When we decided which vehicle we wanted to buy, the process from start to finish was a breeze! Only working with Bill made the buying experience quick and stress free. This is our 4th vehicle we have purchased from Extreme Dodge.

I worked with Bill Vandam for my entire experience at Extreme Dodge and after visiting many other dealers I'd have to say he was by far the most welcoming and helpful person I interacted with. After telling him my wants/needs he went above and beyond to help get me into the vehicle I had hoped for. I will definitely be going back to Extreme Dodge in the future to work with Bill Vandam again.

Jeff Wilson did a great Job showing us all of our options and being very honest and friendly. He was patient with us and accommodating while we tried to fit looking at vehicles and purchasing one into our busy schedules! My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dealing with, Jarred Smith, on the purchase of a new Dodge Durango. By far, this was the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle (which we do every 2 years). Jarred was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. We never felt pressured and received sound input in our decision process. After we made our selection, he went above and beyond in getting us the best deal. I wanted a reliable car that could be driven year round, something that could handle these Michigan winters but was also good for road trips and just my average commuting. Terry Hardcastle did a great job at helping me pick out a car. She is very honest and knowledgeable and I appreciate that greatly. She let me weigh the decisions I was making and never pressured me into anything. She helped me figure out what I wanted and even helped me arrange financing. I will definitely reccomend Terry Hardcastle to my friends when they want look for a car. I chose a 2015 Jeep Patriot, It handles the roads like a champ and just in time for the snow storm we just got. I really put it to the test and I was very satisfied at how well it handled and its great on gas. Thank you Extreme Dodge and Thank you Terry Hardcastle, I will definitely come back in the future.

We recently purchased a 2015 Chrysler 300c from Extreme Dodge. We worked with Brian Pursley who could not have been more helpful. He is not a hard-sell salesman. He listened to us and asked questions until he learned what we had in mind. When this car came in to Extreme, he contacted us and offered to bring it to Kalamazoo for a test drive. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells and could answer all our questions. After we decided that this was the car we wanted, he proceeded to facilitate transferring our trade-in to Extreme, and assisted with the financing. All in all, we had a seamless and hassle-free experience with Extreme Dodge and Brian. We will return!

Bill Van Dam at Extreme Dodge once again knocked it out of the park, helping me find my new 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel!! I ordered it before they were even available, and he spent a ton of time finding out what the options were, and what was standard equipment. When it finally arrived, (I have never ordered a vehicle, and it seemed like forever) he contacted me right away! Thank you Bill for a wonderful experience. I love the truck!

Everyone is very friendly and remembers your name when you walk in. There are no high-pressure sales tactics. I have had very good experience with Neal Campbell as my salesperson. Everyone I have dealt with at this dealership has always been very helpful and you feel that they appreciate you as a customer or a potential customer.

I saw the advertisement from Extreme when my wife and I were looking at older versions of the updated versions of the Challengers. I did not care if it was a V6 or V8, just wanted a unique look and boy, did we find it at Extreme in Jackson. We drove from Farmington Hills, in a blizzard (actually lost control of our SUV, which we were to trade-in, on the long drive to Jackson and hit the guard rail--no damage--in reverse as we spun out on the highway), to view the 2012 Challenger and fell in love immediately. I purchased it the day we arrived on 2/14/2015 and even though it is a V6, I found it is turbo charged. It moves extremely quick--very, very happy. I was surprised that the vehicle only had 30K on it prior to purchase; however, the after-market additions are extraordinary. Plenty of Mopar details, with racing stripes and emblems--fantastic! As well as the vehicle, the customer service was fantastic--I highly, highly recommend Extreme. They really know how to treat a customer and deliver an exceptional product--well worth the trip!

The salespeople have always been friendly, they don't pressure, they make sure I am satisfied, they thoroughly explain everything and answer any questions or concerns, and they work with you through the whole process. Our purchase experience with your dealership was great. Our salesperson, Jarred Smith, was friendly, informative and very well-balanced. We knew what we were looking for and had done our research and appreciated that our salesperson did not try to up sell or pressure us into anything. We live about 2 hours away and our salesperson was prepared for us and the transaction went very smoothly. We also had our 4 year old in tow, which could have turned bad if the process wasn't organized or timely. :) But that was not the case. We would definitely return when we are ready to purchase our next Jeep.
