Called Joe about six months ago when I needed to purchase a reliable used car for my elderly father who just needed a solid car to get him around. I saw good reviews online and found a car at a great price so I came out to see Joe & Guillermo and they were straightforward nice guys across the board. Family-owned and friendly place. Joe even programmed a remote key lock/alarm on the spot to make sure my dad had everything he needed. 2004 Pontiac Vibe (Toyota Engine) was my purchase from them and 6 months+ later, car continues to run great. If you're looking for a reliable used car, I highly recommend giving them a shot. Reliable cars at a fair price- makes sense why they named it "fair-way". Thanks again-

This has been the best auto shopping experience I have ever had. Joe, the owner & Guillermo, my salesman both went above & beyond in my purchase of a replacement car that had given me 300,000 plus miles, But finally rested in peace. They found me a exact replacement, same model, same color even with 60,000 miles & then fitted it out with new A/C & new tires. I flew in from St. Louis To Chicago, O'Hare to pick it up sight unseen. Joe had me picked up at the airport with my new car & threw me the keys to test ride. PERFECT VEHICLE ! Looked like new. They had detailed to almost a new car. Interior was nicer than a new car. He was a man of his word on price, NO SURPRISES. Except when it came to the paperwork, He removed $200. from the price for my plane ticket into town. Where was this guy when I was purchasing new cars in the past ? He understood I was retired & on a Soc. Security Fixed Income & He gave the best deal of my life. I spent hours after the sale just talking to these friendly guys that made me feel like a friend, Not just a customer. Could have spent the day, But had to start back to St. Louis. The next morning he called to see if all was fine & I got the deal he promised & I was happy with my new car. When I need a car, Fairway will be my first call. Professional, Excellent, Fair Dealing, Friendly, & Honest would be my review of Joe, Guillermo, & his mechanic in the back room at Fairway Auto. THANKS, Robert McDermott

Awesome place to do business with! I traveled over an hour hoping that this place was as advertised. I’m pleased to say it was well worth my trip. I’m So pleased with my purchase it’s been over a month now and I still keep telling friends and family if you need a car this is the place to go! Honest, friendly, great prices and the customer service was exceptional!

If you haven't stopped by Fairway Auto and sat down with one of their Excellent, Professional sales staff and told them what you want, then you haven't done the best thing for yourself in car shopping. QUALTY vehicles at VERY FAIR Prices. After you do a deal withFairway Auto, you can tell anyone you now have a good friend in the business. I couldn't imagine even going to any other dealership now after how wonderful and easy it was to purchase a vehicle from Fairway Auto.

I bought my second car from them in 2 years and the buying with them is fantastic. I found the car on line while working in China and going on the managers word I bought the car not seen or driven until day of sale. I will never buy a used from anywhere else.

My daughter paid cash for a vehicle and I was so impressed with the guys there, they were so patient, friendly, the process was so simple and they have a lot of cars for people on a budget, it is actually a good running car for the miles, I will be returning to get another vehicle from fairways this week.

I searched online for a 2002 Kia Sedona and found one that was priced well below the average price. I called and was given full disclosure about the vehicle without having to ask. I was given exact directions on how to get there better than a GPS considering I was coming from Indiana. Once there we were never ever pressured and the staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. I was even given a new battery. I will definitely be back next time I want a well priced and reliable vehicle. Not your everyday car dealership, in and out with title in hand in less than 30 min. Highly Recommend.

I bought a 23 year used car from this facility and it is in excellent condition for the year. After carefully inspecting this vehicle I let them know it needed a muffler and they took care of that and I bought the car.

I bought my Chevy z71 there, and I couldn't have a better experience. Genuine and honest and that's not a usual thing in the used car business. I didn't have a problem at all and I love it!! Very fair and easy to work with, for the people that had a bad experience, I don't know why. I had no problem and would recommend them to go there without a doubt!!! Check them out!

Just bought a car from these guys. They were upfront honest and fair. They sold me the car for less than advertised right up front without me even asking. But when I asked to go lower they wouldn't go any lower.. The deals are cash upfront so they don't negotiate much. That being said the prices are set low to sell cars. They are friendly and good guys to work with. I put a 3 for repair because they don't have a shop there to fix minor issues that might be found. Over all these guys were great to buy a car from and I would, and will deal with them again.
