This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was professional and personable with great disposition and demeanor. Easy, simple and quick negotiation on price and the Finance manager was thorough and super easy to work with. I got everything I asked for and all the terms and conditions I wanted for a fair price. No hard sell. Just good people. I would definitely do business there again. Omar the salesman and Jesse the Finance Manager were just super. Just an overall unexpected great experience. Everyone should have their car buying experience be this simple and even a little fun!

All the information I needed for my trade-in, the final payment for the new car, our appointment to get the car all happened in a very small amount of time. I guess you can buy a Jeep anywhere they sell Jeeps, but if you want to buy a Jeep and have it be a good experience, be treated in a professional manner, and do all that in a reasonable amount of time, then go to Farrish. These guys are on it, they know the business of car sales, customer engagement, and doing what it takes to make a deal. I’m a fan of the dealership for life. Fefe was my sales professional, and Mike (sorry Mike I forgot your last name and I left your card at home) was the finance agent. It was a great experience, no “buyers remorse” because I got the Jeep I wanted! If you’re considering a Jeep (or anything else they sell) I’d say go there and find out what it’s like to get 5-star treatment. Just bought a Jeep Gladiator Mojave, if it’s possible, I was once again treated to an excellent sales process and work with a professional sales team. I love this dealership, if you want a Jeep go to Farrish, if you don’t want a Jeep, go to Farrish anyway! You’ll be treated like family. 5 Stars!!!

We couldn't have had a better experience buying a car then what we did with this dealership. Mark Jones was our salesman and he was AWESOME!!! He went above and beyond taking extra pictures and giving us all the information that he possibly could before we made the almost 3 hour drive to see the vehicle. If you're thinking of going there to buy definitely don't think twice. If you can get with Mark you're gonna get great service!!! I can't speak for all the salesmen but everyone that we talked to while we were there were very professional and nice and we never felt any pressure to make a decision which goes a long way with us! We would definitely recommend them!

Was looking for a used Ford, and found the one I was looking for here! :-) Curtis was great in letting me test drive the 2002 Ford Focus ZTS, and I fell in love with it! Had to do a lot of paperwork since I was paying for it outright, and then Alex over in Finance was great as well! After a couple of hours of paperwork and getting the insurance for the car, I was able to drive off the lot with the car! It was a long a painless experience, and I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used car.

I was looking for a good quality low cost car to replace one that died. Most of the vehicles I checked out looked great on the listing but were disappointing when test driven. Most of the sellers I visited were small independent lots with some dubious reputations and sketchy attitudes. This was a legit dealership with great staff. Low pressure sales and I got a quality used car in great condition at a good price.

My fiance and I made our first car purchase yesterday at Farrish Used Cars. The staff at the dealership made the entire experience so easy and FUN! They were patient with us, let us test drive all the vehicles we wanted and took the time to show us all the features. The staff was extremely professional, yet so fun to work with! They helped us understand everything from our warranty, to how to service the vehicle, to the best ways to finance the car. We had been to a few dealerships before looking at other vehicles, but the service at Farrish was BY FAR the best! I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for either new or used cars. Leased a car from these guys in 2012, which was great, the salesman was really easy to work with. However, since then, the people who check your car in and, most recently, someone from accounting, have been extremely rude. In the most recent example, I inquired about getting a copy of my title to transfer my registration to a different state. After the woman in the Title Department was unable to get my a copy, I asked if anyone else could help me and was transferred to the accounting department. I was very rudely told that I needed to contact the lien-holder, Ally. They are great on the front end, but have terrible support staff.

We started searching for crossovers and I was talking to a really helpful dealer. Then, my husband was calling around on price quotes for a used minivan (when we decided that's what we wanted). He ended up talking to a different but also extraordinary helpful sales person. The car he was asking about had been sold but another came in with less miles on it and more options and we told them how much we had to spend. The guy just gave us our price over the phone! We came in to look at it later that day after it went through their inspection. Bought the car. It was perfect! Super happy with Farrish! I only feel bad that my original guy didn't close the deal b/c my husband and I were working independently of each other in our search.

After buying a Dodge Challenger from Farrish, I discovered it was delivered to me with hairline fractures in the taillight that were extensive. That should never happen in today's market. You will not see that with a Honda. The car I drove from WV to see was on a test drive and would be back in a few minutes, it returned an hour later. That was no test drive. Someone was using it. I asked for mudflats to be included in the deal. I was told "not on a Challenger" Later I found out that Mopar makes flaps for it. Very deceitful. All I got from them was an argument. They offered nothing to rectify the situation. They lost a customer for Dodge over mudflats! Will they never learn.

Mark was my sales person. He was very patient and reliable. I asked to deliver the vehicle >100miles away from the dealer and he was pleased to do so. The delivery was on time, and overall process was very smooth. Show room was very clean and organized. I would like to have another business with them next time, too.

I did the research before I arrived, so I knew I wanted the Jeep if I could get a good price on my trade in. The salesman was great, but the financing team of ONE took way too long. I would go back to Farrish if I ever wanted to trade in my Jeep.

Everyone at the dealership was great. We were there for quite awhile though and had to wait for the financing department. I was also disappointed that they financed our loan through the one bank we requested not to go through, but we understand having been a Saturday night, that resources were limited. We would purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Terry was great as my salesmen everything was explained to me down to every cent. The GM had no problem showing me the invoice and how the vehicle reflected the price we paid. If you are an USAA and look for a Jeep please go to this dealership. Every thing was great, waiting for the Finance department took a long time, we already had a pre approved loan from our bank but we still waiting almost and Hour and a Half but they ended getting me a better rate then my local Credit Union and had awesome Customer Services. Even though this dealership was an Hour away I would happily buy from them again. The overall Finance department wait is about normal compared to other dealership going through all the paper work takes a while but it still sucks waiting.

Farrish was great with their clarity and customer service. The buying process was a little substandard as they were light staffed (we waited for over an hour to pay cash). When we finally purchased the car, the finance person was great as was our salesperson.
