The people were extremely helpful. Recently my parents purchased two Volkswagen Beetles from another dealership but soon discovered they both had transmission problems. We got our money back and began our search of another beetle. We came upon Exem United and we decided to come for a visit. Due to our previous experience with the other dealership we had our guards up. However we told Nikki and Mark about it and they were completely understanding. They worked out a deal that was to their liking and certainly ours. Overall it was a good experience and the service was great.

Was just driving by and saw this clean Benz on the lot. I went in and spoke to Nikki one of the sales associates. She was so professional and yet friendly that I decided to look at the in the lot. We talked prices and looked at different cars at them (great selection and prices). I have to say I was not pressured at all, so I felt comfortable. I drove the car and loved it, she answered all my questions. I left a small deposit , got the right price and financed the rest. In less than 24 hrs I'm driving the car out , happy with the price and terms. I highly recommend this dealer. Real people who are decent and respectful. We just bought a 2002 Subaru Forester from Exem. We dealt with Nikki, and I have to say it was like buying a car from an old friend. Nikki is "salt of the earth" unlike so many sales people I was dealing with. She actually suggested I not come on my preferred night because she was understaffed and a snowfall had made getting the cars cleaned off difficult. She wanted to make sure she had ample time to spend with us, and she said if we could put it off a day she would be better prepared to help us. I was blown away by her honesty! I have had dealers tell me to show up only to find out the car wasn't even there. When we did come a datpy later than planned it was a very comfortable experience and I never for one moment felt I was being played or that I had to go into "hunker down" mode. It was all light and easy. The owner showed up as we were closing the deal and it was quickly apparent that this is a closely held, ethical group of people who enjoy working together and I would go back to them in a heartbeat. Oh... And the car is great and our local mechanic looked at it today and told us we got a great price for a good, reliable car! Yay!

I was really just browsing at vehicles to kill some time because I was going to need something in the near future. Andres show me his inventory and answered all the questions that I had. Again I wasn't expecting to buy a vehicle yet at this time. Andres then sat me down with the General Manager Mark to see if we could work something out with a 2005 Acura MDX that I was very interested in. I didn't feel rushed at all and never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I ended up buying this vehicle at a great deal and got a 3 month warranty with it. I have been driving this Acura for a few months now and absolutely love it. Haven't had any issues and just had a really great experience at Exem United which is why I decided to go on the internet and write this 5 star review for these guys. The people here are helpful and seem to really care about the customer's experience. They strive to sell high quality cars, at a good price. I came in with a list of cars to look at from the inventory, and was told on two of them, "that won't be a good car for you." Mark really worked at getting the "right" car for me at the right price for me. No over-selling, and honesty-- good qualities to work with when buying a car.

I was blown away by the level of care I received here. I had never bought a car before, and was new to the area. Mark helped me sort out the options, take a car for a test drive, and even found a mechanic to inspect it before I bought it. He and Andre also helped me figure out insurance and the tricky issue of where to register the car, since I was planning to move back to my home state shortly. I am still amazed at all this - they invested a significant amount of time and energy for a single customer who was interested in one of their lower-priced cars. My one caveat is that I have ended up putting in close to $1,500 in repairs over the past five months, with more to come (I purchased the car in late February). This included new brakes, new engine mount, and replacing three parts of the HVAC system (I still need to fix a strut, the muffler, and replace one of the tires). However, it was a lower-priced model, about 14 years old, and I guess some of that comes with the territory. Every mechanic I have taken it to has said that it looks like it's in great condition and should last a long time, so I think I got a pretty good deal in the end. I would go back if I were looking for another car and was still in the area.

Found Exem United, LLC on Cars.com. Easily found a car that suited my needs. Plenty of photos and information to make my decision easy. Linked to dealer's own website - also excellent. While searching for a car, so many decisions on where to go and what to look for in a used car ran through my mind. Immediately after finding Exem United, the General manager Mark answered all of my questions while inviting me to come by and test drive the car of my interest. I was surprised to find that unlike many of the other dealers that I came across, I did not feel rushed or in locked into any deals. After sitting down with Mark and negotiating a final price I felt very satisfied and happy with my decision. I just recently brought a 1997 Acura and the car was in very good condition physically. There were minor repairs that needed to be done so Mark negotiated a better price. Overall my experience went well. It's definately worth going to especially if your looking for an affordable first car.
