It's always such a pleasure working with Sara on the Service Team. She makes scheduling easy, arranges for a ride if I need one, and notifies me when my car is done. She is friendly, knowledgable and always provides great customer service!

All the work was done very well. My only complaint was the time constraints. It would have been nice if I had been appraised of the progress on the work. I arrived at 1:50pm and never left until 4:20pm. I realize that putting two tires onto rims and then putting those back on the vehicle takes time, but it would have been nice had I been told how the work was progressing.

My advisor was great, very informative and upfront with the needs of my car. And seemed to honestly care about getting me out in a reasonable amount of time.

Absolute worst Dealership and unprofessional General Manager and Service Manager I have ever dealt with !!! Steer clear and go somewhere else. 2019 XT5 paint bubbling on hood had to argue with them for over two weeks to get them to cover it after multiple lies about how they needed to use a special app to send pics to Cadillac they finally agree to repaint hood sent it back to us worse than it was when they got the car. Sent email told them job was unacceptable set up a time to come and pick up car and no one shows up call them and Jason is not there and never set pickup. Set up new day for pickup ask them to be there by 9:00 am was assured no problem no show till 11:00 am ask Jason why his answer is I don’t know by this point I’m not happy at all and Jason hangs up “Great Service Manager”. They send car over to god knows who to repaint hood again and send it back to us a complete mess again. They tell me they are not going to do anything else for me “Great General Manager”. States I'm not being nice to his employees! I wonder how he would act if his wife needed to go to work and was left sitting there waiting to go to work not once but twice!!! And also buy a thirty five thousand dollar car and get the run around that we did. Thoroughly disgusted!!!! Had to file a claim with Cadillac and take vehicle to another Cadillac dealer located in CONCORD NH to have the car assessed and repaired properly putting an end to this ridiculous nightmare. Go to the Dealer in CONCORD NH THEY ARE FAR SUPERIOR AS FAR AS SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!!
