Pros: Honda Pilot Touring 2021 is a good car. We like the quality and decent service. Cons: 1) they pulled our credit scores too many times causing tremendous drop of our joint scores due to hard inquiries, 2) they did not fill up gas tank as promised, 3) they also said their finance would give us a better rate but our original draft from Navy Federal is actually better. Overall: not very satisfied. It’s a rough business strategy they have not being transparent and promising things they cannot fulfill. We would not come back.

I have been in the Automobile industry for over 30 years. I was looking for a suitable replacement for a vehicle my daughter totaled. I would obviously get her one from my own dealership. However, we do not sell many Auto's mainly SUV and pickups. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this dealership for my own family. Thanks Mike and your team for all your assistance.

I have purchased many cars from many dealerships in the past, but Family Kia stands far above the rest in service, integrity, and more The price I saw on the internet, that's what I paid when I got there. Our salesman Jimmy was honest and courteous. Johnny, the finance manager was great and was able to get us a rate far better than we expected. The dealership has won top awards for customer service. I know now why.

I would avoid this dealership. I have never owned a KIA before and inquired about ordering a 2022 Telluride. I was told that there is a markup on the vehicle from $5K-$15K. I understand that it's a popular SUV but I think that is just taking advantage of people and bad business. You would think they would be interested in earning business from a 1st time KIA customer but apparently not.

Family Kia is a great place to buy that family car they was very helpful on getting me the best deal. Charles was my salesmen he was great about picking the right one out in my price range. But he finally got me the deal I wanted!! Robert help me roll right through the paper work knowing that I was there already to long. He made everything at that point easy and fast. Then Jason financial manager called me Monday offering me a better deal I was shocked you really never here that from any of the dealers. They are really good people at family Kia go see Charles to buy a car and ole Robert going to help you fly through that paper work. Thanks Family Kia
