Me and my husband Ryan have been loyal customers since we’ve basically purchased our Kia 2 years ago. Today we asked to use a coupon AFTER we were given our total of $579. They agreed and magically “forgot” to add on $100 worth of services to our total. So we basically never got to use the coupon. Gross service. We’ve never used a coupon with them and I guess we will never get the chance to. Service was great besides this. But I find it oddly weird that out of all the times we’ve come there that today is the day they “forgot” to include other fees in our price.

Worked with Joe Ortiz. Joe spent quite of bit of time with us. We requested to test drive the car and bring it to our home to see if the front of the vehicle would clear the bottom of the driveway. During the test drive he told us about the features of the vehicle. He was knowledgeable of the product he was selling which we did not experience at other dealerships when we shopped. He also spent time with us giving us a refresher of the technical features of the vehicle after the purchase.

I drove from Bethel, Maine to Wallingford, CT over 6 hours to purchase a 2014 KIA Sportage which had very low miles. The entire staff was anxiously awaiting my arrival, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. My new car was parked in front of the store, ready for me to take it for a test drive as soon as I arrived. The process was very smooth and efficient. Friendly low pressure sales staff. This is a no-haggle dealership so the price of the car is the price you end up paying. I researched the car I wanted and found Exucutive Kia was just as if not more competitive on price from nearby dealers. It was an easy buying experience and George our sales guy was friendly and didn't pressure us into anything we didn't want. The management was friendly and low pressure as well.

Was able to lease a 2017 Sportage with the "popular package" out the door with no money out-of-pocket for about the same monthly payment I would have if I bought it outright for 72+ months with a hefty down payment. I'm not big on electronic whiz bang gadgets and have had trouble connecting my phone, ipad with cable (can do it by bluetooth but I expected the cable connection to work), but the car is a car, nothing special.

I purchased my Kia Forte in March 2016 from Executive Kia. They made the buying process easy and stress free. I went to the Service Dept. for my first oil change and the service was great. Then I scheduled my Forte to have a remote starter input last month. I called and spoke to shop supervisor 2x before and was given a set price and was told my loyalty discount would be applied when i came in for the service and it should not take longer than 2 hours (I didn't know how this worked so I assumed 2 hours was sufficient time). I go to the appointment, told I would be all set to come back later on today and that the procedure is longer than 2 hours. I was a little upset but I get it and would like my part installed the proper way. I go walking around the area for 30 minutes or so to only get a call from the sales rep who says "we have two problems. 1: they sent in the wrong part. The box says push to start but they sent us a key starter so we can't do your starter today. 2: the price you were given already includes the loyalty discount and we can't mark it down lower." I"m already annoyed that I was gone for half and hour, and told they couldn't install my starter when i booked the appointment two months prior and they had my part a lot sooner than when i got there. Why didn't anyone open the product to ensure it was ok to begin with? Why wasn't there a courtesy call about the process and what to expect when I signed up for it? Why did two separate people tell me my price would be different but when i go there I am getting charged more? I talked to the service dept. supervisor and all he had to say was "I'm sorry about this but you have to love when the manufacturer sends the wrong part." There wasn't "anything we can do for the inconvenience of you coming down in the first place" NOTHING. I had to argue for the price I was promised and to ask for a free oil change or something because I was upset at all the unprofessionalism I was dealing with. How aren't they all on the same page? The supervisor finally agreed to both terms, told me they would receive the new part by Tuesday and I would get a call then. Now, here I am well over 2 weeks and haven't heard a thing yet! SO, I called the service department this morning and was put on hold to only find out the part is back ordered and they are not sure when it is coming in because of that but for ME to keep calling. The mistake was already on your end before, why do I have to keep calling for a service/business I am giving to you? TWO employees told me they would call me that Tuesday yet here we are. A common courtesy call about the delay would have been nice going forward as I was told I would be contacted with the updates to begin with. I am just getting very annoyed with how things are going on and may very well take my business to a different kia dealer who may have it more together.

I traveled almost 2 hours one way from home to buy a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Executive Kia. I had done my homework and found they had a very good price and a low mileage vehicle. What helped me so much was that I was able to purchase my car, get it financed, insured, and ready to drive home on the same day! That was extremely important due to the distance and my immediate need for that vehicle so I could go to work on Monday. I want to thank Joe Ortiz and the rest of Executive Kia for helping me out.

I bought my first new car from Executive Kia last week (2017 Kia Sportage...and I love it!) I had a wonderful experience. I was dreading it, I was expecting the salesmen to be pushy but there was no pressure at all, it was a very relaxed atmosphere. Joe Ortiz was our salesman and was great! He was very friendly and comfortable to be with and also very knowledgeable...he knows his cars! We had a great experience with the financial manager, Lou Oosten who was also very friendly and professional. Both gentlemen were able to answer all of the questions we had about the vehicle, finances and the whole car buying process in general. All of the employees at this location seem to be very friendly. My husband and I were also very impressed with the good warranties that Kia has to offer! After visiting a Kia dealer much closer to our home and leaving that dealer feeling very uneasy after they tried to pressure us into buying a car on their lot which was not what we wanted I went online to find another dealer. Executive is the best experience we have had at a car dealership. Full disclosure is one of their motto's and you don't feel like they are hiding anything. Our salesman Chin Chang knew everything about the Sorento in fact he told me things I was not aware of about my Sorento I was turning in. We went there with all intentions of buying out our current lease but Chin was able to get us into a brand new Sorento which we are buying for less per month than buying out the lease. Executive is the real deal and I would highly recommend you take the time to visit them. Don't just go to the dealer closest to you.

Bought new Kia here and was in the dealership over 7 hours trying to buy a car. They kept me waiting by myself for a long time while the salesman talked to the manager. They messed up my paperwork 2X and had to drive to the dealership each time without any compensation. I was promised a gift card by Mike Schwieker and never received it.

In all of my years of car shopping I usually leave a dealership feeling taken advantage of or just uneasy about the whole process. Not Here! The whole team makes you feel welcome, they take the mystery out of buying the car you want. They listen to what you want and give you straightforward information. To my surprise, he did not try to persuade me , but rather let me and my wife sell ourselves based on his ability to answer any and all of our questions and our tour of an immaculate service department! Afterspending 30 years in the auto business myself, I must say I was impressed by the way they do business.No haggling over price, no lets make a deal, only straight talk, best price up front and a very friendly and professional atmosphere. My Service Advisor was Todd Perry. Form the moment I stepped into the Service Department, I felt that my business was valued and that I was cared about as a person rather than dollars in the company's revenue account. This was my first, and definitely not my last, exposure with Executive Kia! I came in for an oil change, filter, and lube service, as well as to have my car diagnosed for a Check Engine Light. Upon meeting with Todd, I was treated with a high level of professionalism, and he was able to set me up with an appointment the same day I came in. I let him know what I had to spend and he went above and beyond with making it work. Throughout the whole diagnostic process, he made sure to keep me in the loop, and before I left he even provided me estimates on what my needed repairs would cost, and suggested the priority of each item in terms of safety-this is one of my biggest concerns. I wasn't pressured to get extra work done that wasn't necessary, which is something that I highly appreciate. I will be returning to Executive Kia for my service needs and I will be purchasing my new Kia Sportage from them in the near future! Executive Kia is the BEST!!! We are straight forward people and loved to receive that same type of service in return. They worked with us and even stayed late so we could get the process moving along when we decided on a vehicle. When we went to pick up the vehicle the head light was out and missed during inspection. They immediately set up and appointment for us to bring the car back in to be taken care of. When the service was taking longer than expected they were able to bring me back to work so they could keep the car to fix the bulb. That is going above and beyond and was very much appreciated.

My sales person at Executive Kia of Wallingford was Chin Chang and he was by far the most helpful sales rep I've ever met. I would recommend buying a Kia from chin to any prospective buyer out there. Additionally, I had a, what was thought to be, blown engine I my 2006 Optima but the service center cleaned her up and now I can sell her at a much higher price. Initially I was thrown out into the world of having to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly. I thought my only option would be a used car due to budget constraints. I did a ton of online research and found that KIA and Hyundai offered the BEST warranty for a used car. I again did online research then went to both of the dealers in my area. A friend had mentioned if I happened to go to KIA, to ask for Chin. She had bought a car from him recently and had a good experience. The staff at the other dealership were certainly friendly; however, I felt not heard at times regarding my budget that I HAD to stay in. I went to KIA and luckily, the day I went and asked for Chin, he was working (although I did test drive an SUV with another staff and he was also extremely knowledgeable and very friendly as well). Chin listened to (and heard) my budget situation and how I came to even be in a car purchasing situation. He gave me upfront honest answers regarding their no haggle style of selling both new and used vehicles. I found him to be patient, knowledgeable and no nonsense when it came to providing information and/or answering my questions. When looking at the used cars he was honest and even had service staff answer my questions. Ultimately, I ended up being able to afford a NEW Sportage (which I was looking at in used). My only regret is not having my new vehicle mileage starting closer to zero (0) or under 50 rather than slightly over 100. I'm very happy with my overall experience with both Chin and Executive KIA. I'd certainly recommend them!

I wish every sales person was like Chin. He actually listed to what I wanted and made suggestions with options. He only showed me the kind of vehicle I wanted and didn't try to talk me into a more expensive model. When I had finally decided on the exact vehicle I wanted, he went over every option with me and made sure I understood. He found the exact color I wanted and in 2 days I was picking up my perfect car !!!! The financing was fully explained and Chin worked with me to get the monthly payment I had budgeted for. Excellent service beyond compare as "Chin" went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted. He worked with me every step of the way from choosing a vehicle, financing and delivery. Mr Chang has no gimmicks and tells you things as they are. He is upfront with all details and one can tell quickly that he knows his business, and then some. As there was a delay in getting my car (The delay was my fault) Chin came in on his day off two weeks in a row to attend to my needs. His attention to detail in explaining the functions of the car was precise and easy to understand. I felt no pressure as if I was walking into a "Walmart" The rest of the staff was always polite and not hounding. The service guy shook my hand. Thank you for making the car buying experience a truly favorable one. Some day I will need another car and I will be back.

The service was great i couldnt have asked for it to be any better. I best part is that i when in their knowing what i wanted and they didnt push me to get something else. The staff was kind enough to offer some of their hoilday food which was great because i went to the dealerhsip straight after work. That meant alot and it showed me how thoughful and kind the staff is. The whole process of getting the vehicle was quick, easy and very informative of each and every peace of paper work i signed. I remember the first time I visited Executive Kia. I was really emotional, I drove in with my 1996 Chevy Blazer and was dying to get into a new vehicle. Well my credit was horrible...Mike P. was my sales manager at the time. He got me the deal om my Saturn Vue. He told me, make payments for two years and come back, I will get you in a brand new car. I held up my end and he came through with his promise. I drove out with a 2013 Kia Optima, one year and half later, I went back and now I have a 2014 Kia Cadenza. This dealership is no joke, they are fantastic. I have heard of nightmares from other dealerships, these guys hold to their promises and treat customers with respect. I have already brought one customer there (also very satisfied), and I will bring more. The environment is clean, plenty of parking and very organized, there is never any pressure and they are not fake personalities trying to get into your wallet. They are honest and sincere. After having a not so good / professional experience with the Kia dealership in East Hartford, I came to the location here in Wallingford and was greeted with excellent customer service. My dealer, Jose Ramos was very professional and made the process smooth in purchasing the 2015 Kia Optima LX. I was given a complete walk through and history of the vehicle, as well as a test drive. Before ordering, I had the opportunity to view all of the different colors offered, with the paint sample props they have available. I am extremely satisfied with the many features this vehicle has to offer (including the back up rear camera, free Sirius XM radio trial, and the Bluetooth hands-free calling feature. When we started our search, after totaling our car, we were looking for used. We went to one dealership and were totally ignored, we drove up towards Wallingford area, and stopped here. We started looking around, knowing we either wanted the Sorento or Optima. Chin came out, greeted us, asked us exactly what we were looking for and how we'd be using it. Seeing as how my husband drives from the northeast part of the state to the Stamford area, he right away said Optima is your best bet with gas mileage. We went in thinking we were just going to get a few quotes, hoping we could get into one eventually. Within a half hour, we test drove a used optima, and walked out ending up buying a beautiful new 2015 KIA Optima! Monday my husband went and picked it up, Chin took the time and thoroughly went through all the features with him. We couldn't have had a better experience and would HIGHLY recommend Executive KIA and Chin to anyone looking for a car! The car rides beautiful and we are so very impressed. I just turned my first lease over into my second. My son also rented his Optima from Executive Kia. I will either either purchase or lease again from them. Our salesperson Mike S chweikert is fantastic, tells it like it is and makes the buying experience fun. Their finance department works with you and the service department is top notch, professional always and communicates with you. I have never felt that I was just sold a car but they make sure you get what works for you if possible. If you have to call corporate for any reason you are treated the same and never wait to speak to a human for more than a few minutes. I highly recommend them.

In early January 2014, Executive Kia sold me a Nissan Versa of 2012, a lemon, and intentionally withheld important decision making facts. Executive Kia bought the Nissan Versa from auction and sold me as certified pre-owned...did not disclose that the transmission was replaced with a rebuilt. To this day, the subject Nissan Versa has been causing problems and issues. It is out of characters for this dealersip to intentionally withholding important facts. Worse yet, this dealership found me a loan shark for a car loan. I am paying about $350 a month for a 2012 Nissan Versa. They knew I needed a car in a hurry, so before I even got to see the car they already figured out the package. I believe this dealer misrepresented themself and committed fraud selling me a lemon.

Bought a new 2014 Optima SX Turbo in January. I had the dealership mount aftermarket snow tires and wheels for me at the time of pickup. Almost immediately all 4 tire pressure monitor sensors indicated a problem. The tire pressures were within the range and no other abnormal problems were noted. I brought the car to the dealership where the service department guys determined that the aftermarket tires and wheels were fine, but the sensors were for a 2013. The sensors for 1013 were different from the 2014. They replaced the sensors with OEM at no cost to me, even though it was not their problem and everything has been fine since. Nice work.

Over 40+ years of new & used car buying experience I have encountered a variety of automotive dealerships spanning one extreme to the other. Executive Kia was most definitly one of the best dealerships I have worked with in every aspect of the buying process from Brett the salesperson to Todd the sales manager and Mike the finance manager. In this instance I was buying a used car and they were super. The vehicle was thoroughly inspected and serviced prior to delivery. All along the line these folks came through like champs. This was the first vehicle new or used that I purchased at Executiveand wouldn't hestitate to buy from them again. As an aside, in this instance I was looking for one specific used vehicle, a Ford Explorer and I went on the internet to locate one. That is how I discovered them. Executive has a internet department that quickly responded to an E-mail request from me for information. After their response, the rest is history.

This is our 2nd vehicle purchased through Executive Kia. This facility is by far the best dealer. We have stop in to other dealers and were not impressed. Our first purchase was made last year February 13 (Soul Exclaim). Since this car wasn't the best in the snow we made a decision to upgrade to a Sportage AWD. Todd was great when i baught my 2011 Optima and gave me a fair price based on the competition. Every time i go in for service I am greeted with a smile, amd rick and jeremy make sure to recommend the things i need. I appreciate that they prepare me when i have large services coming up. I always know ahead of time what to expect price wise. Weather you purchased from Executive Kia or somewhere,get your service done there. A great team all around. As with any dealership, the prices are a bit higher than your local mechanic. There is something to be said,however, about paying a bit more for the knowledge and experience the dealership has with your car.All around, a great experience at not just the executive kia service department, but with the executive and liberty dealerships in general. I have dealt specifically with the Honda, Dodge, Nissan, and Kia dealerships and feel comfortable with any of them working on my car.

My husband and I had an exceptionally good experience at Executive Kia! We were actively looking to lease a new car and weren't having much luck with the dealerships we had visited. Then a family member suggested Executive Kia so we decided to give them a shot. When we arrived, it was pretty close to their closing time but much to our surprise and delight, we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson (Joe Ortiz) who wasn't pushy and didn't seem to mind our timing. We let him know exactly what we wanted and needed, how much we wanted to spend and to please not waste our time if he didn't think it was possible. He then showed us a car that he thought might be a good fit for us. He gave us the pertinent information about the car and we became interested. We took it for a test-drive and found it very much to our liking. Neither my husband or I felt that we would be able to afford it, based on our prior dealings with other dealerships. However, after a brief meeting with Todd Perry, Joe presented us with a "late night special" that fit perfectly in our budget. We made arrangements to pick up our 2015 Sorento the next night and were again delighted when we got there to find the car sparkling clean with a full tank of gas. The final paperwork required a lot of signatures but went fairly smoothly except for one small registration issue and Mr. Gogliettino fixed that immediately. We left Executive very happy with our new car and impressed with each of the people we dealt with. My husband and I would highly recommend Executive Kia to anyone looking for a car.

I had a great experience today and my questions about the wear on my brakes and tires were answered. The actual to current wear was explained clearly.I still ok's the replacement of the cabin air filter which to me is just a silly thing to do as manufacturers put it in a place the cost more in labor than actual part. On my other car, I do not even care to replace it. I did it on this one as it is newer car and will probably be the last time I do it.

I didn't have an appointment, it was a Sunday, but that didn't bother the staff. Both Todd and Chin were a pleasure to work with, making the entire process smooth and easy. Not only did they save me money on a monthly car payment, they did so on more expensive car! It took over thirty minutes to get a price on a vehicle while the salesperson and manager shot the breeze in the office. When the salesperson finally came out with the price, he glossed over that and tried to sell me a window etching package. In this day and age, haven't we progressed beyond these tactics? Really bad vibe here.

When I walked into the dealer 3 sales people just walked right by like i wasn't even standing there only to joke with other sales people. After i was finally helped Iiwas offered a few cars and finally picked one. The car had a shake in the steering wheel that was supposed to be fixed. The next day I went and picked up the car it still had a shake and was told to bring it back on saturday. I drove the car a few days and than the transmission started hard shifting, the drivers front strut makes funny noises and vibrates like it's blown the alignment is way off and pulls hard to the left. With that being said i brought the car to be looked at and they couldn't duplicate the issues. I wish I never bought the car from these people

My experience at this dealer wasn't very good at all. I had questions about warranty items and was looked at like i was a bad person. They also didn't fix the issue i noticed during test drive and 200 miles after delivery I am now having to deal with other major and serious problems with this car at another dealer because these people couldn't duplicate my issues when a service tech at another dealer found the issues in a 5 min test drive.

Recently bought a 2014 Optima SX Turbo. (Jan 2014) Closest dealer to us would not offer a suitable price for trade-in. Next dealer had the car we were looking for and offered us a good trade-in price range over the phone. After a long drive, when we got there he kept us waiting for him though he knew we were coming. After looking over the trade-in he assailed us for not telling him that our 140k mile car had been in two accidents (before we bought it as a CPO from BMW with only 7k miles) 10 years ago. We didn't even know. Then he tried to sell his car as "new" when it had over 600 miles on it. We walked out. On the way home we stopped at Executive Kia since we had spoken to the sales manager Todd earlier on the phone. He created a very good first impression by meeting us as soon as we walked in. He introduced us to a salesman - Mike S who was very personable and knowledgeable. Both were courteous, polite and very easy to work with. They were very reasonable and exerted no pressure. We struck a deal after about an hour of discussion. They listened to our needs and concerns, and then addressed them. I asked for aftermarket snow tires and wheels to be installed on the car when we picked it up and they were. They helped us load the original tires and wheels into our second vehicle from a service bay, as it was extremely cold that day, and off we went. Paperwork went very smoothly, no pressure to buy additional services or coverages although they were mentioned by the finance guy. Followup phone calls by Mike and e-mail by Todd to ensure we were satisfied. We love the car and had a great experience with the dealership. Got a good price on the car and a good trade-in. I strongly recommend them. They are a fair distance away from us and two KIA dealerships are closer than they are to us, but I will have all my servicing done there because I feel we have already built a rapport with them.

USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE - STEERING FALIURE ON 2009 VECHICLE even after a safety check carried out by dealers technicians with paper work for proof.It pains me to say this after an initial good experience but after searching for a used nissan altima coupe for 4 months we went with Exec Kia Wallingford mainly because of their great sales team and approach. All previous vehicles we viewed (IN OTHER DEALERSHIPS, NOT EXEC KIA) we turned down, not because of the vehicle but because of the staff in the business, even hanging up on rude sales staff when trying to arrange a viewing or getting more info on the vehicle. Until i spoke to somebody in Executive Kia. I liked his professionalism and his polite manner that I even went down to see a vehicle knowing the drivers seat had been removed for work. When we got there we met a sales person (whom I dont want to name as I feel its not fair on him but dealerrater requires me to tag an employee), he was a very decent chap, polite, patient, all the things you'd want a sales persons approach to be. Researched Exec Kia and was happy to learn they were acredited by the BBB which was great and very rare out here in the USA.We were given all sorts of paper work detailing the security points checked on every used vehicle including ours. We went over the vehicle and took it for a test drive. Filled with confidence we decided to purchase the vehicle, we spent $14,000 on a 2009 nissan altima coupe. Initially we had a very good experience, everybody was professional, polite and patient. We had a 60 days or 3000 mile warranty and away we drove. Three months later, outside of warranty my girlfriend, who is a nanny by profession was driving home and THE STEERING COMPLETELY FAILED. It still keeps me up at night thinking of all the different outcomes of her fate had she still been on the highway on her daily commute to and from work when this failure occured, or even had the 2 babies she takes care of in the vehicle with her. Thankfully she was traveling at a slow rate of speed and she wasnt on a major road, which is the only positive we can take from this situation. Car is currently at Exec Kia after being towed to their shop. Was told by a technician hes never seen this before but a major clamp and bolt were missing from the power steering resulting in steering failure where the vehcile now needs a whole new power steering rack and possibly power steering pump. When my girlfriend queried why this wasnt spotted during the safety inspection she was told it was impossible to see, and something about they just shake the steering rack to check (really?), and she would have to pay $780 to have it fixed, they are saying its basically not thier fault they missed this. I understand we are out of the warranty but a steering failure so recently after a safety inspection by people titled 'technicians' is really not good enough, this could potentially be an issue involving fatalities. So I also spoke to said technician and from his description I really wanted to believe him and his explaination as everybody in their organisation came across honest and genuine. They are normally covered very well from all angles and this time was no different as they told us that this would normally cost $1150 but they want to help us so they will pull as many strings as they can to get it down to $780, so now my girlfriend contacted a different main dealer and guess what price they quoted us? yes they quoted $780 as a stright up all in. So now all that faith and trusting these people has now diminished, i am now inclined to believe they made a mistake by over looking or not even carrying out a correct safety inspection endagering our lives and others on the road in a potential death trap. It truely is a shame on so many different levels, we felt we had built a good relationship with this organisation and we were full with confidence these are they people to do business with, never once doubting our saftey while driving this vehicle. Im sure buying brand new isnt an issue as you are covered with longer warranties by a BBB acredited company in Exec Kia, and if buying used you could always get an extended warranty but what good is that warranty when the car is in a ditch on the highway with major injuries or worse?We are now going to get the car towed to the garage who quoted us the same price as we no longer want to give this organisation any more of our money.

I brought my Kia to the service department for an oil change and the service department staff was friendly and professional. It ended up taking longer than expected due to a recall that involved updating the computer system in the vehicle. The waiting area was very comfortable, with plenty of snacks and drinks available. Plus a TV, newspapers and magazines. Jeremy apologized for the wait and applied a coupon to my bill which I really appreciated. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Executive Kia for all its service needs.

After being turned down by so many other dealers I finally received a pre-approval email from Executive Kia and I initially thought of it to be another smokey mirror. However it was far from that, I walked in and was greeted by Ralph who then turned the reins over to Jermaine Gordon. He was extremely knowledgable and polite, went through all of the ins and outs of the buying process for someone in my position. $2,000 down with no cosigner, for somebody with No credit that sounds impossible, but rest assured the next day I drove out in a beautiful used car! We did a lot of homework on the Kia Sorrento and called several Kia dealers in Connecticut. Executive Kia was by far the best. We first spoke to Ralph Coppola on the phone who was excellent. We came in and met with Chin Chang who was fantastic and was highly knowledgable about the Kia Sorrento. We bought the Kia Sorrento and did the paperwork with Mike Porreca, who was also outstanding. After we finished our paperwork and went over detailed instructions on the car, Larry took me to the Service Dept. to introduce me to the Service Staff, what a nice touch. The Sorento SXL drives like a luxury car at an affordable price. It has power and feels sporty, but is quite and rides smooth. It has all the bells and whistles that you can ask for, offering much more options than their competitors at an affordable price. Yes, I'll say it again, I LOVE my new Kia! ;-) Way to go Kia!

Fromt the moment we walked in the door, to the closing of the deal, we felt like we were in good hands. They explained everything thoroughly; the contract, the features on the car, and they gave us a tour, introducing us to the Service Staff. As with all purchases, there was some waiting time and they were witty and engaging, making the time feel minimal. The product itself is amazing, you get a lot of bang for your buck. The Kia Sorento SXL offers all that its competitors do, but with a lot more features. The car has power and feels sporty, but is quite and runs smooth like a luxury car. I had not purchased a car in 20 years. I set out to find a car in one week. I took the week off, actually to start my search. I started on Monday with Executive Kia and met Jermaine. I was expecting to dread every aspect of my car search. I was pleasantly surprised that they had some cars there that I really liked (especially one). Jermaine was so knowledgeable about the features of every car. He answered every question with expertise and caring. Where do you find ANYONE these days who truly cares and listens? I went to 4 other dealerships after that. I had to see every car that would be available within my budget. I had to satisfy my curiosity. I had to educate myself. After looking at all my options, and meeting the other employees of other dealerships.....after stepping in a wad of gum at another dealership and then not be able to even sit in any cars, after being relentlessly hounded on the phone by another dealership..... after wasting my time at OTHER dealerships, I rushed back to Executive Kia, where I now felt SAFE! I met everyone there because Jermaine introduced me to everyone. He took my son and I on a test drive and we both got to drive the car. What a nice bunch of people. I feel like we are all "family" now. So, I decided to buy that SPECIAL car (the first one I saw there). Mike Porreca worked his magic with the financial end and got me a better rate at the bank than I had initially expected. So at the end of my one week search I picked up my car on Friday. There it was, shining like a new penny..... and there was my new "relative" Jermaine waiting to explain how everything worked. Before I drove it home I had Jermaine take a picture of me with him so I would always remember my good experience. The first phone call I got on my blue tooth the next day was Jermaine asking if all was well and did I have any questions. I really would like to rate my experience with Executive Kia 6 stars but they only give you 5. The dealership is a class act. If I ever need another car I can now eliminate all the other dealerships and go directly to my new found "family" at Executive Kia.

I had gone to Executive Kia to have my Sportage serviced, while it was being serviced I spoke to Joe Ortiz about a used kis sole. He showed me 2 that they had on the lot. I had always wanted a Sole and they were going to give me a good trade for my other car. Joe was great in helping me make the trade possible. From the moment he came out of the showroom to introduce himself, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help find me the best car for my needs. Jermaine did something that all too few salespeople actually dohe listened to what I was saying and worked to find something that would meet my needs. Where do I begin?! This is my third Kia, and I love it! I feel like going to a relatives house whenever I go into the dealership. I love Chin as my sales rep because he is thorough and genuinely sincere, and of course John who always works with Chin to help me out as much as they can. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Porreca this time around, and he was just as pleasant. Even the people in the service department that come in the showroom, say, "Hi Ter, How are you doing?" They are all genuine. Everyone says hello whether I'm buying a car or there for regular scheduled service, even the sales reps I never worked with! I have come a long way to get the vehicle of my dreams, and they helped make it happen. Being a single mom, and raising three kids on my own was not easy, and pretty much destroyed my credit. As they went off on their own, I slowly brought myself back. Even when things were not so good, Mike Schweikert and John Gogliettino worked together to get me into my first Kia many years ago, and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I love my new 2014 Kia Sorento! It has everything, but the kitchen sink in it, and I love it. Finding something new to do in it every day. Well, sorry guys this is it for a while, and I know it will be a while because Kia's last so long time. Looking forward to working with service now for my oil changes, oh yeah, I have a scheduled appt. today to have my rain guards, and brand new Sorento all weather mats put in! See you guys soon! I had done some online shopping for the KIA Optima and chose Executive KIA. It was close to a Nissan dealer where I had to return my previous lease and after reading the great reviews I was sure they could help me. The entire financing process was simple and stress-free. Larry Dorfman was my salesperson who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Finance Manager Mike Porreca was also easy to work with. I purchased an Enviro-Shield protective coating for my vehicle and they fit me in on that Saturday to have it done. We were out of the dealership in less than an hour. The waiting area was comfortable with a TV and coffee available. I love my KIA and would highly recommend the Optima and the dealership to anyone!

I was dissatified with my buying experience at Executive Kia especially during the final negotiations. I felt there was a lack of trust due to conflicting comments made by the sales consultant and the lack of visiablity from the sales manager. I never even met the sales manager during the negotiations and was given different reasons why by the sales person. I did buy the car there because of the nearness of the dealership to my home but after thinking about my experience I would not go back to the dealership again.

I was on a deadline with very little time to actually be at the dealership to get a deal done. Jessica, the lovely new sales associate, worked with me and my needs. She was understanding and never became aggravated with my ridiculousness. She treated me like a person and not a sale. She built a relationship with me and made me feel comfortable, which is what you want in a sales person, and that is something you CANNOT teach. You can teach tactics but not human interest and genuineness. Mike and Theresa explained everything to me easily and swiftly when it came to financing. They as well had everything ready for me to go right when I can in, knowing my time restraints. The entire facility was clean and professional giving a very welcoming vibe. I highly recommenced working with this dealership, they make sure that when a car goes out to a customer, that it is in tip top shape both mechanically and ascetically. 5 Stars, no questions asked. The reason for the scores listed above are because I personally experienced excellent service. Larry met me and my son outside as we were looking around. He took the time to answer all our questions, he was quite thorough in all his explanations. We took a test drive and while doing so he explained the features of the car. I did not feel any pressure to buy - no huge sale pitch. I knew what type of vehicle I was looking for and what my price range was. I liked the fact that Larry was not trying to push a vehicle that was not suitable for me. I met with Todd briefly, he introduced himself to me on my second visit when I was ready to talk about financing. He gave me a great deal on the trade in of my used car. I met with Mike when I went to pick up my car. He was efficient and knowledge in the paper work. He helped make everything go smoothly and as quick as possible. There was a glitch with DMV being down and both Larry and Mike were great especially since we had to change my plates, then put on dealer and then just as everything was all set DMV came back on line and once again my plates were switched. They both took this in stride and were pleasant throughtout the process. It was great working with Larry, he made my first car buying experience great. Thanks

It was a pleasurable experience. Larry was upfront and honest and went out of his way to make the deal happen. A few glitches during the transaction that warranted concern. I originally made a deal on the Showroom model, but the day of the deal, received a call that they wanted to give me a new car instead due to Kia financing rules. When i got to the dealer that day to pick it up, I was informed it had a scratch in the door! Brand new car and damaged. I was offered a We OWE but doesnt make up for it. This also is a two car deal and we are in process of purchasing another vehicle, A 2014 Sorento. I asked John, the General Manager if he would throw in a few accessories with a total value of 750.00 dollars and pretty much said no and that he could walk away from the deal. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and would recommend the dealership.

I just leased my second Kia from Executive Kia. Back in October, we leased a 2013 Kia Sorento, and could not be happier with it. The salesman at the time was Jeremy Carrol, and he was very professional and very thorough. I really felt like Jeremy had my interests in mind, and certainly knew his stuff, especially with regard to the Sorento. We could be happier. Now, moving forward to my most recent dealings with Executive, I just leased a 2013 Kia Optima EX, and the salesperson was Mike Schweikert. He was also very professional, and knew his stuff. I told Mike exactly what I wanted to accomplish, and he delivered. I was actually at the dealer longer than I expected, but that is only because Mike was so personable. We talked about everything, and it seemed like I had known him my whole life, by the time I walked out of there. We are looking forward to dealing with Executive in the future, and I would highly recommend them.

Our salesman Larry was very patient and helpful. We walked in hoping to trade in our old car for a new 2013 Sorento. My wife and I loved the Sorento but were just amazed with the new Optima Hybrid. After a very short and striaght forward negotiation with Larry and the GM John we felt that we were given a more than fair offer on our trade in and that they had gone above and beyond to get us a terrific deal. So much so that we turned around and actually traded in both our vehicles and bought a New Sorento and New Optima Hybrid. During the actual financing part and the ungoddly time it takes to sign contracts for 2 vehicles our salesman Larry actually went and bought my wife and I a pizza hoping to help pass the signing time. Mike the Finance guy was a wiz with explainations and helped us understand all of our options both now and in the future with paying for the vehicles. I was very anxious to find the Kia Soul that I wanted. When I looked online, I saw that there were 3 at Executive Kia where other dealers had none. The price was right in the range that I was looking to spend. I called and spoke with Chin Chang who checked the inventory to be sure that he had the vehicle that I was looking for. Within 10 minutes, I had a call back! I went that evening to look at the Soul and Chin took the time to go through everything...bumper to bumper. I put a deposit on the vehicle and came back with my co-signer a few days later. Chin worked extra hard to get the vehicle delivered the evening before we got hit with a blizzard and before my co-signer had to go out of town for a week. We went through all of the financing documents with Mike Porreca who was more than happy to explain things step by step and in great detail. My vehicle went in for EnviroGuard protection about 2 weeks later and I worked with Jeremy Carroll who again, took the time to go through everything and exceeded all of my expectations. This whole dealership provides A+ customer service and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Chin...you're the best and I am in love with my 2013 Kia Soul!!!!

I bought a new 2013 Kia Sportage that had a scratch on the front bumper.I was told by my salesman and sales manager that the bumper would be repainted like new and a manager would inspect the paint job to make sure it looks good.I got the vehicle back and I can still see where the scratch was.They lied they didnt repaint the bumper and the painter and manager must not have inspected the paint job because when its sunny out I can see the unprofessional hack job paint job that still needs to be fixed.So much for service after the sale.Dont buy a new car with a scratch on it from them.

I really disliked the experience I had at Executive Kia in Wallingford. The customer service was very weak and I caught the salesperson in multiple lies, which she then attempted to resolve by lying again. The finance manager attempted to pull alot of last minute scummy things, and overall, I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. In terms of buying the car, I did all the work in locating the car, and they were only willing to negotiate a price with me after I had other dealerships offers. Overall, I felt like they were unprofessional, the dealership was not particularly clean, and I was never given a tour of service or anything like that. As well, the delivery of my car was terrible, the salesperson had no idea how to use most of the features. I bought the car because they gave me a good price. Looking back, I really wish I bought it from somewhere with a little more respect for their customers.

He was the one that sold the car to my fiance and I. He knew everything there was to know about the car I was buying. Any question i had he had an answer for it. Jermaine also went as far as calling me after i received the car to ask me how i liked it and to make sure i didn't have any other questions. When i had my car delivered Joe O. helped me. Lucky for me he has the same car as the one i purchased, so he was able to explain to me what every little knob and switch did in the car. Plus he gave me a few pointers about the driving experience and what to do and not do in the snow. He stayed with me until the very end even after his shift had ended. You guys have a very dedicated staff :) Everyone was so friendly and genuinely cared about any concerns i might have. My first car buying experience was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't be happier! I will definitely purchase another car from the guys at Executive Kia when the time comes again. I've already started referring them to my friends and family. I purchased my second Kia from Executive Kia... a 2013 Kia Optima EX. First, the experience was painless. In and out in one day. Not happy with my trade-in amount, but then again who is? Otherwise, this was a quick and pleasant journey. Mike P, my sales associate, was awesome. We looked at a few cars before agreeing on the Optima. He was knowledgeable and (even if he faked it) seemed to be on my side with the negotiation process. I am happy with the journey. The car... well, it is awesome. Haven't been in a car in 20 years. I am a truck guy. However, with $4.00 per gallon gas prices and 15 miles per gallon, it was time for a change. The Optima is averaging 30 miles per gallon... and it is super fast. I can see tickets in my future. I have received so many compliments about my car. It looks like a BMW 500 series but cost 1/2 the price. The bottom line: I would buy from Executive Kia again.

I was wondering what options there were in new and used vehicles and I was looking around out of curiosity. Mr. Chang assessed my personal needs and requirements in a vehicle. He helped get me into a brand new 2013 Kia Soul... and amazingly enough it's only about $100 more per month for payments/insurance than my old vehicle... a 2007! Overall a very good experience. Made a 1:30pm appointment at 10:00am that same morning. Wasn't expecting to be able to get in until the next day at the earliest so A+ on working around MY schedule. Wait time ran a little longer.. was told 45 - 60 mins, actually took about 95 mins. Not a big deal if I wasn't due back to work. Other than that, no complaints. Waiting area was clean. Free coffee and cable TV to watch.. comfortable chairs too! Saw my salesman Joe Ortiz who was friendly as always. Good crew there in Wallingford.

Due to a DMV error, the car could not be registered on the day of delivery. Larry made sure everything was taken care of and personally drove to my house to deliver the new plates. Today I bought my second Sorento in the last seven years! A few months ago I started looking at different cars to see what I wanted, even though I really loved my Sorento, I wanted to keep all my options open. Then I stopped by Wallingford KIA and met Chin Chang! Chin listened to what I was looking for and in two minutes showed me the Titanium Sorento, I knew it was the car I wanted. Today I went back and bought it! We wanted to buy a car in Jan. or Feb. We were driving by Executive and thought "why not just look"? Larry came out when we looked at the Forte. He took us for a ride in it. Really. We made him drive it. The car was great and the price even better so we bought it that day. The showroom is clean, the people great and the cars are beautiful. Mike Golas was very nice too. Initially bought a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer from Executive Kia in Wallingford, Connecticut. Had a great experience working with Chin Chang (salesman) through the entire process. He was very informative, he did not try to force me to purchase vehicle, and I observed that he knew his job from beginning to end. In the months following the purchase I received several coupons from their service department. I noticed (unlike in the past) prices were reasonable, service department was great, so I continued to bring my Chevy Blazer in for regular scheduled maintenance. I even went as far as to bring in my second vehicle, not originally purchased through their dealership. Unlike service departments in the past Executive Kia in Wallingford, Connecticut is fair, detailed in their work, and I will continue to bring my vehicles in for maintenance. When I first came to Executive Kia I was interested in the Kia Sorento (I believe it was the LX model I test drove) and ended up loving it. After some consulting with family and friends, I then changed my mind and contacted Mike to look at a different model (it ended up being the SX). Mike was easy to get in contact with, constantly asked me what my wish list was, and finally delivered on the Kia Sorento that fit my needs. Friendly maintenance service, is the reason why I kept going back to this KIA.Parts, are overpriced! Recently I was quoted $160 for a side view mirror. My son located a new mirror for $40. I don't mind paying a little more, but really 4 times more is not acceptable. I will still go to this KIA dealership for maintenance service, but will shop around when other work is needed. Then again, with the experience with the side view mirror perhaps it is time to shop around for the maintenance service too.

My car was totaled as the result of hurricane sandy so I went out of state to purchase a car. I was not sure of the car I wanted, but felt safer with a purchase from another state. After shopping at car dealers on Long Island, I felt desperate and confused,and not very comforted with the sales people I encountered. Amanda was warm and welcoming to myself and the friends I brought with me. She knew every detail of the 3 cars I was interested in, the engines, the warranties, she was like a walking talking manual of the cars. I was equally impressed with Todd who came in on the end part of the day. I had been through and am still dealing with the destruction of my home from the hurricane, and both Amanda and Todd were sympathetic to my every need. From the time I first contacted Jackie via internet sales and on, it was a great experience. Jackie was just as personable in person as she was on the phone. When I came to the dealership, she introduced me to Chin to go over and test drive the vehicle we had discussed previously.Chin was knowledgeable, honest and easy to talk to. He laid out everything and did not pressure me to make a deal on the spot. Later in the day I returned with my wife so she could test drive the car before I made up my mind and instead of us having to wait until Chin was done with his current customer, he asked Mike Schweikert to help. Mike took my wife on her test drive then helped us out with getting the paper work going for our new purchase. We had a pretty good conversation going the whole time.When I picked up my new car, Chin ran through all I needed to know about my new car and sent me on to Gavin. I stopped in to Executive Kia to look at a used Forte Koupe that I saw advertised online. When I got there it had already been sold. Larry Dorfman let me test drive another but I determined that I like the Forte Hatchback better. Larry had another customer there so Joe Ortiz stepped in and let me test drive the Hatchback. I told him that I was not shopping for a new car but with the Sales Manager Todd's help, they put together a deal that I could not walk away from and I ended up purchasing the 2013 Fort Hatchback that day. I first chose Executive Kia because I have used their service dept. for my Nissan Versa and they do a great job but I found out that the Sales Staff is just as customer service oriented. Mike was so friendly and helpful, and answered any questions that I had. He allowed me to take my time looking around the lot, and was patient with me when I needed to make the final decision. My heart was set on the Pearl White color, which they did not have on the lot at that time. When I expressed to Mike how much I would love to have the white, he told me right away that they would look for one that they could get in for me. The very next day, Mike called me and told me that my Pearl White Kia Optima was ready for pick-up!! I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get me the car of my dreams! I absolutely love driving around in it, and I get compliments everywhere I go about how attractive the car is. It is so nice to finally have a car that I love being in. Not only was the selection of cars at Executive Kia wonderful, but the service is what really made my experience worthwhile. I could not have asked for a better sales consultant. He took his time with me making sure I understood all the details, and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Executive Kia dealership in Wallingford to a friend. I Taneekar and Paul had a great experience with Kia Executive. Our saleperson was Mike Golas was so friendly and polite, introduce himself to us, explained everything to us, asked us what we are willing to spend a month, not trying to just put us in any car and etc. As in all of the experience I had with other dealerships he was the most pleasant and helpful person we ever dealt with. I will recommend this company to anyone if have to. We had to come back and forth to sign different papers but it was cool and he still was very polite and friendly to us. We love bringing our vechiles to this dealership. I have been a customer for approximately 16 yeara , when it was Saturan of Wallingford and was very pleased with the service I received when it was Saturan, but I am still very happy with the service I received at Executive Kia. They are very honest with me and they explain everything that is being done to our cars so that we can understand what is going on. They are also honest with us if a vehicle is not worth fixing, which happened to us recently. They also let us know when something might have to be fixed in the near future, but they always tells us how long to get it repaired. I feel like they are keeping us safe by keeping us informed. I also like getting emails when it gets close to the time of service, which is great for me because I have senior citizen brain cell misfires at times. I love all the guys in the service department. They all do a great job. These people are wonderful and I enjoy all of them. They make me feel comfortable and they make me laugh. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I came in to orginally see the chevy impala that was for sale. We were very disappointed when we saw it. But we went in to see what else we can look at. The special finance manager, Teresa, came up to us....didn't even greet us. As a matter of fact, nobody greeted us at the door. We went to the receptionist and ask to see the consultant that my husband talked to online. We told Teresa what we were approved for and she replied " I don't know nothing about that." We were then introduced to Mike Schweikert. He understood our circumstances and treated us with the upmost respect. He was funny, down to earth and made us feel very comfortable. It was like we knew him for years. He is one of the best sales consultants you have there. He got us a car with what we wanted. If we were ever to come back and get another car we would diffently want to work with him and only him. Thanks Mike for a great experience. You really know your stuff.

Jackie was in contact with my husband and i through email and phone until i finally set up an appointment. She matched us up with Joe who, although young, had exceptional knowledge of the business, the inventory and the specific cars we were interested in. He also possessed wonderful 'people skills'. We walked in at 10am, unsure and skeptical that we could afford to trade in both of our older vehicles for TWO newer, yet used, vehicles. Yet we left at 1pm knowing we had gotten the financing we needed at the interest rate we desired, with payment amounts and schedules we are confident we can handle.We are more than just happy with our 'new' used cars, we are excited and my brother and mother have both talked about how "easy i made it sound". I have passed along Joe's business cards so they can go see him also.I owned a Kia Sephia back in 2002 and i already had a 9 year old and a 2 year old. When the last baby came along, i couldn't fit the 9 yr old in the back seat with two car-seats, so i had to trade it in for a mom van.Now, with my oldest out of high school and looking into buying his own car (also referred to Joe), I am able to unload the mom van and come back home to my Kia. Buying a beautiful used vehicle was a very enjoyable experience thanks to Chin. He was kind, knowledgeable and far from the typical pushy salesman. He came across as caring about getting you into the right vehicle for you and making sure you were happy. The only other person I dealt with was the gentleman who prepares all the final paperwork for signing. He too was pleasant and personable. I'm due to go back to have a second key that was ordered and included programmed for my beautiful Hyundai Tiburon. It will be my first experience with the service department.

I drove an hour to see the car. Liked it but there was no gas at all and was in a rush thats why I made an appointment. I had to wait 20 min for them to get gas at a BJs gas station and then when I had to go because they took too long I offered to put a deposit and come back in a couple of hours after my appointment they said dont worry about it just come back it will still be here and we will call you with a price on your trade. Hours later no call so I call them and was told that sorry the car had been SOLD..... and then was hung up on by the sales manager. Horrible .

The car, a 2012 dune Kia Soul, took a little longer to be delivered than expected but was worth the wait. The sales person, Lisa Vandever, was very cordial and very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. The entire process went very smoothly. The dealership was never really "pushy" like some dealers are and came across as being pretty straightforward. I traded in my 2011 Kia Soul for this new Soul, so I am obviously pleased with Executive Kia.

I have own a Sonta since 2007 and decided it was time for a new car. Now tht I was in a position from some money by dad left me, I decided to go for it. My husband and son knew all about the Sonta's but heard from other people that we should check out the Optium's (which we did). They were very, very far with their trade in amount and Jeremy was the Best in explaining everything and Chin worked very, very hard to find me the right car. It took a few days because I wanted the deep cherry and since there were not too many if at all out their it took a little time but Chin found the car. It is so beautiful that when I first saw it it took my breath away. While my husband & I sat with Pam and filled out all the paperwork, Jeremy put my plates on the new car, set up my blue tube and it was done with such ease before I knew it, I was in my new car and driving away. Pam even renewed my registration and told me the importance of the Gap insurance. Glad she did. Now I don't have to worry about registering my car in May.A few days later the car had to go back to have the sun roof put in and before AI knew it the car was delivered to me at work. There was never a question on whether or not they would give me a loaner. Now my car is complete. Had a problem with the blue tube and when I called the person who answer the phone was very helpful and really understood my concern and told me that I could come up the same day and anyone of the techs could take care of the problem. Well Chin did that in a few minutes and showed me what to do to reset it. The next day after that which was yesterday March 31st I thought I had a problem with my blue tube again called, Jeremy was in a meeting and called me shortly after his meeting and walked me though it. I wll always bring my card to have it serviced at Exective KIA and when we met the service guys, they were funny and very, very pleasant and I know that they will always have my best interest at heart. And besides, how could you go wrong with Yankees fans. (ha-ha). Thanks again and once again, I am so glad my husband went to Executive Honda

The staff is always so friendly. I went to the dealer to bring my 2007 sporage to get a recall service. While at the dealership I saw a suv that caught my eye. Kia Borego 09. I spoke to Jeremy Carroll who took me for a test drive. I ended up liking the truck, the price was affordable and the sales person Jeremy explained everything that i needed to know about the car. I have been interested in purchasing a Sorento since January 2010 after seeing the commercials on TV. I test drove, completed paperwork and left a deposit around the middle of January for a new Sorento. Unfortunately, an unexpected financial situation occured and I was unable to purchase the vehicle at that time. I reached out to DJ in July and told him to let me know if they offer any late summer/fall specials. He followed up and let me know about the $2000 cash back for the month of August. He was able to pull my file from January and reuse my info, which made the upfront completion of paperwork very easy. DJ was very accommodating regarding when he would be available for me to come and relook at the Sorento. He had the one Sorento out front for me to see when I arrived. I decided to purchase a Sorento with the convenience package which they did not have in the color I chose, black. Within a couple of days DJ let me know he was going to go pick up my car and we arranged a pickup date. He had everything ready for me and was wonderful in explaining what is what in the vehicle. The person in charge of the finance paperwork was very friendly and thorough. I purchased the "sealer package" and came back on the weekend to have my car sealed. DJ dropped me and my grandson off at WalMart to shop while my vehicle was being sealed, and returned when we were done. The service was wonderful!I plan to go back to the dealer for routine service in the future.
