Jimmy was very helpful in answering my questions and even took the car to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection at my request, which I paid for. Having never bought a car this way before and considering the risks involved, I can only say good things about this dealer.

Contacted jimmy from faceautos on a whim because I was nonchalantly looking for a truck personal reasons. Jimmy contacted me pretty quickly informing the truck was still available. So off to faceautos I went. When I arrived jimmy was there to show me the truck. I came in with believing this was probably one those scumbag used car dealers. However... I was terribly mistaken. Jimmy was super awesome throughout the entire interaction. He was very transparent about the truck. As I came in thinking it wasn’t going to be a perfect 0 to 100 miles lot rollout vehicles. He never hid any flaw about the truck and that decided I wanted to buy this from this amazing man. If you want to buy a great priced vehicle. Where do you go? FACEAUTOS!!!

Be very aware of these people. Their web site is a generic site and there is no real customer facing organization. They also miss represent cars to a degree that is concerning. I called regarding a car I had seen on line and asked some questions. I asked if they could let me know "any" Imperfections as I would be driving all the way from Monterey. The guy named Jimmy on the phone said there were none. It took me two hours to get there and on arrival I called Jimmy. He stated that the keys are under the sun visor and to just go ahead and take the car for a drive. I thought it strange that no one came out to meet me or ask for my drivers license. On first inspections I could see a number of scrapes on the body work. I could almost live with these, is I took the car for a drive. After a short drive I could tell the car had multiple issues, some quite serious. I returned the car and called Jimmy, I started to tell him there were too many issues and he hung up the phone. I would say these are privateers buying cheap cars at auction and trying to turn them around with little work. They exhibit all of the bad traits of a questionable dealer.
