I am writing about a 2014 Nissan Juke that I bought from Auto Express sales... We are from New York and my daughter wanted a nice car so we had her go on lines of the get one from a different state so it wasn't in bad condition and lower miles we found this cute little car I was told from the son of the dealer that there was 14 other people online for this car and that it was a mint condition he told me he rolled it off the back of a truck and it was in such good condition he didn't even have to clean it he said there was a small rip in the backseat but he was going to repair it we had the car shipped to us it was put into the driveway for my daughter we paid $7,000 for the vehicle told it was an excellent condition on arrival we open the doors there was cigarette holes in the seats that are in the back seat scratches all over the car things we couldn't see in the pictures that we looked online as the days went past we found at the car was in an accident of some kind on the driver side I went to replace the lights because the lights were not working the high beams and we found that we need to order the whole headlights so that cost $80, needed brand new tires because all four tires on the car we're not the same and they were worn down the engine light is on we have yet to discover how much that is going to cost I believe it is an $800 sensor we ordered tires they arrived we took the car to the dealer to we ordered tires they arrived we took the car to get the tires put on they put the car up on the left to find out it needed new brakes new rotors they were worn to the bare minimum and it needed a front tie rod my daughter walked out with $1,167 bill for that let's see the list goes on we check the fluids in the car no transmission fluid no window wash fluid this car is a complete mess I don't think they even looked at it..., Such a disappointment I've called the Sun and he actually accuse me of destroying the car when it was on my property I almost had to laugh in his face my daughter works hard to get that money to pay for this now she's working this much harder so she can actually drive her vehicle also I was told I need about another $800 in repairs still under the car from the tire place I'm waiting on an email and I will fill everybody in on this later when I have more information My belief about this company is they wanted to get rid of a car and they saw us and settled we won't have to see these people driving around where we live it'll be in New York so it won't be a problem well it is a problem yes the car was sold as is but I'll tell you something I'm wondering if these men can sleep at night knowing that people are driving their cars that don't even pass inspection it's very sad that the human race is turn this way I will pray for you and your family that you become a good person who deals with people and yes I have texted this man every single day since this car arrived at my house letting him and his son know what kind of car they sold to a 19 year old girl when I let them know this was her first vehicle and she had minimal money so it's important it was a good vehicle you would think they would have at least made sure it passed inspection My bottom line is don't buy a car from these people they are not trustworthy I'm sorry that I have to say that Thank you for your time Justine eisloeffel

Awesome deal on a 2018 Impreza. Cheaper than anyone in central Kentucky. The owner will help you out with any reasonable problems and very fair. He is extremely accommodating and reasonable. I would highly recommend.

The vehicle listing did not state it was completely covered with hail damage. The employee attempted to divert the customer's attention from the hail damage which completely covered the vehicle. Shady business practices. I wouldn't look at another vehicle on the lot due to the misrepresentation after driving an 1.5 hours to see the vehicle.

We were .looking for a reliable car for our college age son and could find nothing suitable in our target price range. They had an advertised "special" without power locks that we were interested in. They held the car and price while we drove down from Cincinnati. The car drove nicely and looked clean for the odometer miles shown. They provided a free Carfax report and gave us two business days to return the car for a full refund if after an inspection we found a major mechanical problem. The car checked out mechanically and everyone is happy. They were fair and straight forward with us. Thank you!
