I was in the market looking for a luxury vehicle, due to my car being totaled. I wasn't sure what I wanted, so I started looking around and stumbled across Fantasy Auto Sales. They has a black 06 Lexus GS300 that I fell in love with. Came in and they got me preapproved with Chase Auto Finance. Will recommend them to all of my friends and co-workers.

These people deal with higher-end cars with reasonable mileage. The thing that impressed me was that the cars were in really good shape, aesthetically and mechanically. The lower-priced ones show wear, of course, but for the price you get a really good deal on a car brand you thought you could never afford. They also have some like-new cars there, too, for a bit more. Do your homework before you buy any used luxury car. They're expensive to maintain and can be quirky about missed maintenance. It's just the nature of the beast. I think Fantasy Auto does their best to make sure the cars are in good shape, but they can't know every little thing the previous owners did to the cars. Remember, they sell USED cars. The cars I drove had good engines, good brakes, and good tires. The alignment and balancing was good, too. A lot of times these things get neglected and are a sign of worse things to come. The sales people are down to earth. No pressure--just a desire to help you get into a car that others will envy. Fred is the one I dealt with the most, and he's professional and hospitable. Can't go wrong. The other sales people chatted with me while Fred was busy, and they seemed just as level-headed. The finance person doesn't throw on an extra $1,500 to the price of the car just because you want to finance the car like other sleazy places. The price you see on the windshield is pretty much what you'll pay, either with cash or with financing (plus tax, title, and license, of course). They themselves don't finance the cars, but they work with multiple lenders to get you the best monthly payments. I will definitely keep these guys in mind in the future, and hopefully, I'll have the privilege of sending people there through referrals. Finding a good used-car dealer is a rare find. My partner and I flew into phoenix looking for a Mercedes. I'm so glad we stubbled upon fantasy auto sales. The whole car buying experience went really smooth, you never know what to expect when pulling into to a used car dealer. Let's face it, buying a used car is stressful, so many variables. The guys at FAS, were really laid back, and easy going, I didn't feel pressured at all. If your looking for a European luxury car I'd definitely come here first. We got a great price and a great car. After looking locally for six months for a Toyota Sequoia my wife and I were frustrated that we'd never find what we were looking for. I somehow stumbled onto cars.com and found our dream car offered through Fantasy Auto. I was a bit nervous to purchase a car nearly a thousand miles away that I'd never test driven but Mark was great to work with throughout the entire process. He worked in a very professional and efficient manner and best of all was never pushy in any way. Fred assisted in the shipping arrangements and got my new car to me in two days when I was expecting it to take at least a week. The car is in absolute MINT condition and was literally thousands less than anything I'd searched for within 200 miles locally. I could not be any happier with my buying process, and can't thank Mark and Fred enough for exceeding all of my expectations!

Fantasy Auto Sales 5 STARS On line shopping for a corvette, fantasy's "Magnetic Red Metalic Vette" fit my guide lines.Fred Nelson hooked me up, he said I'll get you the keys and a plate, your going SOLO! On the return Mark BaBa"DJ"hanvo, said take it and pick up your wife! Cathie"s first impression "WOW!". So I was half way home.The vette had some items that needed to be taken care of. CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mark stated that all my concerns will be taken care of and he wasn't kidding ! Professional, friendly, no pressure sales, knowedgable about mechanics and finances and delivered on all points! SOLD! I drove off into the sunset with a big smile on my face that evening at about120 MPH, smooth as silk. I should tell you that I have been driving past"Fantasy Auto Sales" for the past 15 years, what a mistake! Thank You Fred and Mark!

I spent months looking for an nicely used Infiniti QX56 and saw a nice one at Fantasy Auto Sales. And let me just say...when I arrived and saw it I was very impressed. This vehicle was like new, it ran great, looked great, some of the items in the rear storage was still unopened and in its original plastic wrapper. All the manuals and keys came with the vehicle...it was truly a quality used vehicle. I bought a car from Fantasy Auto in the past and they never stop amazing me. They are professional, their vehicles are of great quality and condition and both Daniel and Fred are professional and fair to work with. And even a week later, when I found a issue with my Infiniti Daniel took care of it without hesitation. In a world full of shady used car dealers, these guys are First Class! I would never go any where else...their 5 star ratings and my own experience twice has proven they are first rate.

Fred Nelson and Daniel were especially helpful. The lot has many nice cars to choose from for the discerning tastes of their potential customers. The fact that they perform a 50 point mechanical check and clear all autos of emissions prior to placing them on their lot is extremely helpful and provides the consumer with piece of mind. I had just come from another lot where I had a terrible experience and the folks at Fantasy Auto Sales proved themselves to be different fro most others in their profession and easy to work with. They were low pressure while being informative concerning the cars and the financing aspects of purchasing. I would recommend their lot to anyone looking for a sound, pre-owned performance automobile.

My first time buying at Fantasy Auto and my expectations were exceeded ...they certainly earned a "customer for life" as I will be checking back with this dealership for future car purchases! Fred initially helped me out and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Daniel, their Finance Manager, was as good as they get, helped close the deal and expedited all of the paperwork for a smooth and pleasant transaction. Finally, when it came time to come and sign docs and pick up my vehicle, I didn't have another driver to take me back home. Arsen, the company's Owner, as a courtesy drove to my place and picked me up in his personal vehicle to help me get back to the dealership when my car was ready. Talk about fantastic customer service!

Although the car was used, It Really looked "brand new"! I was really surprised to find a car that looks this good with no problems and fully loaded for the price I paid. Daniel is great. My son, daughter, wife and myself have all purchased vehicles from Fantasy Auto Sales. We purchased a lexus that the transmission turned out to be bad after 7 months and they covered 50% of the cost and found a replacement with 6 month additional warranty. I will be using them again when time to get another vehicle.

We searched for a perfect Mercedes C230 in Southern California. We couldn't find what we wanted. Fantasy Auto has it what we've been looking for!! Low miles, white paint and ash-color interior. I recently purchased a vehicle from Fantasy Auto, I flew in from New Orleans La. They picked me up from the hotel, I was picked up by Mark and we had a good conversation, then we arrived at the dealer and I was introduced to Daniel and Fred who I had talked to over the phone , finally putting a face with a name. Then I went on a test drive with Daniel and the car was fine. So we finished up the paper work , and I was on my way back to New Orleans (1589 miles away). The car drove like a champ had no problems what so ever. I would do business with them again. Thank you for the car buying experience.

I saw my dream car online and sent an interest email through cars.com. Fantasy made buying a car hundreds miles away a breeze. Daniel from finance was great guiding me through paperwork and very prompt. I had my car within a week granted car was ship to my state. One thing I like about Fantasy dealership was their customer service. My questions and concerns were addressed promptly. When I got my car it was like a first date. This family owned dealership went "Above and Beyond". They were professional, pressure free and negotiated a fair price. I casually test drove 2 BMWs, took the time to check over each car while they answered any questions. When i pointed out a minor issue...they immediately fixed it.Within an hour I had a deal, financing and they even drove the car 45 minutes to my place because i did not bring a second driver. All this happened on a Friday prior to closing....I consider that above and beyond customer service.I love my new Roadster! It looks and runs great and I recommend Fantasy to those looking for a fair used car dealership.

Drove 3 hours from Fort Huachuca to get the car I wanted. Well worth the drive. Prices are unbeatable, and I looked out pretty far. They have a relatively high end inventory. The guys there were very helpful and pretty cool throughout the process. I test drove the vehicle, and there was an issue with the rotors. The car was shaking going down the Interstate. Came back and told them, they fixed it right then. Dont let the ghetto looking fence and trailer scare you away. This is a good place. Pro s Very friendly and helpful people. Best prices, possibly in all of Arizona. Con s Not very good at detailing their cars, there was still some grunge in cracks and crevices, but for the money you save do it yourself. They dont fill up the tank for you when you buy there. Its been 3 months, no issues with the car
