What a great purchase. This was my second stop at the dealership, first time under the new management , what a difference. I did not like the first time at all, however what a change. I had to change one of my wheels because of an accident I had a few months back. Recently, I got an oil change and tire rotation done here. Or at least I thought I was getting the tire rotation, considering they charged me for it. I was checking something on my car a couple days ago, and realized that the tires had not actually been rotated because my new one was still exactly where it was when I had repairs done after the accident. I was also treated very rudely by what appeared to be a new technician when I was there for service. I had been going there since 2010 but I think I'm going to stop now.

Purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer XLT. Earl Jones, the Internet Sales Manager made the buying process effortless. I am disabled and needed a vehicle that I can get in and out of easily. We came up with the Explorer with running boards.When the papers had to be signed, Jim, the Finance Manager came to Earl's offices so that I would not have to travel to his office.After the sale, Earl conducted a very thorough run through of the features and systems. I Have dealt with Fairway Ford for over 18 years. They have always been above board in their dealings, provided very fair pricing and outstanding service.

We were camping when the starter on our 2007 F150 started acting up. We called Fairway Ford and explained our situation. They told us to bring it in the next day and they would expedite the repairs. We were taken to and from our campground by their courtesy car. The service personnel were very professional and bent over backwards to get us in and out quickly.

I knew more about the most recent Fords that the sales people did. They told me if I ordered an F-150 Limited I wouldn't have it for 10+ months...but every other dealer I spoke with said 8-10 weeks. I don't think they're up to date.

We purchased my wife a 2014 escape on December 23 2014 from Jimmy Himes and the experience was one of the best. So last week we went in and traded her 2014 escape for a 2016 at fairway .then I was so happy with there service and what are salesman was able to do for us I went back 2 days later and traded my 2014 dodge dart in on a 2016 ford escape.we will be back to buy more from this dealership.

Brought car in for repair. So surprised with customer service and care of an older vehicle. Will return for future repair/service. Few months later needed new car for other vehicle. I bought an 08 Focus SES off of Rodney a few years ago. I went to all of the other dealerships and no one wanted to take an 18 year old at the time seriously. With that being said, I went to fairway and was treated fairly, and ended up buying the car the same day. Car turned out to be a money pit with three doors that won't close without duct tape, a couple years later, but that was in no way the dealerships fault. They always accommodated my car and honored all promises. I plan on doing business with them in the next few weeks for a newer vehicle, that ford hopefully built a little better.

I purchased a used car from Fairway Ford last week. I liked the salesman that helped me with the purchase, Phil Snyder. He was friendly and helpful. I put a down payment on the car and returned the next evening to pay the balance. Phil said he would have the car washed and looking good for me, but I told him he didn't need to do that. But they had and the car was looking very nice. I drove it home and checked the oil the next morning and found the oil was only reading on the very tip of the dipstick and it was 2 whole quarts low.Today I received a letter from Fairway Ford thanking me for my purchase and telling me to let them know if I have any questions or concerns, so I called. I couldn't reach my salesman, so they put me through to the sales dept. I told the man that I spoke with about the situation that I found with the low oil and he told me they don't even lift the hood on these cars that they get on trade, and besides I knew when I purchased the car that it was an as-is deal. I would have certainly preferred that they put a quart of oil in the car than washing an waxing it. The person I spoke with in the sales dept. was not rude,but very matter-of-fact in his way of speaking and didn't seem to be concerned with my dissatisfaction with this policy. The letter was asking me to express my concerns and I absolutely felt that I was wasting my time. So buyers make sure you check the oil before you drive your purchase home.

I was in service with the F-150 that I bought there a few years ago. I am always treated fairly and with respect at Fairway Ford's Service Department. While I was there, I looked at a certified used Ford Edge that I thought my wife might like.\A salesman, Robbie, took me for a ride while I was waiting on my truck to be washed. I really liked the Edge, so I called my wife and we made plans to come back later that day together. My wife loved the Edge and the price they offered on her trade in, was more than we ever expected. Well, that went so good and we were so happy, I ended up buying a new F-150 for 25% off while we were there. I don't know how they sell new trucks so cheap, but it worked out for me! I left with a lower payment on my new truck than my old one. We love Fairway Ford. Thank you!!

After seeing a car on Cars.com that I was interested in for my son, we called the dealership and were connected with Patrick, a member of the sales staff. He was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions and this friendly service continued after we drove four hours to inspect the car. The negotiating and buying process went smoothly and within two hours time were on our way home with the newly purchased car. Patrick was honest and told us before we even agreed to come look at the car that the brakes needed work and that it was being sold as-is. Found a car posted on Cars.com that I was interested in, so I decided to email the dealership. Jeff contacted me within 30 minutes on a Thursday. Had me submit a credit application and trade appraisal online on Friday and then went up Saturday morning to get the car. Was at the dealership for about an hour. Everyone was very nice and professional. Best part of the whole experience was the deal I received on the car. Got a fully loaded Focus ST with every option for below the msrp of a bare bones base model. Will certainly start here when it comes time to purchase my next car.

I was interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee that the dealership had for sale on-line at cars.com. I sent an email requesting a return email to see if the car was still for sale, this was on Wednesday. Nothing the next day. I then went to their website and submitted an email there requesting the same info, on Thursday, still no response. I was going to drive 90 miles to the dealership on Saturday to look at the car and did one final check for an email before I left and saw that the car had been sold already. That email came to me ay 8:30 pm. on Friday night. I thought a faster reply was in order, especially by internet sales.

We've been looking for a vehicle for some time; we saw the advertised prices of new Ford vehicles here (trucks) and thought, not much more than used ones....why not? Well; we learned that there are "conditions" to the prices they advertise. Example: The prices you see here today, require you use Ford financing... this is over 6%! You can go to any local bank and get half that or better. If you choose to seek normal finance rates, they change the price by at least $1000! I cannot believe the Attorney General hasn't heard of this, because you just don't see these business practices in use much these days. They will be quick to tell you how great they are, how many trucks they sell and what a giant favor they are doing for you by selling you a truck....don't believe it! Thanks, Jason

Usually car buying experiences are horrible & stressful. Fairway Ford was not like that. It was a good experience. I think the main key to no stress buying is to do your homework on the computer before going. We knew what we wanted before we got there. We love our new to us, 2011 Ford F250.

Dealer will not certify paperwork for out of town purchase. Will not accept cashier check by FedEx. Makes you wonder why you would drive any distance with no guarantee.
