Loved dealing with Greg at Exit 5. I found the perfect vehicle to replace my son's car that was totaled. I had a small concern with an area on one of the doors with the clear coat. Greg said it would be taken care of. When we went to pick up the car I couldn't tell which door had the problem it was done so well. Car was detailed perfectly when we got there. I left there very pleased and with one happy son. Thanks Greg!

On July 28, 2021I made one of the best purchase in my life with the help of Sales Manager Nick. When I was on the Internet browsing for a new vehicle, I came across a 2016 Chevy Equinox that I was interested in. I immediately contacted Exit 5 Auto Group and Nick was happy to help me with the process. His approach to making sure this car was the best fit for me was unmatched! He sat with me and went in to detail with all the things that would will be included when purchasing the car. From past experiences, most car dealerships do not explicitly go through this with the customers. Also when I was ready to pick up the car unfortunately Nick wasn’t available due to personal needs. However, he was professional by getting in contact with me and letting me know that Joe can take care of me which was awesome to see! I strongly recommend to anyone that is looking for a car to make Exit 5 Auto Group there NUMBER 1 CHOICE! Thank you Nick, Greg, and Joe for helping me! Bright future for this company for sure!

I was looking around for a bigger truck and I found one I thought I wanted. I stopped in and spoke to Nick there was no pressure at all he asked me what I was looking for and showed me a few options. I thought and thought and thought about the options and at no time did Nick ask if I made a decision. Which for me was good because I knew I was going to buy my next truck from exit 5 auto. Nick asked to see my current truck so I brought it to him. I think he fell in love with in seconds of seeing it. He told me he would make me a heck for a deal on my truck. I said let’s talk. I bought a awesome truck at a great price with a HMO plan and other great options as well. I also walked away with a check. So I highly recommend exit 5 auto stop by and see Nick check out the workshop and meet all the other awesome staff there.

Had a super experience. Needed to buy a car for my daughter attending college in New York State. Greg was exceptional at taking us through his inventory until we had the perfect choice. Done in one day and drove off the lot with a very happy daughter. Thanks again!

I rarely post reviews, but I'm compelled this time. I just purchased a car from them yesterday and had a great experience! The no-pressure environment was refreshing and their aversion to haggling made for a relaxing experience. Pat and Nick were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to and willing to explain --and re-explain when I needed it :} . I walked out of their feeling empowered and satistifed with my purchase and confident that I made a fully informed decision. I highly recommend them!!!
