I had a great experience at Fair oaks Chantilly Chrysler Jeep dealer. When I think of buying a car has always been exciting experience but when it comes to selling not so much… I decided to sell my 2019 4Runner this morning so I send out the online price quotes. I got lots of text from car dealers than I got a phone call from Mr. West at Fair oaks Jeep, He explained how the process works and all I need to do is bring the car. I got to the dealership and I was greeted by Ms. Bonnie. I handed her the key and that was the end of it. I would like to thank David and Bonnie for going above and beyond to make this experience a great one. Thank you.

David Guevara was phenomenal! He was super friendly without being pushy and made the entire process very easy. He walked us through the process of ordering the car and kept us informed on the status of the car as it went through the build process. My favorite part was you could see how much he loved cars. It felt like he was as excited as we were when our perfect car came in! This was my husband's turn, but I definitely know who I'm going to when it's my turn for an upgrade.

What a great team! It’s always a pleasure seeing Margaret when I bring my SUV in for oil changes and tire rotation. She always have a kind word and a pleasant smile. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, please see Sean. I recently purchased another vehicle. Sean was exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted to purchase and I was able to use my vehicle at the time as a trade in. I will be remiss if Sony was not mentioned. Sony happily assisted with additional information when needed. Last, but certainly not least Bryant was able to make it all come together in the finance department. Great team! I greatly appreciate all the help I have received from my service advisor, Chuck. He is truly the best. He is so personable and caring. I considered taking my jeep to Koons to be serviced moving forward after purchasing my vehicle and due to a move, but Chuck has been so wonderful and I continue to bring my jeep to Fair Oaks because of him. He holds a true level of professionalism and truly cares about his customers. David Richards in service has also helped me and he is great and helpful as well. Overall, these two have been there to help me and I am very appreciative of it!
