The knowledgeable salespeople and huge inventory really makes this dealership a “ no-brainer “ when I comes time to trade in or purchase a new to you vehicle. The salesman that assisted me , Jeremy Morgan was fantastic. His knowledge about the purchasing a vehicle was only matched by his seemingly endless knowledge about the features and performance of each vehicle I showed interest in. Helping me pick the vehicle that met all of my wants and even somethings I didn’t even know I wanted. I highly recommend talking with him when it is time for an upgrade.

When I came in shopping for a Tacoma, the salesman who met me, Jake, didn't look like a typical car salesman shark. He showed me what they had in stock. After test driving, Jake asked if I wanted to buy it. I told him I would think about it. Jake nonchalantly asked me to call him if I was interested. What a shock. He never asked for a phone number. 30 minutes later I was back in the office. Their price was lower than their competitors. When I got the numbers on the proposal there were no nonsense added fees. Jake had the paperwork finished in 15 minutes. What more can I say? A great price and exemplary service. I will recommend Fairway. Thank you, Jake!

Very helpful group of employees at Fairway Auto Center, They got the F250 ready and waiting for my arrival. They allowed me to test drive the truck and I was able to take my time and evaluate the vehicle. All of my questions were answered and the purchase process went very smooth.

I was interested in a car on thier lot and was contacted by email and text by a sales rep. We communicated by text prior to my trip to the dealership which made the actual meeting at the dealership go quickly and smoothly. I arrived at the dealership, was greeted by Michael took me to the vehicle we looked it over, took it for a quick ride, I owned the same vehicle just an older model so I was sure of the type car I wanted.Michael was professional, matter of fact and presented the best price/finance options without pressure or a bunch of fluff.Within an hour we had a deal sign sealed and delivered. I could not be more pleased with my experience and purchase. Everyone at the dealership from Michael to Jack to Darby were easy to deal with and surprisingly low key for car sales staff. I can't speak to everyone at the dealership but these three are great folks to deal with and buy from.

I have a 69 Ford F-100 Ranger that I am very particular with and Fairway is one of the very few places I trust to work on it and my other cars. I am a former air craft technician so I know a thing or two about cars and auto mechanics and this crew is one of the best around. I have called them to just get advice and they are very willing to help out. I have already recommended them to others and they too appreciate these technicians.

I called to get a price for an oil change and they were cheaper than the usual place I go. $45 dollars is a great price for an oil chance, multipoint inspection and car wash. I was even able to speak with a salesman about my next buy. The tech gave me info about some issues and the cost of repair or replacement. As a Ford Owner my confidence in this place is solid. I will be coming back with my wife's Explorer.

I always have an excellent experience here. Easiest car buying experience of my life. Literally from start to finish probably an hour and a half! Their service department is always helpful, and will check with you before you spend way too much. They even refer you to other companies who can save you money, before you spend too much here!

I have been a customer of Fairway's for nearly 8 years now. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and the experience was always great with absolutely no pressure. Wen my wife came in to purchase her car they treated her with respect and walked her through the process without pushing her to make a purchase until SHE was comfortable with it! They have serviced all if our vehicles for these 8 years and will continue to come here. We no longer live in Tyler but I continue to drive the 55 miles to bring my vehicles here for service because of the trust I have for their competency in repairs and their extremely excellent customer service! Mine and my husband's experience dealing with Fairway Ford in Tyler, Tx was amazing. They have to be the friendliest people in the world. Our Salesman, Robert was truly one of a kind. He not only got us in the truck of our dreams, he went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable. Our experience was comfortable and a "no-pressure" atmosphere. Robert was very courteous and funny. We feel like we have a friend for life after dealing with him, through the process. It is especially nice to know that since he has only been with Fairway Ford for one week, we were also his first sale. Thank you Robert for being so nice to us. Kudos on your 1st sale in your 1st week. Also, a special thanks to Jack the Store Manager for helping us with our trade-in and for handling the financing. They did a awesome job I sent my wife up there with are 2007 Tahoe that had just hit 100,000. Miles and they worked with me on all of it . Clay called me and discussed everything with me before they fixed or replaced anything and explained it in my Language . Not to mention the great coffe and snack Machines. Thanks agin guys
