I recently purchased a 2013 BMW 640i. My salesperson was Altin efendija. Altin did an amazing job and was extremely courteous. I purchased out of state and was buying the vehicle site unseen. Altin put up with me asking for numerous pictures of every angle imaginable. I'm sure i was annoying but he did not let it show. I found him to be quite helpful. I would definitely recommend him.

The car was as represented and the team there was fair in negotiations, and efficient in processing the sale. I had a mechanical question and the mechanic there dedicated a lot of time to me, and was very honest with no apparent interest in selling me one way or the other. The facilities there are very clean and all cars looked to be very high end and in very good shape. This is not your typical dealership but rather an upscale independent and no sales pressure.

I first saw the car on eBay & Auto trader, I made the call and talked with Shawn. We discussed the car in full length, I asked him why he hadn't sold it yet? To me I think people just didn't know how presitine this car really is!!! Pictures are not always what they seem to be..... But after flying down there and touching it and going thru it, I gotta say it was beautiful!!!!! It's part of the process to sign in person which I think was great to do! Shawn had the car on the hoist like I asked him too, and got to see it from under the carriage. Must say it was pretty clean and rust free for being in Illinois.They shipped the car to California and I just love the color and menilliam yellow. The car past smog with flying colors DMV paperwork had a snag, but Shawn got that under control and I got the response I wanted to hear!!! Plates arrived a few days later. I do recommend this dealership to all prospective buyers, when you spend good money it's a good idea to fly out there and touch the car, drive it and go thru it. My overall experience with this purchase was handled very well and professional!!!! Gotta say my car is a keeper and I will pass it down to the son, but first I will enjoy it got a little while.... Just got access to ramps and jack stands and I found the underside of the car full of rust. There is rust everywhere on the suspension, sway-bar joints, and frame. Not having access to see the underside of the car at the dealer, I expected full disclosure of such findings. The brakes were replaced so I know the car was able to be seen underneath from the dealer's perspective. If I could post pictures of the rust I would. Also, Eddie told me on the phone that the car had brand new rims due to scratches and wear but come to find out this is not true. Fred informed me after I got home that they were just repaired. I was asked politely to leave a review before i left the dealership,which I did, but felt it necessary to leave another. Now I'm stuck with a rusted car. I'm not happy.

This was by far and away the best "dealership" experience I have ever had. I personally dread buying a new/used car, knowing that I will have to deal with a used car dealer, someone that applies seemingly relentless pressure and gives the distinct impression of being something less than 100% honest. Thus it was refreshing indeed to run into this small luxury dealership in the outskirts of Chicago. Ali Khan was polite and professional and was a great help. If I had the money, I would buy another used car from Exotic Motors in a heartbeat. Speaking of money, Exotic Motors beat the price offered by any dealership in my state of residence, as well as any neighboring state, by more than $1,000 - and in some cases, by much much more. I certainly don't regret the trip to Chicago to buy this car at that price. Exotic Motors also offered a very fair trade-in value on my prior car relative to other "dealers."

Hassle free and good old-fashioned dealership experience where a good deal can be negotiated and honored by both parties. Ali was a great salesperson and worked hard to get the right deal for both of us. He was also a busy guy, which is great for him and the dealership. Shawn was really nice and tried to stay on top of things for us. We found the car on the Internet called Shawn gave up when we found out the car was so far away. Shawn was really nice and told us about the shipping options, after 10 minutes we thought about it and called him back. Be careful at this dealership! They will rip you off and not care. The purchase price we agreed upon was not what was written up on the paperwork. I guess I should have looked when signing documentation, but I had already been there for over 3 hrs and that's not something I expect a dealership to do. When I noticed and brought to their attention, they dismissed at first and now they are just ignoring me. Furthermore - I found out a few days ago they gave me the wrong plates for my vehicle. I got a letter from Secretary of State office saying that if I don't get it fixed I will be fined. I've been running around past few days trying to fix. It's going to cost me about $100 to fix. So in addition to being overcharged on purchase price, now I have to pay for this too. This doesn't even include things they were going to "help" me with that we noticed were not right with the vehicle. Finding more every day. So this is first and last vehicle we purchase from them. It's my mission to make sure everyone I know stays clear as well.

Having watched online a 2005 Jaguar XK8 for a month or two it was time to make the call. Made the call around September 4th to Shawn. The price was agreed upon and the $500 check was mailed. On September 10th, my wife and I flew from Seattle to Chicago to purchase the car. Arriving at Exotic Motors the next afternoon the XK8 appeared as described and pictured in my head. A 10 year old car with ~50,000 miles on it, complete with a rather colorful history of 3 times 'Stolen and Recovered'. Not a real candidate for the purist. The interior had its' usual minor nicks and dings, but the all important wood was perfect. Also suspiciously perfect was the paint and bodywork. Not one door ding or noticeable flaw in the silver paint. The front plastic grill/bumper piece had either been recently repainted or maybe this was one lucky Jaguar. The car started and sounded very good. A short test drive around the block and on the freeway showed only a hint of wear in the front suspension system of this 50,000 mile car. Steered straight, and 'stopped and goed' as expected. The pile of paperwork went smoothly and we were out of there, early afternoon. Hit the freeway and drove a couple hundred miles towards Seattle. After a night in the motel I go out to cold start and warm up my first Jaguar. The dreaded 'ticking' imediately appeared, leaving me on the verge of both a stroke and a heart attack. My 50 years of owning cars suggested a top-end sound possibly cam or 'lifter' oriented. The ticking subsided as the engine warmed up in about 3 to 5 minutes. Being 200 miles west of Chicago, it was too late to turn around. And what am I going to do anyway? Gripe is about all. We continued on for about 7 or 8 days and 2400 miles back to the Seattle area. Having purchased almost a dozen 10 year old Mercedes-Benz in the last 39 years, it was a real education learning about Jaguars in the 2400 mile drive, all the while studying the nearly flawless paint on this 3 time stolen and recovered 10 year old car. The car ran perfectly the whole time and showed a constant 26/27 miles per/gallon, mostly at a steady 80MPH. Everything appears to work as told except the passenger headrest. Paperwork indicates a recent drivers headrest repair. At home my local body shop performed a minor drivers' door adjustment and said the paint appeared original and the front bumper/grill piece may have been repainted to correct the rock chips, of which there are little to none. From home a call was made to Shawn at Exotic Motors regarding the cold start 'ticking' and was told by Shawn their mechanic had inspected the engine and the engine was fine. 'Oh well'. Would I have purchased the car had I known about the 'ticking'? Probably not. I'm 65 years old and have owned many a car. Mostly 10 year old European exotics in good shape. The '69 911 I restored myself is still here after 26 years. And when my local mechanic returns in October we'll address the ticking that goes away in 5 minutes. The Jaguar forum suggests the cold start 'ticking' is somewhat common and may be an easy fix.

I was in contact With Shawn at Exotic Motors for over a week . I sent Him $500 to hold a beautiful "06 Harley truck for me . He did . I flew from Louisville Ky .at 12 noon . Exotic sent a taxi to O'Hare Airport to take me to the car lot . The truck was detailed clean , oil changed & new front brakes were installed because their Total Inspection thought they were needed . Shawn had all of my paper work ready ,we went for a test drive ," we did the deal" , I drove 320 miles & I was back home in Kentucky at 7:30 pm . Good experience !

I bought a BMW Alpina B7; the car was never inspected and it needs a lot work that worth more than 12000 dollars. they have horrible service, and every time I called them; they try to push it and ignore me.The finance manager Jimmy is very unprofessional, and every time I call about the problem with the car and get hold of him he Cutts me off by saying "we dont have the write tools and i am going to send you to another shop" while I am speaking and doesn't let me finish what I wanna say and he tries to act busy.after all the running around they send me to a shop , and shop manager that they have send me to said " WOW they never fixed the car and they never touched, left it as it is", so the car was never fixed even though they knew about the problems before they sold to me, and never mentioned anything about the problem to me.

Showroom floor of typical hi-end cars that the prices were marked up higher than the msrp. They had advertised a car, (my reason for going there), and it wasn't even there. The excuse they had was that it had just been sold. Really? How had it, "just been sold", if I was there, as soon as they opened? Let me guess: they sold it on their website? Not possible because it wasn't listed on there. So Shawn, (give an A for EFFORT), tried talking me into buying a more expensive Audi. The so called finance manager and him kept meeting back and forth, until they came to me and said, "this is the best rate we found after talking to many different banks." I won't get anymore into this because my banks rate was so much less interest, (which they had no idea because I never let them know, I'm not an idiot). Overpriced and overrated. Enough said. End of story...

Shawn was great! He helped me through the entire sale of my Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ with no pressure to buy whatsoever. As a buyer, I really do appreciate getting the time to think about and consider my purchase without the pressure to buy on the spot. The Tahoe was top of the line and loaded like many of the vehicles they sell there.Now, as a dealer, I think they are more reputable than most others, however, when you bring your new purchase home and it's in the shop the next day, that's definitely a problem. Upon test driving my Tahoe I noticed an ever so slight vibration. The tires were about spent, so I attributed the vibration to that. However, of course on the way home the vibration became worse. After taking it into our shop in Cherry Valley that evening, I was told that the sway bar as well as u-links needed to be replaced. Now, the total cost of this was a very small $350. Fortunately I purchased the warranty with this vehicle and it covered the repair completely. Yes, the warranty they sell is excellent. However, I would expect that any shop/dealer would take care of small things such as those before selling their vehicles considering the cost to them is so minuscule. So, I don't believe the customer necessarily comes before the bottom line at this dealership for that reason. I did get a small allowance for the tires and the remote that was not working, but would have asked for more of an allowance if I had known that there were other little things wrong.All in all though, I am happy with my new Tahoe. I didn't have any out of pocket expenses with the repairs, so I am not too upset because of that fact.UPDATE :Since the purchase of this vehicle, we have had several more problems. I didn't realize they had such a long list of negative reviews on Yelp or I would have not purchase this vehicle form them. I don't understand how a dealership can sell a vehicle with so many problems. Additional problems that are occurring :Brake line leak from mid-section of vehicleAutoride compressor failingLeak in autoride rear air suspensionPassenger and driver side wheel bearingsAnd unfortunately I am betting there are more problems to come.We will never purchase from this dealership again. We will certainly make sure that our network of people in Schaumburg hear about their bad practices as well.

I searched the web and found an excellent Honda Accord car with close to Private party value on Exotic Motors site. Shawn helped me on call with all the details and finalized the car over the phone. So when I reached there the only thing left was a test drive. All things were clearly explained by Shawn and there was absolutely nothing hidden details at all. I went there and within couple of hours I was on road with an excellent car. My 2 hours drive from my town to Chicago made memorable with remarkable service provided by Shawn and a very good pricing by Exotic motors. Good+ paid for my cab from the airport+ gave me a ride to the bank+ replaced the windshield wipers and changed the oilnegative- light on in dash and seemed like minimal effort was used to investigate - recommended the extended warranty to look into- surprised by ding(small indentation) in front passenger door. this wasn't mentioned in the description or pointed out in the pictures. Overall I was satisfied because I got a good product at a competitive price and Fred was extremely pleasant to deal with but disappointed in how a few of these concerns were handled.

The entire process took four hours from start to finish. Mr. Dawood was friendly and checked in with us often. I do not think the financing end went well. Although we have strong credit scores, they were not able to get us a reasonable interest rate, which makes me question the relationship they have with the bank they used to finance our loan. We plan to refinance our loan as soon as possible.

He also made sure a used car was in tip top condition before it left the lot. It was detailed & buffed extremely well. Even when I returned home & saw a swirl mark or 2 & 1 other very small issue came to my attention the next day, he was very happy to make an appointment to rectify the situation. I came to the Exotic-motors early Monday morning and left the dealership that night with the car that I selected. I purchased an 05 Audi S4 from Shawn Sheth. I called and immediately the car was detailed and washed before I even arrived to take a look at the vehicle. The test drive went amazing and afterwords, I noticed that one of the LED dome lights had blown out, and a few scratches on the side of the door. I returned that night, only to find that the LED dome lights had both been replaced and all the scratches had been buffed and refinished. The experience was amazing and I couldn't thank Shawn enough. The next day, I drove the vehicle and put some gas in the car. Not familiar with Audi's, I saw a check engine light go on and immediately called Shawn, who informed me that if the gas cap is not on tight enough, the car will throw a Check Engine Light. He told me to bring the car in, and he showed me immediately ( FREE OF COST ) that the car is in great shape and everything is fine. The experience at Exotic-motors was great and I will be returning soon to pick up another vehicle. Thank you Shawn!

I purchased a 2011 Cayenne S from Shawn Sheth. Shawn worked very hard, without pressuring me, during the transaction. The car was a remarkable bargain considering mileage, price and features - price was about $9k below next comparable that I could find. I was very suspect after having read some of the negative reviews about Exotic. Leery, I took the car to a well-respected Porche mechanic who was duly impressed with the car's condition. I have now driven the car for approximately 45 days and had no problems; in fact, it is the best car I have ever owned!. Shawn was very professional in his handling of the entire transaction and was always very prompt to provide whatever information I requested. Shawn did what he could to make the transaction seemless, which I appreciated.My only qualm is that during trade-in negotiations, I was told that they could not increase the trade-in price on my Jeep Wrangler because Exotic was going to price it at a certain price point that would not allow further increase. But, when I looked on the web afterward, I saw that they priced it significantly higher than what they told me they would. I was not very happy about that. However, I was sufficiently happy with the new car that it has not been a major sticking point for me.Thus, I give Shawn 10 stars for his work and management who negotiated by trade-in 1 star.Overall, I will certainly consider purchasing another car from Exotic. But, I will not trade my existing vehicle to them.

Shawn Sheth made us feel as though we were his only customers, which of course, we are not. The first time I spoke with him on the phone, he knew his products instantly and their current status. He was able to answer all of our questions, or made sure to get back to us with an answer when he said he would. He was patient with our concerns and followed through when a malfunction surfaced during our test drive. He kept us abreast of the progress of the part shipment and repair process. I usually buy new cars to get the warranty etc. but this time I wanted something different. Since I was not going to buy (pay) for a new Audi convertible I decided to look for a used one. I found a 2008 TT at Exotic Motors but was actually scared to purchase it - I mean what if it fell apart the minute I drove off the lot. Well, after a lot of back-and-forth, with Tasho being very patient and professional, I did buy it and it is sooooo very much fun to drive and I'm glad I did it. It did NOT fall apart the minute I drove it off the lot and, as promised, the leather seats were refurbished a few days later and I am bringing it back to be detailed next week. Tasho is a very good person to work with and I would certainly purchase from him again. The only negative was waiting to wrap up the deal as the only one who could do the paperwork was busy and I had to wait almost an hour twiddling my thumbs. Overall, though - a good experience.

I called in with a few small demands on the BMW X5M that was looking to purchase in order to come to an agreement, they came back with their offering, and I was very pleased. The car was priced well from the start. The salesperson was very straight forward with every detail as he looked over the car inside and out while I was on the phone with him. I paid the same day that I called, signed paperwork the next day and the car was picked up for shipping that afternoon and had the car the next day. It was exactly as described. They handled all shipping logistics quickly and used a very quick and cooperative shipper. Would buy from them again.

I test drove a car and found no problems with the gear shift, except that the diagram was rotated 90 degrees on the gear shift knob. I asked them to rotate it before I drove away. 1/2 hour down the road, the base popped off. I took it to a dealer that I trust, and they reported "found shift cable broken and reverse lever bent 90 degrees. Shifter appears to have been twisted or forced". As a retired former sales manager of many years it is always interesting to note how sales people interact with their customers. Tasho is one of those rare sales people who seems to have a genuine natural talent for the ability to use active listening and combine it with probing questions to find what the customer is really looking for. His interest and passion in cars comes across very strong and translates into a strong interest in finding what you want and helping you to achieve it. He knew a lot about many brands including the M3 I purchased and was able to answer every question I had about it. It is very refreshing to find some one who hears what you are saying rather than the more common auto sales person who just constantly talks AT you until your ears bleed. I would rate Tasho an 11 out of 10. Management best take care of this young rare talent because he is what the headhunters out there are looking for. Exotic Motors itself is a clean, nice place to shop at. Every person I had interaction with from the lady at the front desk to the finance manager to the porters were all more than pleasant to meet and talk with. When it is time to upgrade I will be calling Tasho.

This was a very easy decision to make for me. After talking with Tasho about the car and other things he made it a good environment. He was a cool guy and like myself happened to enjoy soccer as I came in during the final between Real Madrid and Athletico Madrid. He gave me good information on my car and other ones for sale. I like the car I purchased that being an 2008 Mercedes E350 4matic. The turn signal on the mirror was broken and he was able to go ahead and get me a new one which they will replace when it comes in. I cannot say the experience was bad , flew in from buffalo see and purchase a 2008 jag xk8. i was picked up at airport very nice no charge for the almost 1 hour ride and was met by Alan, nice guy dealership was clean and organized great so far. I saw my car as soon as I walked in it was beautiful and pretty much what I expected some nics some flaws but it is 7years old expected that too. Alan and i went for a test drive and in ran great felt great looked it over some more and we did the deal. I did notice a back up light out and asked for it to be repaired before I left for my 10 hour ride back but I was told they were busy and it would take a a long time for them to get to it so I said hey its just a bulb I get it when I get home. This is the part where I say did they know what was wrong with the light and told me a long time because they new I wanted to get on the road because its a 1800.00 fix. MAYBE I was going to get a extended warranty from them but when they told me over 7000.00 for it I said no.I went to jag dealer and got one from jag for 3100.00 for 4 year's. Now here's the really bad part after Jag dealer put it threw its checks the car needs a possible 15000.00 in repairs and may have been in a accident which didn't show up on carfax, oh well BUYER BEWARE.I don't think i will ever buy a car from a dealer like this again you think your getting a great buy and wham. hey maybe they didn't know about the problems with the car nice looking dealership nice people MAYBE

I was very impressed with the treatment, they didn't act like any "car salesman" I have ever dealt with in the 35 yrs, I have been buying vehicles. The car was just as described and the whole experience impressed me very much. The time spent there was very short for this type of transaction. Exotic Motors is the ultimate toy store for high end cars. Every car in there is a jaw dropper in pristine condition. This is where I got my Mercedes GL (white, with 23,000 miles). I shopped around the entire Barrington/Schaumburg area visiting 3 dealerships prior to Exotic. Either the Mercs I viewed were over priced, had too many miles or were in less then perfect shape.At Exotic I found the GL I wanted with low miles, in white and in perfect condition. Alan really was great to work with. He was patient and when I asked him to basically go through all the steps that the dealerships do to certify a pre-owned he got it all done timely. He also really helped my wife and I out on the auto loan as well. He was easy to work with and not pushy at all.Highly recommend you visit Exotic Motors and ask for Alan if you looking for a luxury car.

I've been looking for a 2-seater roadster for a while and came across this dealer. I called ahead of time and asked to see the Z3. It was up front and ready when I got there. It was probably the lowest-priced car on the lot, and Adam still took great care of me and answered all of my questions. Very little pressure, no BS sales pitch. The car wasn't in perfect condition, but Adam took care of the issues I had with the Car (window regulator broken, seat motor didn't move forward). Overall I felt treated very well and I am very happy with the car. Their prices are great.

I went to Exotic Motors to look at a Ford Diesel Excursion that was listed on Car.com. Adam B. treated me very well and did not pressure me at all. We drove the vehicle and found it had a few issues. Adam and his staff adjusted the price to compensate for repairs and i bought it that day. Overall the entire staff was great to deal with.

My experience has been that sales employees were less than sincere, back tracked on things they stated and generally gave the impression of being less than honest. I worked with Mr. Alan Amjad who although he appears very young was knowledgeable about the vehicle to include how the equipment functioned. He invited questions before, during, and after our initial visit. When he made a commitment he kept his word which meant a great deal. He returned calls and exchanged emails in a timely fashion and was extremely good to work with. In my opinion, he should be considered as a valuable asset to this company. If you visit looking for a vehicle, as for Alan Amjad.

This was the second time I bought a Mercedes from exotic motors and my experience was as good as my first one. I buy cars every couple years and very familiar with this types of dealerships and don't understand why some unhappy customers seem so eager to leave bad reviews months after they bought a car but not right after the purchase. My point is very, very few of they happy customers leave a review but every unhappy customer leaves one. And this guys move a lot of cars every month so as with any sales business you can't please everyone and the ratio of unhappy customers this guys have is very mediocre. With that being said, I'm very happy with the guys at exotic motors and it seems like I'll be a long term returning customer.

Very unprofessional individuals. Talk to customers very rude and doesn't conduct business in a professional manner. Found out about leaving comments on dealerrater.com by over hearing conversation with another customer but never once suggested information to me even after purchased was finalized with vehicle. The vehicles that they sale are wonderful nut the customer service within exotic motors in horrible.

My wife and I purchased a Mercedes Benz from this dealership about a month ago. They sold us an extended bumper to bumper service contract. I took the car to a local dealership to check a noise coming from front end. The car needed over $ 4k in mechanical work which warranty company declined for pre existing issues reason. I contacted Exotic motors several times to resolve issue, but no one ever called me back. I would buy my next car from a junk yard rather spending it with a dishonest dealership like Exotic motors.

Are you kidding me? Buying a car on the internet can't possibly be this easy. My wife and I talked about the car before bed and I decided to make the call in the morning with a couple of questions. I got up early, (in LA), and spoke with Rick, (the manager of internet sales at Exotic Motors in Illinois), and in 20 minutes we had the car. It would have been in 2 minutes, but we had to discuss it. It couldn't have been easier. I will buy my next car from them.

He worked with us to install a new entertainment system and when we noticed one small issue with a door seal he told us not to worry that he would take care of it. I was there to buy the cheapest car on the lot and I was still treated with respect and courtesy (which I did not expect from a dealer who sells super high end cars). I figured I would be ignored since I wasn't a hotshot big spender. I was wrong. Adam was very friendly and not pressuring at all. I would definitely buy another car from them.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Exotic Motors Rolling Meadows. I honestly didn't expect to be treated as courteously as I was. After all, I was walking into a dealership that sold Bentley's, Lamborghini's and Aston Marten's, and I was looking to buy a 2005 Chrysler for under 8 grand (Probably the cheapest car on the lot). I figured the salesmen would see me as a waste of their time and just ignore me and wait for the big spenders. I was wrong. I was helped out immediately, invited to check out all the beautiful cars that cost more than my house while waiting for mine to be pulled around. Offered free drinks. But most importantly I was treated with respect. It didn't matter if I had walked in wearing an Armani suit or the jeans and hoodie I had on. I feel I would have been treated the same way. I was a customer and it didn't matter if I was looking to spend 8k or 80k, I was treated like I was the most important person there. Adam Baniak was more than accommodating and very friendly. He wasn't judgmental or pressuring. He was there to help and he did. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. And if I ever win the lottery I look forward to spending some of my winnings there : )

I spoke with a sales person the following day after I inquired about the vehicle, he was of another culture so I could not really clearly understand what he was saying. I continued on asking about the vehicle I was inquiring about and he said it was still available, after I told him I was from out of town and found this vehicle on cars.com its like he lost interest, I shop for vehicles online and have purchased from out of town before so the next day we took my app over the phone and he said he would get back to me but never did, so I let a day go by and called him he had sold the vehicle on me and my credit is well over 700 so I was very disappointed to say the least, I would NOT recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a serious purchase.

I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 750Li,X-Drive from Exotic Motors. This was the best experience Ive had with a used car purchase. They did not have the car, I needed, in stock. They searched for the car, negotiated the price for me and ordered the car at their own expense. After the car was delivered to their dealership they cleaned it up, and detailed the vehicle for me. They also negotiated an excellent financing option with a lender. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They answered all my questions. I was totally satisfied with my deal. After the sale, they continued to impress me. They registered and titled my car with Illinois Secretary of State. I did not have to go anywhere for any paperwork. They also took care of the two very small issues I had after the sale in a prompt professional manner. I am a very satisfied customer and the next time Im in the market for a new, or used car, Exotic Motors will be the only dealer I need to know. I will recommend 'Exotic Motors' very highly if people are looking for family friendly and honest sales people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...I bought a low mileage/used car for slightly under market value thinking it was a good deal. It turned out to have the following issues: oil leak (valve cover gasket), two cracked vacuum hoses, cracked breather tube, faulty brake switch, faulty a/c heater fan blower, faulty rear defrost wiring, bad heater core, and needed battery replacement. In addition, the customer service was slow. I only put up with the service because I thought I was getting a good deal on the car. I called ahead, got there, the car wasn't ready, then after waiting forever, they bring out a dirty car. The attractive asking price had my attention and I wish I could take back every second I spent at that dealership.BE SKEPTICAL OF A SEEMINGLY GOOD DEAL. YOU WILL GET SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPEND A FORTUNE FIXING THE CAR YOU JUST PURCHASED.

This was an easy purchase experience. Shawn was great to deal with. They were pretty hard on price negotiations but ultimately I am happy with the price I paid. Shawn left my wife & I alone to discuss the car after we had driven it. There was no pressure to buy. I had the car checked out independently & they found a couple of things that I had missed but they are minor service items that you would expect anyways. My mechanic told me that I had made a good buy. I'd buy from here again.

I bought a top of line 2013 Tesla Model S P85+ from Exotic Motors. I worked with Rick Ghous on the transaction. This was my first out-of-state car purchase and Rick helped me complete the transaction smoothly and quickly. The car was in the same condition as described on the website. A small piece of roof rack cover fell out during the transport process. Exotic Motors was able to get a replacement part from manufacturer quickly.I would consider buying a relative new car from Exotic Motors again.Charles

I read reviews about this dealer before I went there and 60% were bad reviews, I took a chance and unfortunately I had a bad, bad sales man who did not know a lot of the car I got even thought I call to make an appointment to go see the car, I did buy the car and the car was clean in the outside, the car was so durty in the inside and when I called to let him know that I was going to pick up the car, the car was not there and when they brought up the car, the car had no gas. What a joke. I don't want to be all negative the facility was nice and clean, the sales manager was nice, I just had a bad associate , Just like when you go out for dinner and have a bad server. That's all.

Shawn took his time with the vehicle to make sure it was safe and in good working condition before he would allow us to test drive it. Because the car sat in the warehouse for 6 weeks, a couple of service lights were on. Shawn took the time to make sure the car was properly cared for before even attempting to make a sale. Even though we had to come back a second day after the car was checked mechanically, I felt this was the right approach which gave me the confidence that this is a business with a high degree of integrity. I never felt pressured into buying the vehicle.

Was not disappointed, the car is fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone , would definitely do business with them again. They even went so far as to take 5500.00 personal check so I could take the car back to omaha and not have to.make another trip up. I had the pleasure of doing business with Mr. Ghous and Mr. Sheth at Exotic Motors in Rolling Meadows on a recent purchase and I must say, I was overly impressed. They both went out of their way to make sure my purchase and the entire transaction went as smoothly as possible. Dont be fooled, all because this is a smaller dealership, located in a smaller NW Suburb, their selections were vast and abundant. Their name does say it all, Exotic because they sell fine quality automobiles at a really affordable price. You are greeted once you enter the business by the receptionist and it is a joy ride, no pun intended after that. These guys arent your typical pushy salesmen trying to meet a quota, they actually want you to be happy with your purchase since you arent buying a pack of gum here, you are spending your hard earned money to purchase a vehicle that you will be driving for quite some time. I highly recommend not only asking for Mr. Ghous, and or, Mr. Sheth, but just going to Exotic Motors and having them make your experience one to remember. You will be a repeat customer at Exotic Motors.

I didnt think I could afford any kind of 2011 but Tasho showed me a couple and with the help of his GM Rick, they were able to pull some strings and Wala I got into a 2011 ex-l couple Honda Accord. I love the car its great on gas and is pretty quick for a 4 cylinder. Living in the City I didnt think I would travel all the way to the burbs for a car, but what they did for me I would recommend going there even if you lived out of state. Thanks again guys you will be getting many referrals from me.

After coming from Carmax dealer that was unwilling to move a dollar on the price, I visited Exotic Motors, and was greeted by a beautiful lady at the front desk which guided me to the showroom, The thing I loved about exotic motors was they had the same car BMW 535XI as CarMax but had a lower price which is always a good thing and was more willing to come down on price to help me with financing. I had a good time they were willing to work with what I had and give me a fair price on trade. General manager Rick was very friendly to all customers in the dealership and made sure everyone was taken care of. My sales person was Alan and is very friendly and even offered me lunch while my car was being washed. That kind of personal touch is very hard to find in dealership these days !!! I also bought the extended warranty which I found out was worth the price. Overall the staff was helpful and informative. I will buy from them Again NO PROBLEM.

Alan did an excellent job with us. This was my fourth dealership since Monday and at two others it was the old game-playing that insults the intelligence of any buyer who knows what hes doing. We had a bit of negotiating back and forth with Alan and his sales manager, but I think everything was done in good faith. And again, we really pleased with the deal we got. Was shopping for an Audi A8 online and came across exotic motors. I live nearby so I decided to go in person and check them out as they had an A8 in stock. Fortunately for me, I was greeted by Sal at the dealership who immediately recognized my needs and dove right into describing the A8 they had in stock. He was extremely knowledgeable on Audi's for a non-Audi dealer which surprised me but with all the information provided by Sal, who's complaining!! Sal made the car buying process a breeze, things were kept simple and they gave me a very fair price on the Lexus RX 350 trade-in. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Sal was great he answered all questions he even gave me his cell phone number in case I had a question after hours. Stephan handled the finance end of my purchase and he also was very kind and friendly. The reason I gave an "OK" for quality of work was because my car was to be detailed before picking it up yet I had to wait 3 1/2 hours and I feel the detail wasn't a very good job.

I called to check the condition on a car i had seen on cars.com and spoke with Tasho. He did an inspection for me on the car and called me back wothin a reasonable time. After getting a call back, everything seemed right about the car and the condition I was looking for so I went to the dealership last Saturday and the car was in exact condition as Tasho described. I'm now a very happy owner of a Mercedes. Everything about the process felt right and pleasing. Will be dealing with Exotic Motors in the future when it's time for an upgrade.

I purchased a Mercedes from Tasho. My experience at the dealership was great. Tasho was very knowledgeable about the different cars in stock, made great suggestions, was very honest and helpful. The whole process was easy breezy. Once Tasho & I picked the perfect car for me, the rest of the process was quick and excellent. Stephan, in their financing department did his magic and got me approved in minutes, very smart guy; knows exactly what he is doing. I appreciate their help and the whole staff. I could not be happier with the service and the car I chose. MINT condition, just like the photos on their web. I purchased a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Comp G from James that was in excellent condition. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, low-pressure and made the experience smooth from start to finish. There was a small issue with the hood actuators and a water leak coming into the dome lights from the roof antenna which the dealership kindly fixed for me when I brought it to James' attention. The non-functional hood actuators were noticed before purchase and were agreed to be addressed before papers were signed, but the dealership opted to fix the leak even though this was discovered the evening of purchase after it rained. This showed the level of customer service they were willing to offer to keep the customer happy, which I very much appreciated! I don't feel I got an out of the ordinary, exceptional deal on the vehicle based on Kelley Blue Book prices, but I feel that it was a FAIR price for the quality of the car, and James was fair during negotiations. I would definitely purchase a future vehicle from this dealership!

Is an Exelent place to buy your first car but poor service, i brought a car a week ago & already has oil leaking i called & all i got was a let us call you back & you have to pay for us to check your car .. But they never called back!!! Poor poor service other then that buying a car here is fast & easy..

IF I can help you avoid and keep you from making a terrible decision - well lets just say that's the least I could do here- NOBODY should ever have to deal with this!! I know that a lot of people are willing to review feedback to determine if they should do business with a company- I am always trying to support local business and this time around I actually ignored the consumer warnings- and man did I pay for it- Remember this - this is the largest purchase you will make other than a home or business - DO NOT deal with this crew ! This team of quick hire inexperienced and absolutely incapable of delivery honest service and their business model does not believe in long term success- they are in it for the quick margin - they sell it to you quickly at a cost that is usually well under the current book cost- they hook you with that and once the deal is done - they migh as well have vanished- they denied overlooking basic issues during the checkpoint and after the guaranteed their work in writing - the head gasket blew - they refused to repair what they said they did repair- even with the proof and litigation in near process, and a real mechanic opening up the motor and seeing gobs of fresh silicone, they still had the audacity to tell me that the did replace the head gasket and that was not the issue- they are not certified setup service shop - duct tape and hammer is the extent of their repairs- the only thing that sustains their business ( at this consumer feedback rate, soon to be short term) is their eBay service- they get non local customers to leave immediate feedback on arrival and its nearly impossible to retract- STAY AWAY !!!! They are adding destuction and great harm to the real hard working auto service and sales industry - its criminal and unethical- Do yourself a huge favor and save your precious time and $$. - I know I wish I did-

Did not buy, but was given a test drive, no questions or sales pressure. I know where both the buyer and seller come from, seller cannot give the cars away, and if the prices are low, they are low for a reason. Don't expect to get a car way below blue book value, and have it flawless and perfect, that's just wrong to even think that is possible - Those that think "I may get lucky." will be wasting their time. If you like chancing your luck then give these guys a chance for good low pressure sales. If you want gold for the price of peanuts, go buy new since new cars are flawless and have deep discount available. But if you are trying your game at premium auto and Chevy price, then do your home work, and if you don't know cars, get someone that does to help. Save some cash for repairs, all used cars need reconditioning to make them 'perfect' If you want a perfect auto look at cars near or above blue book, plain and simple. Happy Hunting.

We found a car on their website and negotiated the price over the phone since we were out of town. We then traveled down to buy the car. While test driving the car we noticed the car was pulling to the right and that the tire pressure light was on. The dealer Chris said oh it's just the tire alignment and putting pressure in the tire but that everything was good. So on arrival at the dealership the price was negotiated down to take care of the tire alignment since they don't do that at their dealership. We were also told that the pressure was addressed and that after 20 - 30 miles the tire pressure light should go off. So taking their word that the car was safe to travel back home with, we left. After we reached home, we took the car to our mechanic only to find out that the tire pressure sensor on the tire was broken and had to be replace. Also the front end needed work (ball joint), and the power steering was messed up (hose was leaking and pump damaged). All this work for close to $2000. Got back in touch with the dealership. We were given the run around. They have you on hold then send you to voice-mail. When they did answer and realized it was us calling, Chris was always with a client and will call back. Call backs did not happen without you bugging them. Anyways the conclusion from trying to get them to help after all their lies is the car was sold as is and is a used car so you should expect some wear and tear. The same ones they failed to disclose saying their technician didn't see anything. They were lying since the power steering pressure hose was wrapped and tied to slow down the leak. They are very dishonest and deserve what happens to them next. Do not buy any car from them and don't believe anything they say.

They had a year-old Volvo posted for about $3000 less than blue book which I went to look at. They claimed they listed the car low by mistake, but would still honor the price. The car was missing one of the keys, had a dent in the door, had the headlight warning on and the seats were filthy. They said they would take care of the door with paintless dent removal, get the key, and get a Volvo dealer to fix the headlight warning, and have the seats redyed. They said they got the key, but said the dealer couldn't clear the warning because a Xenon kit had been installed, and they wouldn't pay to have the dealer fix it. They then told me the only way they could fix the door dent was to send it to a body shop, and have the whole door repainted. This was not what I wanted I wanted since I was buying 1 year old car. They also told me the car came back off of a one year lease and I believed it the night I looked at the car, but no one would install a xenon kit if they were leasing the car. I went back and looked more carefully at the Carfax, and the car was privately owned---not a lease car. I stupidly gave them a deposit check for $1000 which they cashed the same night. I went back to get my deposit after I told them I didn want the car. They told me I have to pay $235 for the electronic key key which I said I do, and the handed me a check for $265. I told them I given them $1000, not $500 for the deposit, and when I gave them the check back they changed their story and said they couldn give my deposit back until the funds were deposited in their account (even though it had been 4 days since my check cleared). I feel bad about those people (I using the term loosely) getting the $1000, but I may have gotten off cheap---who knows what else was wrong with that car. I wish I been smart enough to read the feedback and the Better Business Bureau rating before I got involved with these guys. All the warning signs were there.

Be aware that they mis advertise their vehicles, went there 2 times thinking the 1st time was just a fluke but 2nd car I saw needed engine repairs and was dented, broken buttons inside the car, ripped seats, nothing what they advertise. Never going there again to waste my time. The cars are priced ridiculously hight for what they are too. GOOD LUCK.

I bought a Jaguar XKR online from them. Had it shipped to me. Radio antenna did not go up and down. Dealer had agreed to pay for coding of 2nd key. When I pressed to get the antenna motor paid for, they would not pay for coding unless I agreed to sign a do not pursue agreement for anything else including the antenna motor. Had to dispute Visa downpayment. Then they paid for the coding and later agreed to pay half of repair for antenna motor. Must have changed their mind since will not take a phone call from me since. I would never buy from them again.

I bought a lightly used Corvette Z06, my dream car, a couple years ago online form Exotic Motors. The staff was pleasant, the buying process was relatively smooth. I took a huge risk buying this car online without seeing it. Shipping took a bit longer than expected. The car arrived in good condition. there was minor damage to the front spoiler, which wasn't described but it is a common occurence with such low cars. Also, the tires were bald. That costed $2500 to replace. That also was not mentioned during the buying process. All in all, I bought the car at an excellent price, still a decent price with the cost of new tires. I didn't get any floor mats, owners manual, extra fob, or a manual key. That was annoying but should have also been mentioned. I would buy again from them if the price was right. I would ask about those types of issues and perhaps ask for a service report if I bought online from them again.
