This dealership was the only place that had a track pack Mustang that wasn't screwed up (other dealerships lowered them, but nasty wheels on them, etc. Effectively ruining the purpose of the track pack). We spoke with Chris Rosco and he was so pleasant and nice. He told us what he can do, without pressure. We left and came back a few days later to trade in my Fiesta for the Mustang! It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had!! And the trade in was very fair, so I was a happy camper. So I came back a week later and was going to special order an Explorer, and they were able to do a dealer trade for the exact options I wanted! So we came back a few days later and picked up the Explorer too, and again, it was so easy. Elliott Fleener is also quiet a treat as he was able to help out with pricing and the dealer trade, and Brett Landfield was so smooth in the finance office, it was all so easy. I am just so beyond happy that I found a pressure-free dealership that understands that people want specific options, not just to be pushed into buying something else for a crappy price. I have dealt with Ken Grody in the past, and that is how I felt, they couldn't understand why I wanted the specific options I wanted, so they tried to pressure me into something else that was easier for them. But now I have my dealership of choice, and considering all of my friends are also Ford fans, we will be definitely recommend them!!!! THANK YOU FAIRWAY FORD!!!

I was introduced to Toreno in 2009 which was my first Ford Truck and first Ford purchase since 1979 and I can tell you "79" was not a good year for my Ford! It took a lot for me to make the switch from Chevy Trucks to Ford but glad I did!! Toreno has made each purchase smooth as silk, thank you!

After a lot of research and speaking with several dealerships I decided to purchase from Fairway Ford since they met my terms and then some. Don't be fooled by the BIG ads that you see in the OC Register from other local dealers. I went to see those guys and was really disappointed. Chris and Elliot made me feel that my business was important to them. They made it easy to select Fairway Ford as the dealership I wanted to purchase from. The dealership gave us a fair price on our trade in. They could see it was in perfect condition with low mileage and did not try to low ball us. We feel we were treated very well. This is our first Ford as we've always had Chevys, so we didn't know anyone at this dealer to start with & we are impressed!!

Just purchased a Ford Fusion and the car and purchasing experience were excellent with Mr. Winn. We obtained the car my son desired with one extra option from that requested, so the final price was close to what was expected when the car was obtained through a trade. Hopefully, we'll still find the black gloss rims my son still desires.

Just recently bought my daughter a new Ford Escape. I began looking at this model at the end of December and finally just made the purchase. During this time, Chris, my sales person, was very good at keeping in touch with me as well as looking for the specific features I was looking for in the car. I went in on the last day of March and they were very anxious to sell me a car and supported that by providing me a very fair price. I told them I had a half hour to make the deal due to an appt. and they all made it happen from Chris and Steve on the sales side to Elliott in working up the deal to Brett the Finance Manager getting all the paperwork signed and out the door with time to spare. Very good experience working with the entire team.

Fairway Ford is a small and personal dealership. It's family owned and everyone there is friendly. We felt great working with them to buy a Certified Used car. We were over miles on our previous lease and needed to get into a new car quickly. After speaking with several other dealerships, it seemed like it was going to cost us a lot of money to trade it in. But the staff at Fairway Ford were able to work their magic and offered us a great deal to unload my old lease and get into a new lease on a Ford Flex with comfortable payments. Thank you to everyone there, especially Tim White and Trent White who were patient with us (and our children) while deciding on the car. I spoke to Russell on the phone, told him what I was looking for in a car, he called me back within a few hours on a certified pre owned car. I stopped by to look at it, they were so easy to work with I drove off with a new car just a few hours later. I would defiantly recommend this dealer, they were the friendliest and easiest dealership and best car buying experience yet!

From the first day we purchase our new 2012 Ford Explore in 2011 we loved the service we got and price with very friendly people that were their to help you work out a deal and walk out with the car you loved with price you could afford. We brought our 19 year old son on Saturday, Nov 2, 2013 to buy him his first used car and we found a 2005 Ford Ranger that was in great conditions and in our price range. The sales man worked with us to be able to help us get the payment as low as possible since this was going to be his first car and was going to make his own payments. We walked out of the dealer with the 2005 Ford Ranger and one happy son. They have the best staff.I would recommend Fairway Ford of Placentia to all my friend and family. Our first interaction with Toreno was by email in regards to purchasing a new Taurus 2013 and to be able to keep our payments around what we were currently paying. I thought it was going to be an impossible feat but Toreno was great in helping us make it work. My husband and I came in and sat down with Toreno in the internet sales department and looked for an available 2013 Taurus on all the other Ford lots since Fairway did not have the car on their lot that we wanted to purchase. Toreno searched on the computer and found a Taurus SEL in Van Nuys and said he could bring the car to Fairway. The car was brought to the dealership and was beautiful. We made the purchase through Toreno Winn and we thought he was great. He kept in touch with us over the weekend to keep us updated on the car and made the purchase go very smooth with all the paperwork. He was very understanding of our financial needs and fully explained everything. This was our first internet sales purchase and I would definately do it again. Thank you Fairway Ford for having sales people like Toreno who are very understanding & don't put pressure on their customers to buy a car that they don't want. This is my 4th car that I have boughten at Fairway Ford and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My first contact with FAIRWAY FORD was an internet return phone call from salesman Chris Rosco. He was professional, friendly, straight-forward & direct which was a welcome change from the frustration of hours of run-around I was experiencing from other Ford dealership salesmen. Within two phone calls & one hour, we had a verbal agreement. A set out-the-door price for a 2011 Ford Edge Sport. Because of a prior commitment, Mr. Rosco was not available the next day when I came in to complete my sale. His partner Todd Campbellwas equally professional & demonstrated appreciable people skills under pressure in dealing with the difficulties of a short-staffed detail crew & construction all around their facility that slowed efficiency. I also want to say THANKS to "BUBBLES" Tintman Michael for not only doing a great job on tinting my windows but making room for me on his already over-flowing schedule. The GLUEMAN of my FAIRWAY FORD experience however was Doug Money. He was the most accessible, professional, friendly & productive employee there. Mr. Money followed thru on all his promises & his word was gold. I personally felt like Mr. Money had the entire dealership working to satisfy me-his #1 customer. As ridiculous as that sounds, that is how he treated me & my every request. Santa Margarita Ford is 3.1 miles away from my house. Tuttle Click Ford is 6.7 miles away. There are more than ten Ford dealerships closerto me than FAIRWAY FORD. However, because of the overall treatment of everyone I dealt with at FAIRWAY FORD, I AM NOW A MEMBER OF THE FAIRWAY FORD FAMILY. That means more than miles & convenience. No hassle, he worked with my budget, and I was able to get a brand new Ford. Process was descriptive, comfortable, and easy. No BS. They welcome their customers, offering food & drinks, and then do their absolute best to get you the car you need. Thanks Ford, and thanks Trent White! You guys are awesome!

The service department cannot seem to get it right..I took my vehicle in 6 times for the same problem over a period of 2 1/2 months. The dealer kept saying it was one thing and would not listen to me (a customer who knows nothing about cars, or at least that is the way they make you feel) as to my suggestions as to the problem. Well after having to spend $2500 at the recommendation of the service dept to fix the problem, it turned out to not fix the issues. When I kept bringing it back in and had a technician go for a ride with me, they started to listen... Gee, it turned out that I was right about the problem causes and could have been done with and out of their hair some time ago..Now the dealer will not reimburse me for the money I had to put out with the ineptitude of the service. Do NOT USE Fairway Ford in Placentia, CA.
