We have been car shopping for a few months now and stopped here after going to a bigger dealership (Fitzgerald Chevrolet) down the road that acted like we were bothering them just being there. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly! We worked with Donnell who was so great with finding us the right vehicle and Crystal in financing was also super pleasant to work with. (Not to mention we had our infant son who was not so happy that day). We ended up trading in my smaller suv for a 3rd row vehicle. Received an excellent trade-in amount and we are very happy with our new car!

Donnell was really professional, friendly, and funny. Went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. The woman who worked with me on the financing part was also really helpful and pleasant. They helped find the best financing option for me based on my history / current situation, and helped get me into something that works really well for me for now.

My boyfriend and I were referred to this location for car sales and our friend recommended Tim. I just have to say that this guy is amazing!!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about car sales and financing. This location is a judge free zone so if you don’t have much credit or bad credit I’m more than certain they can work with you or point you in the best direction. I would definitely recommend this location for first time buyers or anyone who needs a car today.

I highly recommend fast lanes amazing people great service. I personally dealt with Melanie and hands down she is amazing, I had no credit and she was not letting me walk away without a car she went above and beyond I was there maybe 3 hours and I drove away in my car. Thank you so much Melanie for everything you did for me

Called ahead and talked to Melanie. She sounded awesome on the phone and I was super excited to go up to see the car. Upon arrival was told the car I drove almost an hour to see was in the process of being sold to a gentleman who came in the day before. I was a little ticked that I wasn't told this before making the trip but Melanie could see my disappointment and arranged for me to see the car anyways. She added something like, "You are here today and he is not." The car pulled up and Melanie vanished to another customer and for the rest of my time there I was no longer a priority. There were many other salesmen standing around and not one of them offered their help. When the time came to buy the car we couldn't come to an agreement on price and I decided to walk away. At this point I was talking to the manager and Melanie was off helping another customer. When I went to retrieve my paperwork she was unaware my reason for leaving. If you want to make a sale, you might want to be present during the buying process.

I just bought a 2010 Subaru WRX and I couldn't be happier. Aaron was so much help to us and he got us a great financing deal and kept us happy every step of the way! I have no complaints and it was completely hassle-free! I'm highly recommending these guys to my friends, and I will definitely try coming back in the future! This car dealership and its employees went above and beyond expectations to get me into a vehicle. And when I had to have repairs done, they helped pay for it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle that may have credit problems. They even worked with me for my downpayment.

Aaron and Mike made buying my Scion extremely easy. They got me a good deal to begin with and when I went back a few days later to get the tags, they told me they had been able to get a much lower interest rate--and I hadn't even asked or complained the first time! Very nice guys who work hard on your behalf. Also, love my new car--not thinking about a Scion when car buying but Aaron recommended it and it's great! Forget the big dealerships, buy from Fast Lane!
