I’ve purchased quite a few cars ranging from quite a few places. This was by far the best car buying experience. Joe was fantastic, there is no pressure when buying from Fairway auto. They are very honest and cut right to the point. I highly recommend buying a truck from there.

Bought 20k vehicle from them. They seemed nice in the beginning, we even bought them supper just for staying late to complete our purchase. However, their “generosity” is a farce. Barely owned the vehicle two months a and have already dumped 2 grand into repairs. It left us stranded on the interstate and had to be towed as well, adding to the continuing costs. When we contacted them about the issues, they basically said good luck with that. They removed our review from their FB page, I assume to keep their “ratings” up. They removed our purchase picture from their page as well. We had mentioned wanting to go look at another explorer before committing to theirs, the other one had a turbo. They then went on to explain how they would never sell one with a turbo due to the potential issues they are “known” for, stating they were committed to offering only solid reliable vehicles, families helping families. Two weeks later, they were selling an explorer with a turbo on their lot. These people will take you for everything and lie in the process. You may get lucky and get a vehicle with no issues, but for 20-30k I would not suggest taking the risk. They very much depend on Missouri’s lack of having a lemon law on used vehicles. Had they been in any other state, they would not be in business.

Had a great experience buying my Jeep from here. They were super helpful and took care of everything I could have wanted! Would highly recommend checking them out for your next vehicle purchase. Chris was a great salesman, no pushy sales pitch, just allowed the quality vehicle to speak for itself. Do yourself a favor and take a look at their lot if you're looking to buy👍

Couldn’t say enough good things about Fairway Auto Sales! Joe the owner and his son Chris were awesome from the very start to the final signature. I’ve had my fair share of bad dealership experiences, Fairway was the complete opposite. They go out of their way to video, picture, send more information and answers all questions quickly. Joe replied at 9:30pm to discuss a vehicle that I had just inquired about. This place is a definite must, we drove two hours and don’t have a single complaint! Will definitely be returning when my husband chooses to trade in his truck! Amazing customer service and such a wide variety to choose from!
