The only way I can describe my buying experience is "quick and painless"! Like so many, I did my online research, found a car I was interested in (New 2016 Jetta) and sent an email inquiry. They've got the online customer service down to a science - auto message received asking for a time to be contacted the following day (I inquired after hours.), call came, test drive set and 4 days later I drove off the lot with my new car. Our Salesman, Don Kahen was excellent - knew his product, never felt pressured (just gentle nudges) and found everyone at the dealership that we met (From the GM to Sales Manager to Service Manager & Finance) to be genuinely nice and helpful. Tom Burns was very helpful, patient and no-pressure during my purchase of a new 2014 VW CC Sport. I came down at the end of the day, and they stayed open late to help complete the process. Everyone was friendly and accommodating! Overall this was a good experience, this dealership is very good and Tom does a great job.

Montesi advertised a 2013 Beetle Turbo Convertible with 1,800 miles for a price that was over $1,000 less than comparable cars with 6,000 or 8,000 miles. I researched comparable Beetles across the country and even considered buying a new 2014. A 2014 would have been $9,000 more than the used Beetle and the used Beetle came with a longer warranty. In the end, I felt the price was reasonable so I didn't negotiate on the price. I did require delivery to Southern NJ (over 200 miles) as part of the deal. They agreed to deliver the car to my home for the listed price. I spoke to them on a Monday and they delivered the car on Wednesday with all of the required paperwork. The transaction was flawless. My only apprehension was that I'd be receiving a car I had never driven or seen in person. I've purchased many vehicles but never sight unseen. Fortunately, the vehicle was exactly as advertised. It was flawless and as you may expect for a car with only 1,800 miles on the odometer drove like a new Beetle. Thank you Montesi!.

Montesi Volkswagen Experience Oct 28, 2013A few weeks back I was visiting my elderly parents in CT, I live in the Boston area. Just before I was to leave to drive the 2 1/2 hrs back home 2 lights came on my 2012 EOS the EPC and the Catalytic Converter. I called my husband who suggested I call my dealership in Bedford, MA. They suggested I bring it to a local dealership to have a diagnostic done.I search online and see the closest is Montesi VW - then I remembered that name from over 30 years ago as a college student bringing my beloved 1968 Fastback there for service! It was getting close to 3:00 pm when I called and explained my situation to Maryanne Gallagher. She checked with the Service Manager and said bring the car in we'll wait for you and be happy to look into what's going on. What a relief!I was greeted nicely by her and she introduced me to Jon Sumner and what a great guy he is! Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly - he put my mind at ease that they would figure out the issue and help me out.Within a few minutes they had determined I needed a new fuel pump - I could leave it overnight, they'd order the part and would replace it in the morning and offered a loaner car to get me back to my parents house. That was the best solution. Jon even assisted in transferring my luggage into the loaner car - which was a beautiful 2013 silver Jetta!As promised, he called me in the morning and said the car was ready - fuel pump installed, everything had checked out fine as well. When I arrived back everyone there was all smiles and I thought what a nice bunch of people, they really seem to enjoy each other and their jobs.Jon asked how I was and reviewed with me everything that had been done, new fuel pump, multi point inspection and I was all set for the drive back to Boston. I was amazed at how easy this whole situation worked out when to me a few hours ago it was a nightmare. These people did not know me or my car and they treated me like familybecause of the brand!Once everything was done and as I was about to leave, I decided to let everyone know that my son is a Product Manager at Volkswagen in Wolfsburg, Germany. Being a proud Mom I showed them a few pictures of him speaking at the Product Experience last October. They were all as excited as I was for him, interested in hearing the story of how his passion for the brand (and hard work) landed him a life contract at 24 years old! The next day Jon called my cell to make sure I arrived back home safely and all was okay with the car and I thought what an exceptional experience this was.Jon Sumner, Ian Waters and the entire group at Montesi Volkswagen demonstrated to me what outstanding customer service is all about. My sincere thanks for making this customer feel at ease, cared for, appreciated and welcomed. Congratulations to the Montesi family for keeping high standards in the automobile industry all these years it was a pleasure to be back!

Dealer serviced my car quickly when I had brought it in the same day. I had two ignition coils in my 2010 Jetta Wolfsburg TSI fail on my and they had them replaced by 4pm that same day, no questions asked.

I went in to buy a used New Beetle. They had the model and the color that I wanted. I tested the car and liked it. I made them an offer that was about 8% under the asking price. They asked me to justify that offer. I found that strange. Basically that is what I wanted to pay and felt was fair market value. But I played their game and told them about a competing vehicle with 20,000 miles less for $500 less for justification. They proceeded to bad mouth that car and told me untrue thing about it. In addition they pulled out an obsolete NADA sheet to try and justify their price. The cars value in 2012 was ~$2000 more than 2013 but it is now 2013. It is certainly not my problem if they did not buy it right. I reiterated my offer. When they did not budge. I thanked them for their time and walked out. Ultimately they did me a favor. Several days later I found a pristine car with 20,000 more mile and a few years older for 1/3 the price. I paid cash.

I purchased my car used from a different (non-vw) dealer. the person before me purchased it at montesi. i was having some problems with my car. i called the dealership because i was told that their were recalls on my vechile the gentlemen in service i dealt with was very rude ran my vin told me i had no recalls/campaigns/ extended warranties per VW. so end of story is the next day my VW broke down. i took it to anothr VW dealer. i had 6 open recalls and 3 extended warranties in which i was told there was none. everything was covered under my recalls and warranties. but even though they were free of charge to fix the VW dealer i am dealing with now will earn my bussiness and respect and never will i ever go to montesi they were rude and at the end of the day didn't want to do the work for free. HORRIBLE

We were comparing Honda CRVs & Subaru Foresters to the Jetta Sportwagen, and decided on the Jetta, in no small part due to Tom. Tom is a very low key, thorough, personable guy. You can trust him. You realize that he is not going to BS you about anything. He checked out and answered our questions. The rest of the people at Montesi were also surprisingly friendly and helpful. Overall, about the best car-buying experience I have ever had.

I just took my car to Montesi Volkswagen, they broke my battery messing around with my car electronics because they couldn't use a digital thermometer. Then charged me for the battery and left me with no gas. DO NOT USE MONTESI. spread the word.

My relationship started with Montesi Volkswagen approximately 1 year ago. I brought my VW Passant in for service after a local mechanic could not fix my vechicle. Montesi stood bye the additional work that they did on my Passant. They allowed me to trade in the Passant. They were very professional about my situation and gave me a great deal on a new vechicle.Bob Bernier was my sales person. He has been great with follow up calls with regards to my vechicle. I highly recommend Montesi V.W. and Bob as a honest and fair sales person.

Hi:My name is Thomas and I have 2003 Passat GLE 6-cylinder/30 valve 4-Motion with over 105,000 miles. I purchased the car new at Montesi and they have maintained it since day 1. I like the car very much and plan to keep it as long as possible and from what I've seen so far, Montesi is the place that can make that happen.Montesi service has been first-rate for quality...and they try to help me save wherever possible. I know that if I have an issue, they will do all they can to resolve it to my satisfaction.In fact, I need to call them this week as I've noticed yesterday (11/28) that my floor carpeting and underside of mat on the rear passenger-side were wet throughout. I did not leave any windows open or spill anything so I'm expecting an undercarriage leak or possibly a drainage channel that's stopped up someplace. Anyway, I will call John K. today for an appointment to have it assessed and I know he will be thorough in his investigation of the problem, provide me all the necessary info to make a proper decision, and resolve it so that is doesn't reoccur.Thank you

Yesterday I leased a new 2012 Jetta TDI w/Nav from Montesi VW. This is the 5th VW I've leased or purchased from them since 2002. (Two Passats, two Jettas, and one Rabbit.) The reason this dealer gets my business is because the dealership staff (and owner) treats you like a valued customer. There are no games, tricks, or shenanigans during the sales process. And the service team, (Brian, John, Greg, and the others) is just as friendly to you.I've been buying cars for a long time and have been subjected to every trick in the book. I can attest that Montesi VW conducts the sales process in a totally professional, honest, and fair method. It is a stress-free experience. To use a simple phrase, I would say: "It's a pleasure to do business with them." Ralph Lafragola is a wonderful salesman who is supported by Ken Raby, Business Manager and Dan Lynch, New Car Sales Manager. Ralph sold me 3 of the 5 VWs I've purchased from Montesi VW and he has always been friendly and cooperative. Ken has handled the financing of most of my purchases and he is efficient, organized and friendly as well. (Read some of the ratings of other dealerships and look for the horror stories people tell of the games played by the finance guys. That doesn't happen at Montesi.) Dan is a new associate. I met him yesterday and he was helpful and instrumental in ensuring that I got the car I wanted at a fair and competitive price. And behind the scenes, there are individuals like Marie Warner who make sure everything is administered properly.Lastly I must tell you that the Montesi family is ultimately responsible for the compliments earned by their associates. They set the tone to how the store operates. I had to make a quick decision on leasing a car because my van had 173,000 plus miles on it and would not pass emmissions so I could not register it. I went to Langan VW in Meriden CT on Monday night to test drive a car, however they did not have the Jetta on the lot. I did price out a deal with them on an SE, but wanted to check anothe VW dealership to make sure that I was getting the best deal. On Tuesday I went to Montesi VW in North Haven, CT and met with Tom Burns who I had talked to earlier in the day on the phone. He was very professional and was willing to help me out to meet my needs. I was able to test drive the vehicle that day and liked the car. They were able to beat the deal that I had at Langan and actually upgraded my car to include the convenience package. The car that I was looking for was not on the lot, however, they located one with the particular options I was looking for and had it there within a day. Overall, a great experience. Very reasonable, fair, didn't feel pushed. The salesperson held the car for me for me for a few days when I wasn't able to purchase it right away due to a family emergency. He was also so kind to transfer and install my Grandson's carseat from my old car to the new one. Very nice! This is my second Jetta purchase from Montessi and I have always been more than pleased with both the sales and service department. FYI... My first Jetta is still in great shape. I have given it to my daughter. They're really great cars and and Montessi is a wonderful dealership to work with.

After this last hurricane, Irene, the Jetta that I had just bought no longer had a rear windshield. John let me take my car to Montessi so they could store it for me until the glass arrived. Then John stated he would arrange for the glass company to go there to Montessi to install the glass. All of this at no charge to me. I was so relieved to know my car would not be sitting in my drive way without a rear windshield. John also went through the car with me and told me what they could do to help remove any of the extra glass that I was not able to vacuum up. He pointed out areas in which the glass had gotten down into the speakers, among other places. John told me what his team would be able to to get the rest of the glass out, which entailed quite a bit, and would only charge me $150 to pull half of the back interior of my car apart and then put it back together after the glass was gone.

I purchased a used vehicle from Montesi about a year ago. Through no fault of the dealership or its employees, problems developed with the steering components on my car. On multiple occasions I brought my car in for service and dealt with John Kozak. He understood my frustration and always took the time to inspect my vehicle on-the-spot and give me a brief explanation of any problems. Moreover, John was prompt in returning my phone calls and answered any and all questions I had. Ultimately, John and his fellow auto body staff were able to fix the steering problem and my car runs beautifully. Thanks to John and staff, the anxiety and frustration that normally accompanies automobile problems was nonexistent. I am genuinely satisfied with my service thus-far at Montesi and I feel comfortable that John and staff will be there should any unforeseen problems arise in the future.

We went to Montesi under the recommendation of our mechanic. He said that Volkswagons are duarble and reliable. I also spoke with my brother in law, who has delt with the dealership in the past. He can be a tough costomer and I value his opinion. We went with the idea of buying a used car in mind. For two weeks, Bob worked with us answering all of our questions and giving us quotes with several senarios. He was very patient, taking his time to anwer each and every question to the best of his ability. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and all of it's options. Best of all, he was not pushy and he found me the exact car that I had my heart set on, as he promised. I was very skeptical. The car has so far exceeded my expectaions. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. They even entertained my five year old, while we were talking! Thank you to the entire Montesi Staff!

Then he asked for my student ID and gave me a student discount of 15%. This was a great help to me since I have let so much go during school.

I was passing through to visit my daughter at her college and hit a hit a pothole that did damage to my tire. When I came into the service area the repair shop was already closed and the mechanics all went home, even the parts people were gone. I was concerned about driving on the tire. John Kozak at the service counter changed my tire and put on my spare tire, and at no charge! I wasnt even told I needed to buy the tire there.

I recently purchased a 2011 Jetta at Montesi VW after previously owning a Honda. I didn't have much time to shop around and visit dealerships so I took the alternate route and shopped online. I sent an email to the internet manager and was pleased with the response time in which he contacted me. I explained through my email what I was looking for and he made my internet shopping experience as easy as possible. He found the exact car I was looking for and he set up an appointment for me to come in and take a test drive with my new car. I was pleasantly surprised upon visiting Montesi. It was immaculately clean and the staff was warm and friendly. I was greeted by Jack Blanchard, the internet manager, and he introduced me to the salesperson who would be handling my sale. Montesi has that family atmosphere and the staff makes you feel as if you are "one of the family." I was so pleased with how smoothly the purchase was. All the details of my car were explained and demonstrated and I left knowing that I could call them any time with any questions I had. just got toureg back after 3 weeks for a problem they never fixed when it was under warranty .oh you know heat/ac,now its back with a new problem.the park light wont stop beeping,and they took this for 2 test rides before returning it. but once we were told car was ready.we were warned by a few different people.never ever again.the only thing is we still have a car warranty for a different one. oh Karma you still have to deal with the same people you just treated like crap.what family would you treat like this .

Outstanding Service Dept!The dealership is extremely well run, beautiful facility with competitive Labor Rates. You can sense pride in ownership as soon as you talk to the Service Dept people. All staff treat you like they truely appreciate your business as opposed to other dealers who think they are doing you a favor when you go in. I have dealt with Montesi VW on several occassions via internet/email and in-person and I have always been extremely satisfied mostly because they have always delivered on their promises. My wait time was much shorter than expected and the actual price was lower than the estimate. I have never had to go back for the same thing - ALWAYS FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!Thank you Montesi VW for being a quality dealer, a pleasure to do business with.

They have the worst service possible. The car was brought to them because another dealershuip was ignoring the problem. Corporate had to get involved for them to fix it. They had the car for a week and half. We decided to get rid of the car becuase of the problems it had. When they found this out they stopped service opn the car and said it was fixed when it was not. The car was returned to us unfixed and they became very rude and arrogant. The service manager is very decietfull and the owner of the dealership backed him up 100% and feels he they were right. With the price of these cars you should expect quality vechicle with quality service. This is what they touted when they sold us the car. Never, never buy a car from this dealer unless you are willing to wait for 1-2 hour oil changes, overprice sticker prices and arrogant people who could care less about you as a consumer. Just hope your car does not need a major service. It could be weeks to fix, if they are even capable of doing so.

Jeff took the time to really go through my new car with me. Ken gave me a great price, and even helped me figure out how to sell my car to a private buyer. Very helpful, thoughtful service. My 2002 Passat needed major repairs that I determined was not justified considering the mileage and the wear and tear on the vehicle. I noticed when I dropped off the car for the repairs that there was a 2005 Passat Station Wagon that was available for sale. I asked the service technician to have a salesperson call me back with the details. I received the call less than 10 minutes later. Within four hours I purchased the 2005 Certified Pre-Owned Passat at a fair price. I am extremely happy.

I bought my EOS in FL in June 2007. I moved to CT in Jan of 2008. I have had more problems than I expected. But, Montessi Service Department has gone above and beyond what I ever would have expected since I did not purchase my car from them. They listen, are professional, very friendly, and always are there if I need them. Brian Murray and Stacie Lehoux are whom I have mainly dealt with. They always inform me of what was or needs to be done. Answer any question I have. And I never feel like I am at the bottom of the ladder since I am still under warranty. The Service Techs. are certified and treat my car as if it was purchased there. When I decide to buy a new EOS I would not hesitate to buy from Montessi. I would recommend Montesi to anyone looking for a new or used VW. I recently purchased my second used car from them and had a positive experience all around. The sales and finance staff are knowledgeable, curteous, friendly and respectful with out being pushy. Shopping for a car as woman can often be daunting. I unfortunately have experienced "Honey, I have the perfect car for you" scenario. This is outdated and old however still happens to often. At Montesi I was treated as a knowledgeable individual with out being pushed or spoken to condescendingly. Jason and Jonathan were helpful in listening to by budget constraints while still trying to offer me the car that would suit my needs and wish list. Ken was nothing but professional and curteous during the financial process and made the whole process easy and pleasant. I look forward to seeing everyone during my first service visit and will surely shop there again next time I am in need of another VW. Thanks Again, Montesi!

Brian is a terrific sales person. He is very knowledgeable about all the volkswagons he sells and if he didn't know the answer to a question he readily found out the answer. When I had a minor repair to be done, he actually walked me over to the service department, introduced me, and made sure the problem was checked out. He followed up with a phone call and e-mail after my purchase and made me feel that he would be available to me even after the sale. To me, that is the most important quality of a salesman.I hope when I bring my car in for service this week that the service department will meet the high standards set by Brian.

Montessi is very professional and friendly! The service department is my favorite department! Good team, especially in the front office. They have made me love my 06 Jetta! And I will definitely purchase a new one in a few years! Theyve won my loyality!!!!!

We were in the market to replace our 2001 Ford Focus Wagon.The customer services was very positive. We were greeted with a smile, yet not forced to make a quick decision. Sales associate Jeff Griffin took us on a very thorough test drive in the 2009 Jetta SportWagon. He was very knowledgeable about the product. After a favorable test drive we decided to purchase the Jetta. Ken in finance and Jeff in Sales were very effective in that part of the process. Dealer principal Gary Montesi even congratulated us on our purchase, which was most appreciated. We took delivery of the car 1 day after the test drive. All paperwork Registration and Insurance forms were all set to go. We showed up the next day and the Jetta was immaculate, and ready for us to drive it away. The overall experience was friendly, professional and without pressure. Montesi VW sold us a great car at a competitive price and the experience was painless from the time we drove in till we drove away. We would encourage you to consider Montesi VW if you are looking for a great dealership that does not play any games.

From the minute I walked into the dealership I was impressed with a friendly professional atmosphere without feeling pressured. Jeff Griffin in sales, gave me an excellent informational test drive and answered all questions I had. Gary Montesi was professional , straight forward, honest and efficient. Ken Raby in Finance was equally professional in helping me through the car buying process. He managed to help get all paperwork in order , so that I was able to drive my 2009 VW home the very next day!. I would not hesitate to send friends or family members to Montesi -- as the overall experience was very easy.

We were driving by the dealership on a Sunday. We saw the vehicle in the showroom. We went on line to cars.com and found the car on line. The vehicle was on sale. The next day we called the dealership for further information. Brian Nesdale was very helpful. We visited the dealership and were impressed with the vehicle as well as Brian. After Brian discussed our offer with the owner, Gary Montessi, we were given the deal we requested. We feel this vehicle would not have been purchased without the help of Brian.

I always had good experience at Montesi VW service department even though I did not buy my car at this dealership. It was easy to make an appointment and the work was always done correctly and on time. They even washed my car every time! Todd was very helpful. Thank you.

Exceptional service and Jason was very helpful when it came to purchasing my car. Staff are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've always had a positive experience purchasing cars through Montesi Motors. They're the only dealership I'll purchase a Volkswagen from.

Montesi Service Department is always exceptional!! I have purchased 3 cars from Montesi and have always been pleased with their service department staff. Each one is wonderful!! The only thing I am unhappy about Tires for Life filing bankrupcy and me loosing $1K.

Our car search has extended over the past two years. Because the US is only 3% of Volkswagon's market, the process of acquiring a Volkswagon product in the US market is difficult at best. They don't send many cars or offer many options in the models the dealers in the US get. Finding a VW with the options you want is an exercise in frustration. Though there are a few dealers closer to where we live, Montesi Motors was the first dealer to tell us about soon to be delivered models coming in within the next month. The cars came in as promised and the car we had put a down payment on was the very car we wanted. Driving to a nearby state isn't for everyone, but working with the staff at Montesi on the day we arrived to pick it up was refreshing. They were all knowledgeable and eagerly answered all questions.We are very pleased with our new car and with our dealer. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Montesi VW for the last 10 years, I bought my Eura Van camper and have had it service for that length of time and would not go to any body else. I'm treated just like family and had never to go back for anything that they have fixed. My next vehicle will a VW and will buy it from them again.

Montessi Service is efficient,honest and extremely friendly-I am always confident that I can rely on the service department to give me the truth about what needs to be done-They also go the extra mile!And finally they always laugh at my stupid jokes!!

I bought my car 6 months ago and took the car in for its 10K check up (no charge). They were efficient and polite and got the job done in less than an hour. I have also been to service two previous time (2 separate flat tires if you can believe it!) and they were very accomodating. I love my VW and I'm happy I decided to buy it at Montesi VW after having shopped around.

Very good dealership. We delt with Brian, and he was the most unpushy salesperson ever.Very nice also. We had a little incident with our Tiguan though, the fan motor broke. But, when we brought it in to service it, we were very happy with the results with the service people, and love our Tiguan. Montesi Volkswagen is a extremly good dealership, and we really recommend them.

I purchaced this used car from Montesi and had a check engine light come on . I didn't expect a problem so soon after delivery.When I called the service department I spoke with Greg and his demeaner was calm and reassusing.When we arrived at Montesi Stacey and Brian were waiting at the service counter,greeted me with open arms.The car was in the workshop quickly .Theyb assured me that the car would be fixed and I would be on my way soon.The repair took about an hour and a half-they even washed the car WOW...Great Service..Thanks happyvw

I have bought 3 cars from Montesi and have using their service dept. for 12 years. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. I have refered friends to Montesi who have also purchased cars from them with good experiences. I will continue give Montesi my VW business.

I've read some of the other reviews here and having been in a service business, let's face it, you can't please all of the people all of the time. My guess is that it's the people who have problems (and often expect more from a dealer than they are due) who seek out sites like this to complain and get their revenge. Perhaps justified, perhaps not. It's hard for dealers nowadays with people walking in armed with so much information available on the web, and ready to go to war. But, Montesi isn't the place for that. It's not necessary. I've bought numerous cars from Montesi. I've also bought a couple of cars from other dealers. There IS a difference in how you are treated. I never leave their place feeling as though I was taken to the cleaners (I've shopped. And I've been taken to the cleaners. I know.) Jeff is the consummate pro, even though I've dealt with a few other salespeople before. Each one KNOWS VOLKSWAGENS. These guys weren't selling copiers last year. It's a testament to Montesi that many of their employees are the same faces I saw when I bought my '94 Golf there. They live and breathe Volkswagens. (Probably more than you need to know) Service has always been done on time and for a reasonable price (they never do more than you ask them to do). I love VWs and out of the over 12 that I've owned or leased over the years, I only had trouble with my '04 Toaureg, but it wasn't Montesi's fault, and they went to bat for me with VW to make good (free tires) on what wasn't a great car right out of the factory (I now drive an '07 and love it) The waiting room could use a freshening, though, but usually that's not an issue because of their shuttle or with some more extensive warranty work they've given me a boaner.Gary is on site. Not on the golf course. When the owner returns phone calls and deals directly with problems, that's a good thing. All in all, two thumbs up for Montesi.

I've been a Montesi customer for 20 years and 6 cars throughout the family. Very attentive staff in the service department as well as sales. My saleman has always been very informative and knowledgable. Dealership is well maintained. It's nice to have the WiFi in the customer lounge while I wait for my car. When I've left my car for the day, at pickup, someone brought it around front for me. Free car wash is a very nice touch.

Rude salesman, "good ol boy" attitude. I expected better treatment from a dealership. When I asked to take the car on a test drive I was told the price of the car again as if it was out of my price range and he couldn't be bothered to take me on a test drive, and this was on a slow rainy weekday. When I let him know that I was aware of the price of the vehicle when I first asked to see it he eventually complied and went inside for a plate.I would never buy a vehicle from this salesman or dealership, especially now that I have read other reviews on this dealership!

have had headgasket, pistons, many oil problems, steering column, tire rod, transmission etc. drove for 3 months w out headlights. not willing to compromise an extended warranty at no cost considering the problems. have had car for only year and a half. still cannot figure out what's wrong with my car and they now tell me the problem is "normal". bad customer service and business decisions made by owner. cannot be trusted.

This dealership lied to me about the financing. Used bait and switch, when I picked up my car, the rate was no longer 0% but 3%. They refused to honor their initial quote, and avoided the issue by blaming someone else who was conveniently absent that day. Get every word in writing - do not trust these frauds!

When my AC went out in July, I was told "You have a moonroof. Use it. Then, of course, the moonroof failed. The CD player, installed by God knows who in their service department, failed the first day. As for sales people...there are two in particular who are just flat out nasty, rude, and full of strange "facts." This is truly the dealership from hell.

I own a Jetta, and I took it for service at montesi because it was leaking coolant. At first, the estimate was $350, the second day the estimate went up to $750, by the third day, the estimate cost of repair was $1980. So I had to ask them to stop servicing my car, paid $750 and towed the car to a local garage, where it was fixed for $23. I am still looking for the address of the VW headquarter in the US to report all the fraudulant actions of this dealer. My advice to you is to NEVER go there no matter what.

I have had many disappointing experiences dealing with the Sales and Service departments at Montesi. Unfortunately, I bought a used car from them that had more problems in the first year than most cars have in 5. For instance, when was the last time you heard of a car with 20K miles needing a new transmission? I will NEVER buy another car from this dealership. Hoepfully, neither will you. Unless of course, you enjoy sitting in their waiting area for 4 hours while they perform a routine inspection. Or better yet, you like spending roughly $4,000 on repairs in the first year. STAY AWAY FROM MONTESI!!!
