Hands down this was the best car purchasing experience my husband and I have ever had. All of the staff was extremely friendly, the dealership was very clean and organized, and they worked extremely quickly. This was the fasted car purchase we ever made. We went in because we saw an ad on cars.com, the price was very competitive compared to the same vehicle in other areas (including out of state). The staff was all no pressure and knew about each car without having to pull out facts sheets to read to us like other dealerships do. Financing was a breeze and they got us an extremely low rate we wouldnt have been able to find on our own. We will definately be purchasing other vehicles from them in the future (even though we drove almost 2 hours each way-it was well worth it). I HIGHLY recommend EMC to all buyers!

I was looking for an older used car to fit within a minimal budget ($5k or less) and found a 1997 Toyota Avalon on their website. The pictures on the website showed the car to be in excellent condition, and when I came out for a test drive, I was happy to find it in excellent condition. My wife and I both loved the car, and we found Arsh and Dennis a true pleasure to deal with. There was nothing even close to resembling the high pressure sales pitches you get at most dealers. They treated us professionally and like human beings. It was by far the most pleasant and least stressful car buying experience I've ever had! We've had the car about 6 weeks now and are very happy with our purchase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Amazing experience from the moment I stepped onto their lot. The professionalism and quality of service was some of the best service I have ever had in any retail experience... let alone buying a car. The staff was great at helping me find the best financing option without all the pressure of getting the sale completed as quickly as possible. We found the vehicle online so getting to the dealership was about an hour away from us. The dealership closes at 6 p.m. but we were unable to get back from securing the financing before they closed. This is where the service was over the top. Arshad called me personally and said that it wouldn't be a problem and they would stay and get the vehicle cleaned up so that My family and I wouldn't have to make a return trip. We finished at 9pm and you would have thought they were still open. Best experience I have ever had in the automotive industry. I will be recommending them as much as possible and will continue to buy my vehicles here for as long as I am in the chicagoland area. Great job guys.

Bought a car from here late last year, and it still runs very well, and I have yet to have a problem with it. The service I got when shopping here was excellent! Arsh worked very well with me; I felt very little pressure; the purchase was definitely fair, which is hard to find; there was no hassle. Recently purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta from EMC. I was in the market for a used car with low mileage. The general manager was very friendly, professional, and thoroughly answered every question I had. I honestly was expecting to be taken advantage of, so I made sure to do all my research. I had a good idea of pricing and features. They gave me an amazing deal on the Jetta, I could not believe it! There was absolutely no pressure. I came from Wisconsin to look at it, and when I decided to buy it, the paperwork was completed almost immediately. Very hassle free and convenient for me. The dealership employees were very professional. I was surprised to see that this wasnt a standard used car lot. The inside show room had very high-end cars. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family.

I've worked directly with the manager/owner of the place since last year and requested them recently to find me another vehicle. I'm a car enthusiast who goes through cars frequently, and also try to find good deals to resell them myself. The service I received here was extremely professional; I traveled 300 miles and was picked up from the train station and driven an hour north to their old location all at their expense, the car was fully detailed and ready for me to pick up, and during the entire process I wasn't ever pressured and the negotiation went smooth and straightforward. I know people in the industry and many shops tend to do "shady" business but I've truly my experience buying with Executive Motor Carz and will definitely keep going back when changing cars. Highly recommend this place. For the comments about "poor customer service," I cant possibly imagine that from this place unless some employee just had a crappy day, in which case I would advise to work directly with the senior management - extremely polite, respectful, and professional.

I recently purchased a van from EMC for our family. I had been shopping for a while as a clean minivan is very hard to find. The same day I had called three other dealerships, one of the being a honda dealer and two independent dealers. I was shocked as to how customer focused these guys were. I had my van inspected at a local honda dealer and it was everything Peter promised. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Btw, my son loved the green Lamborghini.

Had a very pleasant experience! There was a 2 person team (owner and manager), they were both extremely hands on and helpful/knowledgeable. There was a wide variety of cars from daily drivers to a few exotics and collectibles. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for specific types of cars that are reliable and reasonably priced.

I traveled to purchase an E55 from Executive Motor carz and they were very polite and picked me up from the airport. When I first saw the car it was not ready for resale. It was not clean, had a check engine light on, the built in K40 was inoperable and constantly beeped. After many hours we were able to shut off the K40. The car was said to have just been serviced and up to date on maintainance. This was later found to be untrue when the car was taken in for service when I returned home with the car. The transmission fluid had never been changed as indicated and was 10K miles overdue. On top of all this the AC failed to function halfway through my 1200 mile trip home. These items were mentioned to the salesperson and while I do not expect them to be liable for the AC failure since there is no warrantee. I do expect them to provide some gesture of goodwill due to their misrepresentation regarding the service. If they were unsure they should have said so rather than telling me what I was hoping to hear just to seal a deal, because I was about to and probably should have walked away. $800 worth of unexpected service that was said to have already been done did not thrill me.

Ive been shopping around for a BMW M3 for quite sometime and every other dealer it was the same thing, A rough car wanting top dollar and endless phone calls. Until I went to EXECUTIVE MOTOR CARZ the sales man was extremely polite and gave me space to inspect the car. Much to my surprise for a small dealer much of the inventory looked in tip top shape as was the BMW I was looking at. as for pricing I was able to easily have them work with me a little even though the pricing was extremely fair/ competitive from the get go. After negotiation I also mentioned I would need to have the car inspected by a BMW dealer and a day or two to consider the purchase, much to my surprise these guys were all for it and really weren't trying to force sell me on the vehicle like most dealers would. Needless to say with that kind of customer service and respect along with great quality cars I came back 3 days later and purchased the car with out them calling or even bothering me once within those days which was awesome compared to getting 2 calls a day from other dealers. All in All great guys to buy from with great quality cars with out the typical dealer BS
