Let me start off by saying, this was a no pressure sell from beginning to end. My salesman Mike Simpson was great. I did not go in to purchase a vehicle, I was just browsing. He answered every question I had. When we started talking numbers, that's where I had gotten burned in the past. When he talked numbers, the paperwork matched what he said. This is the first experienced I have ever had with a dealership that I honestly felt good with the whole transaction. I would highly recommend this Dealership to my friends, and definitely Mike Simpson. I looked forward to my next purchase. Thank you

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our new JEEP Wrangler from Expressway Jeep in Evansville! Our sales associate, Tim Brumitt, handled everything for us! We are living in Missouri and purchased our vehicle in Evansville and it was the easiest process! He handled everything over the phone, often times after 5:00pm, and really worked around our hectic schedule! Tim and his team also helped us secure financing and walked us through the process, as we are first time car buyers! We just showed up on a Saturday, signed some papers, and drove off! It was no hassle and we are so pleased with the experience!

My sales rep was very well versed in the model of truck that I wanted. His attention to my needs was fantastic. He walked me through all the various models and options and made sure I was completely satisfied. He has followed up with me twice to see if I am still pleased with the truck and its only been 7 days since I took delivery. The finance department was just as attentive and I felt that I got a very good deal during the entire process. I new going in what I would pay for a vehicle of this type and I actually paid less. Expressway obviously has their act together. Thanks to their entire staff for the attention that I received during the process.

The only thing stopping me from giving the highest score across the board was our long wait to get to financing to sign the papers that mattered. Over the people were great and I got the vehicle I wanted. Keep in mind I live near Nashville and made the troop to see them, I would do it again without hesitation!

I was looking for a nice used vehicle on cars.com and I found a Chevy Malibu that they had. I made an appointment with Tom Blosl to check it out. When I'd arrived, the photos did it no justice....it was a very nice ride! Much more than I had anticipated! The staff was very friendly with no pressure at all. Very pleasant buying experience. This is another visit for a repair on my 08 Patriot, with the Jeep extended warranty, Just returned from White Sands, NM. and had fault codes and was making noise in engine compartment. Expressway took the Jeep in at 1pm, and found it had a Alternator failing from a bearing failure, 140k + miles, they had one in stock and replaced it and checked out and cleared all fault codes before 3:30pm. I only had the deductible to pay, and was back on road very quick. Expressway's service is always quick and they have always had the parts in stock. Making it same day service! Salesman was knowledgable and willing to locate the vehicle in color and trim package that I wanted. Spent the majority of the day at the dealer when I really was just wanting a quote and looking at possible options. I did get a very good deal on the vehicle I purchased, just a very long process and was time time consuming. Also not overly impressed with the fact that the dealership didn't want to contact the finance company to find out the exact payoff on my old vehicle.

Have been having issues with Caravan shifting hard for a long time. Been in to this repair facility at least 4 times now for the same issue. They allegedly recently rebuilt the transmission, but the vehicle is still shifting hard and at times harder than before the alleged repair. Unsure if they actually perform what is on the paperwork considering the problem still exists. Have a case open with Dodge Corporation regarding this issue. Once this vehicle is fixed, we will not be back.

Some of the nicest people we have bought a car from in a long time!! Great prices. The only dissatisfied aspect of the whole process is allowing customers to wait while you're in your morning meetings. Overall great experience and will definitely be back in the future.

I had a medical issue that caused me to look mat trading my 2014 Dodge 4x4 for something I could get in and out of. I talked with Chris Lacefield and he worked with me to find something affordable and that would suit my needs. This process went on for about 3 hours and in the end I walked out with a new Dodge Caravan that is perfect for myself and my wife. Bought a used Honda Accord 2007. The online advertisement stated the car was a Honda Accord EX but when I signed the final papers they referred to the car as an LX, which has less extras than the EX.

I found this van online. Shortly after expressing interest in the van, someone from the dealership called to ask if I would like to set up an appointment for a test drive. I did so and shortly thereafter, Sean, our sales associate, called to confirm the appointment. We drove 100 miles to see the van. There was a bit of a mix up at first because the dealership pulled the wrong van. Once that was corrected, we test drove and bought the van that same day. Sean was professional, friendly, and helpful. Everyone at the dealership made the time there go very smoothly. We are very pleased with our purchase.

After some small confusion about the actual location of the vehicle I purchased, I was able to enjoy the purchasing experience at Expressway. My wife and I drove from Tennessee to Evansville, IN to look at and purchase a 2009 Mustang convertible we had seen on your website. We were treated very respectfully from the time we arrived until the time we left with the auto. They worked with us to keep us within our budget and I am very pleased with our purchase. We have bought two vehicles from the Expressway Group...one in Mt. Vernon, one in Evansville off the Lloyd. Our first purchase was a nightmare the whole way. Within one month of purchasing the vehicle, it was in the shop 3 times. We finally ended up trading the vehicle back to the Mt. Vernon location and upgraded to a better vehicle. At closing of the sale we were told that we would get tires and brakes at cost. When I went to redeem this "offer", I was informed to go to our local Raben Tire to look at tires and get cost estimates. Raben gave me a better deal than the dealership was going to give me. I ended up having to buy my own tires and put on my own brakes with the second vehicle. I tried contacting our sales person Justin and even management at the Mt. Vernon location with no response...needless to say I won't be using them again.

Drove a very long ways to deal with this establishment. Prior to this, a sales man and I spoke very in depth about there vehicle and my own to trade. After agreeing that it would be worth the drive to close a deal, I did so. What a huge mistake. After inspecting each other's vehicles I was told that my vehicle did not comply with emissions inspections in the state of Indiana which do not even exist. My issue was not their lack knowledge. That happens everywhere. My issue was that I wasted an entire saturday and 200$ in fuel, after speaking with the salesman the night before about all modifications. Extremely frustrating.
