue, nothing big wrong). I was greeted upon entry. I felt welcomed rather than ambushed, like at other dealers. Frank had a very pleasant and soft approach. With time, his humor and charisma made it feel more like a conversation than a sales pitch. I appreciate the experience and excellent customer service! Other team members were very helpful at entertaining my 3 year old who by the way was not climbing into all the showroom cars but he sure can talk your ear off! Her patience was amazing! Once the new Jeep Renegades started arriving in dealerships I was given a recommendation to visit Executive Jeep and I'm glad I did! I partnered with Rich D and he delivered great service from start to finish! He was friendly, knowledgeable and organized. I really liked the only Renegade they had on the lot and we worked out the financials but I wasn't crazy about the color. Rich located an identical model at another dealership and gave me both options to ensure I purchased a vehicle I was 100% satisfied with. I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Cheroke from this dealership. The sales person I dealt with was Rich Dzwonchyk. Rich showed me several different Cherokee's ranging from preowned to new. He walked me through all of the differences and also was very receptive and attentive to what I was looking for. At no point was he pushing for a sale or trying to pressure me into buying. When I finally chose the car that I wanted he did a great job explaining and working with me on the financing. I've wanted a Jeep for as long as I can remember. After an accident in icy conditions, my former SUV was totaled. I was looking for something similar to that boxy, sturdy style of my old Nissan Pathfinder (which probably saved my life when on impact) so my transition to a new car would be easier. I assumed Jeeps were beyond my budget, I stopped by to ask a lot of questions to the sales consultant (sorry Michael Zygmunt) regarding an affordable Jeep. Michael sat down with me and was willing to take time to look at my options, and there in the showroom was the Jeep I ended up purchasing-a used 2012 (previously leased) Jeep Patriot in practically mint condition. It's beautiful, it drives smoothly, and my monthly payments are very reasonable. Very happy with new Jeep and with the staff. When I go back for other services in the future, I will feel very comfortable knowing they take pride in giving the best service they can offer. :D

Andrew worked with me for a few weeks in order to find the right car for me. He was patient, genuine, and caring. He never pushed me towards a car I wouldn't like. He kept it within my price range, and i was able to walk out with a slightly used 2014 jeep cherokee that I absolutely adore. Originally we had some issues working with a bank because of student loans.. But these guys were relentless and kept trying and trying until they found the right payment for me at a rate I could comfortably affordI will DEFINITELY continue to buy my jeeps from these guys & no where else. Other dealers will try to push you to get whatever they can sell. The executive team genuinely wants what is best for you. I have never been to another dealer that treats customers this way!!

I am sure we are not the only people who think car shopping is a daunting experience! We really wanted a change but kept putting it off because of past experiences that were lackluster at best. I have to be honest, were apprehensive at first. After meeting Rich Dzwonchyk all of those negative thoughts went right out the window. The entire experience was fantastic! The first meeting with him was brief. We were testing the waters! He wasn't pushy but shared some insight on our plan. We walked away with a better understanding as well as literature on the type of vehicle we were interested in. The second meeting was great as well. Rich was busy with another customer. The other sales people were happy to answer questions we had but never tried to steal us from our original sales person. That is impressive, because as we all know any type of sales can be cut throat!!! When Rich was finished we talked, test drove and filled out the paperwork. It was that simple. He gave us a great deal on the trade in and the purchase. They shopped the loan to get the best rate and that was that! We never felt pressured. Everyone was personable and made us feel at home. I stopped in to take a look at a Ram 1500 Sport and met Rich Dzwonchyk. He gave me a very good price right off the bat and did not play games with me. He really worked with Vinny in the finance office to get me a loan and a great one at that. They take pride in helping people get what they want or need. I dreaded this whole process as I have been burned and disappointed by other dealers. I did most of my communication via text over the next few days which was really convenient timewise and helpful since I have a hearing loss. "Finalizing" the deal with Vinny was short and sweet. I was skeptical at first about the reviews because I figured they probably ask you to give a review or have a lot of friends. After this experience, I am a believer. They really are that good. They do have a lot of friends, because they earn them............

I came in late on a Saturday to check out a few used Ram trucks I had my eye on for a few weeks. We were greeted at the door by the GM promptly and told all the sales personnel were busy but he'd get us started. As soon as Rich was available we were introduced. Took our test drive and I decided this was the truck I wanted. From start to finish the while process was worlds better than I expected. Most people cringe at the thought of haggling and waiting. This didn't happen at Executive. The process was clear and dare I say easy. I was impressed with everyone's desire to help you find the right fit from vehicle to loan if necessary. Overall extremely knowledgeable staff and definitely a dealership I would recommend. And when I'm ready buy the next one!

However after I read the reviews on Executive Dodge and Jeep of Wallingford I decided to give it a try. I can honestly say that I am not disappointed with this decision. This was not the case with Executive....we had the good fortune to speak with Rich D. who could not have given us a better education on Jeep and all it had to offer. We went to Executive to purchase a used 2007 Acura TSX. Steve and I negotiated a competitive price. Ryan Perez and Steve showed us the car when we got there. Very nice, except the rims were pretty beat up. We decided to pass due to the cost of replacing the rims. Not long afterward, Eddie calls (part of the sales team) and says if we want the car, he will pay to have the rims fixed! This was right while I was driving another car from a private party for inspection and purchase. Well, as luck would have it, the car we were looking at had a transmission issue, so we called Executive back and said we'd take a second look at Executive's TSX again. When we got there, the rims looked brand new, but at that point I was a little spooked about the last car having transmission problems, so I asked if they would be willing to warranty just the transmission for 30 days (the car had no warranty). They did. These guys want to sell cars and they are very good about listening to your concerns, as long as your concerns are reasonable. The car looks and drives beautifully, and the team of Ryan, Steve and Eddie problem solved every one of my concerns so that I left "Happy". I have never been more impressed with the sincerity and professionalism of a car dealership. All three guys, Ryan, Steve and Eddie, are guys you will enjoy working with. Competitive pricing, excellent problem solving, and genuinely nice people made our experience with the Executive Dodge Team a cut above any experience we've had so far with an auto dealership.

I bought a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500. I had looked at other vehicles at various dealerships, but I liked the overall customer service at Executive the best. They were not pushy like other dealerships that I visited. I emailed Ryan, my sales rep, on Saturday, and on Monday I finalized the paperwork in the morning and picked up my truck in the afternoon. I am an informed, passionate and experienced car buyer. I have owned 18 (now19) vehicles in my lifetime. Most of my dealership experiences were routine, with a few bright spots and a couple of duds. I am pleased to report that my experience at Executive Dodge and Jeep of Wallingford, and specifically, Michael Zygmunt, was a perfect example of a Bright Spot. After an exhaustive search of New England, I had narrowed my search to 2 vehicles. One was in New Bedford, Mass. (20 miles from my home on the Vineyard) and Executive (170 miles). A quick "Dud" in New Bedford, 2 phone calls to Executive, I'm driving my 2012 Ford Edge, bought used, with Mike's expert help. The car was prepped, cleaned and ready for my test drive when I arrived. I consider Mike, Steve and the rest of the Staff I met, to be the kind of people I would associate with and recommend without reservation.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgable about all the vehicles I was interested in. He was extremely low pressure which made the experience great. Rich helped us to determine what vehicles would suit our budget. After crunching the numbers he showed us a 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk which had been reduced. I was able to get more options I wanted as standard without breaking my budget. I looked at the vehicle on Sunday and bought it on Monday. I had an amazing experience there and Rich was awesome. My husband took me to Executive Dodge for my Christmas gift, a 2015 Jeep Wrangler, 4 door. He had everything all set up. All we had to do was sign the paperwork. During my test drive, I wasn't really impressed. I felt that the passenger compartment was a tight fit. I asked if they had a Ram 2500. The dealership knew what we were planning on spending and had a left over that would fit our needs (to seat 6 and pull our 9,800 lbs. camper). We took it for a test ride. During so, I found out it was an 8 cylinder (thinking it would kill us on the gas) and then the sales person stated it would drop down to 4 cylinder when the 8 wasn't needed (SOLD!!!!). The transaction went smoothly. I've been driving it for 2 days and LOVE IT!!!! Today, I made a visit to the dealership with more & duplicates questions and my salesperson, Steve Buchter was just as helpful today as he was on the day of the purchase.

Overall the experience at Executive good. Our salesman, Rich Dzwonchyk, was personable,knowledgeable and informative. The few initial problems encountered could not be remedied by him as they were Dodge and Executive policy. On subsequent trips, Rich met us, made sure the communication between me and the service depart was clear. ALWAYS followed up. Even called to see how we made out with the vehicle after a round trip to Illinois(only owned the vehicle for a few days). Rich is a definite asset to Executive and hopefully viewed as such. If I should ever wish to purchase another Dodge product I would travel to see Rich and work with him.

When i signed my lease contract , Vinny was pleasant and the process was made very clear and understandable and quick. I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The buying experience was great. I went into the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and got some rough estimates on cost. I explained to the salesman that I didn't want to buy anything that day because I wanted to run some numbers. I wasn't pressured at all to make a decision, which was refreshing. I went back the next day and made a deal on a lease based on numbers that I thought were fair. I dealt with Ryan in Sales and he was great. Not only did he provide a pressure-free experience, he was also very knowledgeable on the vehicle. He went over all the bells and whistles in detail and I walked away with a good understanding of how everything inside the Cherokee works. The only issue I had was that I found out when signing the lease papers that there was a return fee which I had never experienced before with leasing. I wish this was communicated up front and not during the lease signing. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to others.

Lets not forget the Service Team at Executive. I purchased my 2001 Dakota Quad from Executive back in 2002. While she is nearing fourteen years on the road, the Service Team has done a great job keeping me out of the showroom by offering top notch repair for a fair price. We're all trying to stretch dollars today, and keeping our vehicles properly maintained is one way to avoid a monthly car payment. The service team keeps me informed whenever my truck is in for service. They understand many of us are on budgets and always let me know what repairs can wait, and which ones we need to do right away. I also appreciate its same day in same day out service. The repairs are always done properly by the experts, so I never have a cause for concern when driving down the road. Here's to the Service Team. I was looking for a Jeep Patriot and saw on the internet that Executive Dodge Jeep had what I was looking for so I stopped in on Labor Day weekend. I expected to view the jeep maybe take it for a test drive and that was it. As it turned out the jeep was perfect and the Saleswoman Rachael was great. They worked with me right from the start and made me an offer better than I had hoped and I couldn't be happier. I never had to ask for help, they assisted me through the whole process and made sure I was able to drive off with my car. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for your new vehicle. I was replacing my 2006 Grand Cherokee, and Rich made the process as painless as possible. He worked very hard to find the right vehicle with all of the extras that I was looking for, and never pushed for things that I wasn't interested in. The whole process went very smooth, and I was able to pick up my new Grand Cherokee within a couple of hours all waxed and serviced as promised. During the delivery Rich went over all of the features in detail explaining all of the new goodies that the 2014 had. You can tell how dedicated he is by how well he knows the product, and is willing to help even after the sale. So far the new Grand Cherokee is great.

when we walked into Executive jeep I was just starting to shop for a new car. We met Andrew Meadows, he took us out for a great test drive, both of us drove the car. Andrew is very knowledgeable and there was no pressure at all to buy the car. When we left I told him we had just stared to shop and would make a decision in a few weeks. Over the next couple of week Andrew contacted us by e-mail just to ask how our shopping was going. When we decided on a jeep we returned to Executive and talked to Andrew again. He answered all our questons again.We were able to negotiate a great deal that allowed is to buy a new jeep. When we returned for delivery Andrew was not able to be there, we met with Rich Dzwonchyk Rich did a great job and took all the time needed going over the new jeep. Summer 2014 I made it as tough on Rich as I could to drive the best bargain I could get and he took it in stride and delivered when 4 other AAA approved dealers could not. This was a customer friendly dealership. Our sales person, Rich Dzwonchyk was very personable, listened to what we were looking for and took time to show us the make and model car we were looking for. The test drive was wonderful and there was no sense of rush or pressure in looking at the car. When we picked up the car it was spotless and Rich spent a great deal of time showing us the features. We did not leave with the car feeling that this was a done deal because he stressed to us that if we have any questions or concerns to contact him directly and he would be happy to help us out.

This dealership is really a great place! I am a first time car buyer and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! First off everyone is really welcoming and nice! When I first arrived there someone was able to help me right away. The manager Steve was straightforward with everything and what I wanted price wise with the car. I had been looking for a very specific Jeep Wrangler for several weeks. Due to time of year all Wrangler inventories are getting low. Through various internet searches I came across. Executive Dodge & Jeep. Being over 150 miles from my home I was able to negotiate a great deal prior to making the trip to the dealership. I could not have been more impressed. Both Rich Dzwonchyk and Steve Tannock were great. I had never bought a car from another state and they walked me through the whole process. They also provided me with a dealer plate so I could drive home same day! Rich gave me a very thorough walk through of the Jeep and the operation of the soft top. Even though I live 150 miles away I wouldn't hesitate to work with these guys again. Low pressure, very knowledgeable and spent lots of time with me on the phone and via email. These guys were great in every way.

Rich Dzwonchyk, my sales person, did his job and got the rest of his coworkers to do theirs. I walked in with a check based on a quote and walked out with a Jeep. (A red one, daughter very happy) This is not rocket science or negotiations for world peace. If you read your quote and email or call ahead with any questions, Rich may be the first car saleman's name you actually remember. Yes money is tight for all of us and I certainly don't want some corporate executive buying a new hot tub because I'm a fool. However, a fair deal is usually one good for both parties. So when you walk into the dealership with the price you want to pay and the price you know you'll probably pay, don't stress. If you did your homework Rick will get you out the door and you won't feel beaten, broken, or cheated. Instead you'll probably be smiling as he shows you some neat features you didn't realize your vehicie had. Oh yea, bang the gong as you walk out the door.,

I was at executive Dodge and jeep getting my 3500 worked on. I met Steve Buchter in the show room. By the time I left he found me a brand new Ram 5500 Laramie crew cab. He worked very hard to get me the exact truck I needed. All the other dealerships told me there wasn't a truck equipped the way I wanted it within 1000 miles but Steve found it within 5 minutes. Within a week I drove home my new 5500 chassis and it's been working hard for me ever since and making me money. Everyone pays me compliments on my new truck daily. If you are in the market for a commercial vehicle I suggest going to executive dodge in Wallingford and working with Steve. Even after the sale he checks in to make sure everything is going great. My daughter was looking for an SUV within a limited budget. We had been juggling the two vehicles in the family so that she would have a car to get to her job. Our salesman, Rich Dzwonchyk, made the experience absolutely wonderful! We had been to several other dealerships and run into very pushy salemen. Not the case here. He let her test drive it and explained features, etc. My husband came back and drove it as well, and he was impressed by Rich. It is rare to find a salesperson that does not try to push you into buying something, even if it is not convenient for you. Rich (and Chris) did everything in their power to make the actual pickup as easy as possible. He even accommodated our crazy schedule and came in early so we could pick it up! I know my daughter got a great car and will be safe on her travels back and forth to work! I would not hesitate to suggest that anyone go take a look at the stock they have of new or used vehicles. I had come in looking to buy a new 2014 Ram 1500. I was trading in my Nissan Altima and still had 9 months on my lease. Executive Dodge worked to get me out of my lease early and into the new truck of my dreams! When I first stopped by the dealership the deal that was offered to me was out of my price range and I had to walk away. My salesman Rich Dzwonchyk had seen the disappointment I had. When I left after turning down the offer I was not pressured into buying the truck or even another vehicle, to my surprise I was reassured that Rich would not call me everyday asking me if I was ready to buy the truck. This was awesome because other dealerships I had been to had managers come out from "the back room" or from "behind the finance window" to try and make me buy a vehicle. Not here, this dealership is straight forward and gives no B.S. to their customers! After a week Rich had called me and offered me a deal that I could not turndown! Rich had seen my disappointment and worked all week with managers to do what ever they can to make it happen. Delivery day was smooth. Everything was on time and painless. They understand that you don't want to be their signing papers, you want to be out driving your new vehicle. I was not pressured into trying to buy all kinds of extras such as dent removal or oil change programs (although they do offer them). After leaving the dealership I had an issue with my FREE 1 year trial of XM Radio, it was not turned on. This was an issue on the XM Radio side of things. After calling Rich and letting him know about my issue he had promptly corrected the issue himself. Another thing that I noticed was different from another dealership or salesman was two days after having my new truck I received a phone call from Rich. He wanted to see how thing were going and see if there was anything he could do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership, especially if you call Rich Dzwonchyk!

My husband and I have been looking to purchase a used car for our younger daughter. Weve been looking at the Jeep Compass and havent really found anything that met our standards until we came across a Jeep Compass at Executive Dodge and Jeep of Wallingford. The Jeep Compass that had everything we were looking for (low mileage, excellent condition, etc) so we decided to go to Executive Dodge and Jeep to look at the car and no sooner than we pulled into the parking lot it started to rain. When we walked into the showroom we had the pleasure of meeting Rich Dzwonchyk who introduced himself to us. We explained to Rich that we were interested in the 2011 Jeep Compass and asked if we could take a look at it even though it was raining. Rich did not hesitate, he got the keys and walked out side with us. What impressed me about Rich was that even though it was raining on him, he took his time and explained all the features the Compass had. He asked who the vehicle would be for and when we told him it was for our younger daughter who was with us, he really made sure that he explained all the safety features this vehichle had and ask if we had any questions. Rich made sure that we had all the knowledge we needed in making the decision on if this was the right car for us. He asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive, so my daughter and I, along with Rich went for a test drive. Before our test drive, Rich took the time to make sure that my daugther was comfortable behind the wheel by explaining how to adjust the seat and mirrors and how the wipers and lights worked on this vehicle and he made sure she was comfortable before leaving the parking lot. This was the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle and we owe that to Rich. Rich makes you feel important and that youre not just a potential buying customer, but a customer he truly cares about. Rich, I want to thank you for that! Thank you for being so professional, knowledable, caring and for providing us with a great experience. When we picked up the Jeep it looked brand new (clean and shinny) and the process was quick. Everyone we had the pleasure of meeting at Executive Dodge and Jeep were just wonderful!! My daughter is so happy with her "new" Jeep Compass. My son was recently coming to the end of a lease contract and was interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had used the Executive Dodge Jeep Ram service dept. in the past and had great experiences there so my son decided to contact the dealership via email. He was provided all the information he needed by Steve Tannock the Internet Sales Manager. Upon arriving at the dealership, both my son and I were introduced to one of the Sales/Business reps Vinny. Both those guys made for a very comfortable experience for Ryan and he is now in his new Jeep Grand Cherokee and loving it. About a week later I returned to the dealership since I was in the market for a new vehicle. I jumped back and forth between a few vehicles and finally purchased a new Dodge Durango and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Rich made the whole process very easy and he even said we could take the vehicle home that night if we wanted to. At no point was there any pressure on us to buy. We went out for lunch and came back a little while later and our vehicle was freshly waxed and shined waiting for us to take it home. I would recommend Rich for any of your new or used vehicle needs.

The first visit I came in with an interest in a few Jeep Wranglers. Rich was our salesman and he was excellent. He tried to help us out in any way he could but unfortunately it just didn't work out. I decided to go back a few weeks later with an interest in the Jeep Compass instead. Rich of course welcomed us back! Interestingly enough a Jeep Liberty caught my eye. A jeep I didn't even intend on looking at. After the test drive I definitely wanted to know if this would be possible. Rich didn't waste any time knowing there may be another potential buyer. Luckily, somehow it all worked out perfectly and the Jeep was sold-to me!! The monthly payments were just right as well. I recommend executive for sure and definitely go see Rich! Excellent service!

Had my older Jeep in for repair and the cost didn't work. Was introduced to Mike Zygmunt who was really professional and easy to work with. My wife and I went to Executive Dodge-Jeep-RAM to test drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee and a RAM truck. We were really impressed with the Grand Cherokee and the knowledge and patience of our sales consultant Rich. He spent a lot of time going over the features of the Grand Cherokee as well as the pluses and minuses of selecting a truck or a SUV. Rich also guided us through the lease versus buy decision. The Grand Cherokee won and everyone at the dealership worked hard so we could drive it home that day. I keep thinking about the RAM truck and may someday go back and work a deal with Rich!

The process of buying my new vehicle was haggle free. The Daniella was very helpful and informative of the vehicle of interest. I went to executive a few months back to look at a dodge durango citadel they had there. I was on my way home during a major snow storm and thought i would just drive through the lot to take a look at it. To my surprise it was sitting in the showroom (it was a 2011) so i figured id walk in and take a look. The guys were running around trying to move cars and plow as, once again, the weather man got it wrong. Rich was so nice to stop what he was doing to take the time to go over the entire vehicle with me and set up a time for me to come back to take it for a test drive the next day. I loved it and bought it that same day. Rich was very knowledgeable and the most down to earth, honest salesman I have ever met. I was so impressed with him that I was comfortable sending my daughter up there by herself a few days ago to see a jeep grand cherokee limited she had her eye on. She also liked a new challenger they were getting in that she saw on line. With my daughter being 20 he took the time to sit down with her and go over the pros of getting the jeep over the cons of getting the challenger (snow, insurance, etc). After she left, he called me to discuss everything and we went back the next day for Mom to give the ok. They were very fair with our trade also. Needless to say we went home with the jeep the next day. With all that said, if you want a very honest, down to earth, non-pushy salesman, see Rich. He's the best!

He was also very knowledgeable about the car I was looking for, and was able to answer all of my questions on the spot. I even tested by asking about the downsides of the car that I had already researched (Challenger in the winter...ug) and they were straight forward and honest, rather than simply trying to make a sale. A couple years ago my fiancee and I came to Executive as he was in need of a car and was interested in a used jeep grand cherokee. Daniella found him exactly what he was looking for and we couldn't be any happier with his jeep grand cherokee! Well, 3 years later, it was my turn and now I was in need of a car. The car I had was getting older and up there in miles. I knew that I also wanted a jeep as I love the confidence in the snow and the comfort of my fiancee's grand cherokee. Rich Dzwonchyk was the first person who came to mind when my husband & I decided to take a look at the re-introduced Jeep Cherokee. After the excellent customer service we experienced with Rich in December when buying a Wrangler for my husband it was a no brainer, if we were getting a Jeep Rich was selling it to us. When we got there he took us out in two different models, went over all the different features in each, & then told us he would work the numbers for us & follow up the next day. I got a call from Rich first thing in the morning with great news & we went back & picked up my new Jeep later that week. Rich never tried to push us to make a decision like you might expect from salesmen, he gave us his 100% honest opinion on the Jeeps I was looking at & even got me a really great deal on my trade in. I can't recommend Rich & this dealership enough. Everyone in this dealership is friendly & helpful, as I said in my previous review from our experience there looking for my husband's car I have purchased two Jeeps from two different dealerships & this is the best customer service I have ever received. We are always greeted with a smile (even when arriving almost an hour late for our appointment). I bought my dakota from this dealer back in 2003 and got a great deal. This week we picked up a 2014 Durango and we had a good experience with Mike and Chris. We're looking forward to years of enjoyment with the new Durango. The only thing that got me confused right now is that I when I brought up free oil changes I was told the owners of Executive Auto Group no longer offer that anymore. We bought a Honda from Executive Honda in 2012 and it came with free oil changes as long as we do our service there. My 2003 Dakota, free oil changes as long as we do service at the dealer. So I was disappointed to hear they do not offer it. It was an a program that Executive had been offering to all its customers buying new cars. But now I'm more confused because they still advertise free oil changes on Cars.com. Wish I had seen the advertisment for the vehicle we purchased before we signed the papers. Says right on the advertisments FREE OIL CHANGES, along with dent repair, key replacement, etc! Same deal they were offering years ago. Guess we're excluded for some reason....lol Doesn't make sense.

I went about a spontaneous car buying endeavour through Executive and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at both the ease of getting my the car and the friendly, fair and helpful treatment from the staff. Dave was wonderful and Mike was my main salesman at the time - he was so great and easy to talk to about the deal, he made the process so easy. On a whim, I decided to look around on cars.com, came across (my current baby) a gorgeous 2010 Mazda3, test drove it on Tuesday, traded in my 04 Civic and it was mine by Wednesday afternoon. Please disregard any of my comments that I left before. The Gen Manager Tom Gallant fixed everything and got me out of my deal even though my car was registered and insured. I suffer from Bi Polar Disorder and made a very hasty decision with signing the paperwork which was my own fault. He was kind enough to end the contract and even though I didn't get my $2200 back I can now sleep at night knowing what I can afford. A big thank you to Ryan Perez who worked very quickly on my deal and got me the car I wanted fast! Vinny and Ryan were very friendly.

I went out in a snow storm with my wife to look for a new car, we weren't sure if we were going to be able to leave a dealership with a car but that was our goal. We went to a dealership that had exactly what I was looking for: a black, used Jeep Wrangler...the only problem was that it had been on deposit for a few days (with no call backs from the potential buyer). We decided that we were going to look elsewhere but asked that they call us if the Jeep freed up in the meantime. We found Executive Jeep and I was a little hesitant because they only sold new Jeeps and I was looking for a used one but we decided it was at least worth taking one out for a test drive. When we got out of the car, we were approached by a salesman by the name of Rich. Normally I don't like being swarmed as soon as I get out of my car, but he explained he needed to know right then if we wanted to take anything out on the road because they were prepping the cars for the storm. We decided to take out a two door, billet colored automatic Jeep Wrangler Sport S...after 2 minutes I decided I really wanted a standard instead. Rich had us go back to the dealership and brought us into the showroom, right on the floor was a sand dune colored standard, two door Jeep. Rich just had to point out the price and offer to help me put up the soft top (since it was different from the old model I was used to) to get us to sign for it. Rich helped us out big time and we were able to leave with our Jeep the SAME day. Rich helped with the soft top as promised and even setup the radio pre-sets for me. He walked us through the ins and outs of the Jeep and told us to call him if we ever needed anything. We were treated with respect and Rich was a down to earth and not at all pushy. if you are looking for a Jeep, you should go to Executive and ask for Rich Dzwonchyk. Rich is a Jeep owner himself so he is really knowledgeable about the product which is a huge plus.

My husband and I went out during a snow storm to buy a car for him. We had been to one Jeep dealership before we checked out Executive and that was a bust. When we arrived they were prepping to put the Jeeps away for the storm and Rich Dzwonchyk made them stop so we could take one for a test drive. After driving the automatic Wrangler my husband decided he wanted a standard, Rich could have been angry that we put him in a position to postpone the cars getting put away but instead he offered to take us inside to talk about the standard models. Not only did we discuss it, we left that day with our new Jeep. Rich bent over backwards to make sure that was possible and even walked us through setting up the soft top (since it had changed since the last model my husband owned). He climbed in and setup all of the radio stations for us, gave us a "tour" of the interior, and told us to call us any time we needed anything. I personally have bought two Jeeps from two different dealerships (and checked out about 5 more), this was hands down THE BEST customer service I have ever received. When you go out in a snow storm looking for a Jeep you mean business, the first dealership we went to didn't seem to understand that we were motivated to buy, Rich did and he made a great sale. We got a very fair price and awesome service. If you are ever in need of a Jeep (or a Dodge), Executive should be your first stop. Make sure to ask for Rich Dzwonchyk!

While we have not been able to work it out yet, the effort and commitment Rich has shown my husband should be recognized! We were in your dealership a few weeks ago and tried again as Rich had contacted us regarding your employee pricing.... we were unable to get a loan but definitely not for the lack of his trying. He is an asset to your dealership. A little background on our situation: My husband and I were married in October of 2012, between us we have 6 children and a grandson(all living with us.) In March of this year my husband was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, which is an incurable bone cancer. He started with a rod placement in his right femur and then underwent 5 months of chemo and a stem cell transplant. He is in remission currently but it is only a matter of time until it comes back. He puts up a brave front and has an incredible attitude, but he only has 2-3 years at the most to live. Right before we got married, he sold his Dodge truck in order to buy me a Nissan Juke (which I had wanted since they came out.) I have tried to get him to trade the Juke in for a truck but he refuses to do that. He wont sacrifice my happiness to own a truck. My one wish is to give him what he desires while he can still enjoy it.....but it just hasn't worked out. Rich has been in constant contact with him trying his best to get a deal done; not as a salesman but as someone who truly cares about my husband. He swears he will get it done but with our medical bills, credit issues (due to the cancer) and 7 children to support it probably will not happen. Rich has tried everything and you need to know that. I went to the dealer not knowing what to expect and thought I was just browsing for a new jeep for next year. Less than a week later I have a brand new 2014 beautiful Jeep Compass. I worked with Andrew Meadows, a very nice and down to earth gentleman. He was not pushy like other car salesmen. Andrew worked with the manager to get the price to what I could afford a month. Andrew's easy going, relaxed personality made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. I was extremely anxious about trading in my 2011 fully loaded Honda Accord for a smaller vehicle. I even test drove the Jeep three times! However, I wanted an SUV and 4WD. It has been a week now & I believe I've made the right decision. I have had no regrets, only small things to get used to. I can't wait for the first snow storm to try my new jeep! I would highly recommend Andrew and Executive Dealerships. November happened to be a great month for me to walk into the dealership because of an awesome promotion that was going on. I saved a few thousand dollars. At 16 years old my 1st Honda Accord was purchased through Executive Honda also in Wallingford; another good experience. I wanted a Toyota Matrix AWD in the worst way, but it is not an easy vehicle to find at a reasonable price. After a month of searching with no luck I found a 2010 for sale here at $2500 below Blue Book, with low mileage and a clean Carfax report. I worked with Mike and he was great. The purchasing process was easy and there were no gimmicks at all; the price was NOT too good to be true. I drove away with it the next day and am very happy with it, and as an added bonus they top off the gas tanks of their used vehicles. Most dealers do not do this. If you are in the market for a quality used vehicle at a reasonable price I suggest you make Executive one of your first stops!

Wed like to recommend a great sales rep, Rich Dzwonchyk, at Executive Dodge-Jeep in Wallingford, CT. My nephew recently bought a 2011 Kia Forte from Rich, and I co-signed my nephews loan. On Saturday, my nephew saw the Kia on-line, so we drove 1-1/2 hours (30 miles) to Executive. Rich spent several hours with us, thoroughly explained the cars features, and walked us through the financing process. My nephew had done his research and had rather technical questions. Rich answered them all. We put down a deposit that day, then worked by phone on Monday to get the insurance coverage ready. Rich called the insurance company to make sure they the information. Three days later (Tuesday, yesterday), my nephew drove home in his first car! Buying a first car at age 19 is a milestone. Rich made it a thoroughly positive experience for my nephew and me.

I had my eye on a 2012 Nissan Rogue (used) for about 2 weeks, I just kept coming back to this car. So I went to look at it and bought it the same day. Low milage, mint condition. I wound up with a brand new salesman named Michael, he was great. The GM helpled him through the process of the sale and they were fast and efficient getting the paperwork done. Since it was a Sunday I couldn't take the car that day but it was all shined up and ready to go on Monday, again fast and efficient in and out on the road. I had been to a few car lots searching for a used Ford Escape for quite some time. I saw one listed on cars.com that fit my budget and took the ride to see it the very next day. I walked into Executive Dodge and was immediately greeted by salesman, Ryan Perez. We sat and chatted a few minutes and before I knew it, we were going for a test drive! Ryan's friendly personality and car knowledge was a plus! Knowing I was very interested in the car, Ryan introduced me to his sales manager, Dave Archer who quickly followed-up with me the next day via telephone to answer any questions or concerns I may have while trying to make my decision. I bought my Ford Escape 2 days later and just want to thank Ryan, Dave and their business manager for such a smooth experience! I can't stand car salesmen but I didn't find the typical "how can I get you in this car today" salesman with Steve Buchter. Very friendly without that phony salesman sounding pitch. I received a surprisingly good offer on my trade and they made the purchase processes extremely easy. I'm really enjoying my new 2013 Charger!

I purchased a pre owned Toyota Camry from ANDREW and he was very knowledgeable with the car and its accessories. He showed me a Carfax before I asked for one, and made the buying experience pleasurable. Also Dave Archer the sales manager was very nice and Chris in financing did a great job. I just bought a Certified preowned dodge ram 1500 from executive dodge. I strongly recommend Andrew Meadows when you go there. He really takes interest in what you are looking for in a car/truck and he will get you the best deal out there! They had a great selection of pre owned and new vechicals to choose from. If there is one that you like at a different executive dealership they will bring it over for you to look at. The sales staff was not pushy at all, they just wanted to find the perfect car for me. I went to some other dealerships before executive and they were not as professional. The guys over there really know what they are doing and will give you a quote for your trade in on the spot. NOT like other dealerships where it takes you days or weeks to get a quote for your trade in.

The salesman Rich was an all around nice guy. Very knowledgeable about all the different vehicles they had on sight. Their prices are reasonable. They were even able to get a reasonable rate for a person like myself with less than perfect credit. There was no pressure and no hassles. They back everything they sell. I cannot say enough good things about this experience.

I was shopping for a Dodge Ram here in Long Island and was tired of getting the run-around. Contacted Executive Dodge following completion of "build my vehicle" on the Ram webpage, which showed Executive as the closest dealer with the inventory matching my build. I was given an excellent estimate over the phone for the Ram and even a quote for my trade. I left a deposit over the phone and took the ferry the next day from Port Jeff to CT. My truck was delivered as promised, detailed, and with the addition of mud flaps. I could not have been more happy with this dealer, from the general manager, sales staff, to the financing team. Top notch guys, an experience I will never forget! I would travel out of state to do business with this dealership again. I have bought multiple new cars over the last 11 years (12 cars and 5 were Dodge/Jeep or Ram). This was absolutely the most positive experience I have had with a dealer.

I brought my truck in for oil change on Saturday and went for a walk threw out the parking lot. My wife saw this nice blue truck and said let go check that out. We were amazed how nice it was and we wanted to know what the price was.we went inside and saw Melissa Moreno and she was nice to talk to, she told us if we had any questions to ask her. We went home and talk about it allot, we went online and look at the specs and details that the truck had, then we noticed that they were open on Sunday too! Sunday morning we had to go see it for the second time, to take a good look, we were not bothered the whole time were looking. We went in the show room and saw Melissa and she remembered us form the day before, We had a nice experience with the paper work and we saw the sales Manger Dave A. and I gave him a tough job that he will not forget, but it all worked out in the end. I love my truck! its an eye catcher and we are all Happy. This is my 4th Truck that I have purchased here and this was one of the best.

Her honest and sincere approach is refreshing. She is very knowledgable and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and the price. We were in the market for a new Dodge Grand Caravan back in April and waited for 2 weeks for the Milford Dodge dealership to get in a new shipment of cars. I had a great experience purchasing my 2012 CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee at Executive. I had found a car online here at cars.com and made contact with the sales staff. With a few chats back and forth i set up a time to see the car. When i got to the showroom the staff was very pleasant and upbeat. I took the car for a test ride while our salesman Ryan went over some of the details of the car. When we returned i told him i liked the car but it just was not the right fit for me and did he have any others i could look at while i was here. He was very helpful and we located a car that had just got delivered. We took it for a spin and it was a great fit. The asking price was out of my price range and i stated i appreciate the test drive but i did not want to waste his time. Now just like every other car deal in america the famous line of come on in and sit down and see what we can do. Well i can say i was very up front with what i could afford and he said no problem lets see what we can do. i was prepared for the back and forth game which is a real put off but that was not the case. Ryan came back in 2 mins and said we can make it happen and the deal was done in less than 5 mins. While this may not sound like anything great but it is knowing the dealer vs buyer game did not have to go on. All of the staff i interacted with was very professional and made you feel important. the followup email and calls also made it a nice touch making sure i was satisfied.

Our experience with the folks at Executive Dodge Jeep was a rarity. From the moment I called Dave Archer, GSM, to our test drive with Stephen Buchter, to the finance discussions with Chris Rogalin, I can't say enough great things about them all. We live over an hour away from Executive Dodge Jeep, but we would reccommend anyone to visit if they are serious about leasing or owning a new vehicle. They made us feel comfortable, they were not pushing us to purchase, make any decisions right there, or steer us towards what they "thought" would be the vehicle for us. Instead they took a very friendly and welcoming approach, and that is something you do NOT usually get when trying to purchase a new car. Don't go there. I don't understand how this dealership stays in business. I bought a certified preowned Dodge Charger from them, because they had the only AWD preowned Charger in the area. And 2 years later I still regret it. I drove out of their lot and within one mile the car breaks down. I had to leave it on the parking lot and wait for the repair. The dealership waited a month to send me the license plates then threatened to declare the temp dealer plates stolen because it took me a week to return them to them. Then, they threatened to repo the car because I would not send them back the car though I had paid off entirely the loan. Oh and the car broken down a few more times. It now needs a $2500 repair and it is just past the warranty and of course they won't lift a finger to try and help. They are really bad people. Stay away. They taught me a few things though: 1/ "certified preowned" is something to lure you in, means nothing, they checked a few items off the list in front of me. 2/ extended warranty basically only covers a break down of the engjne.

I was shopping from cars.com when I found this 2010 Ford Fusion with 31,000 miles on it listed $3k below the normal value it should be. So I called about it and it was still available. I went down the following morning to see it and within 3 hours I completed the sale on this car. It seemed too good to be true but it was! From the moment I walked in through the door the whole process of my buying experience was very pleasant and I feel that I got a great deal. My sales person was Daniella Viccaro a very professional and decorated saleswoman from all the awards displayed around her desk. She handled all the details including calling my insurance company while I needed to go home and get some paperwork. When I came back to pick up the car it was ready to go and they even put gas in it. Thanks for the great experience when I am ready for another car I will look at Executive Dodge first.
