I calledat 1:22pm made an appointment to test drive the Maserati.The person on the phone made an appointment for 7:15pm the same day.I drove a good ways to get there with my child to test drive this car.When I arrived the car was still inside the building on display. I told them I was there to test drive the maserati and I had an appointment. The person at the front desk told me to have a seat, which I waited in my car since my daughter was sleeping. Then they came out and told me that appointment's for the maserati are before 5pm.Which then i asked why was I told I could come at this time.Then they said they didn't have the key the manager did and he wasn't there.Well magically they found the key and let me sit in it, then I asked to drive it, and the manager told me that "cars like this you don't test drive, you know what you have and just buy".He also said "not even a maserati dealership lets people test drive the cars before they buy". I have brought a house, a boat, and many vehicles, and never had this issue before. I told the salesman and manager I have several freinds with higher end cars(lambos, gtrs, mercedes amg gt, ect...) and never heard of any of the crap they were telling me. So I contacted 2 of my friends that actually have a maserati (which one just bought a 2016 ghibli) and they said that's bull crap, and to go to a real maserati dealership, where they will let you test drive the vehicle. Maybe its because I'm younger looking and african amercian female(which doesn't make sense because the building location is in a majority african american area). Either way, after all the lies and games I would never have done business with this company, who knows what else was next. I forgot to mention, that they asked several times how do I plan to finance this vehicle.Lets just say me and my husband will be taking our money to a real dealership who wants to sell a car and let the person interested test drive it. I mean its a $50,000 car who wouldn't in their right mind test drive it before they buy it?

Walked in very excited, was treated well by the first representative, then got help from the manager which was the most unpleasant expierence Was inpatient, ready to go home, and did the bare minimum to put us in a car. Told us he'd give us a call in a couple hrs and never called.

Fasih was wonderful! When I walked in I was so discourage after waiting over 3 1/2 hours at another dealer and being told that we can not do a thing. But when I got here Fasih came up to me smiling and very pleasant. He said I can help you! It was a great experience
